The project was to replace a doorbell from a late 60s/early 70s intercom system with a wired Google Nest doorbell and to replace our old floodlight with a Nest floodlight. I spoke with two electricians who were either mystified by the situation or gave me bad abduct. Will came up with a plan to use the power supply from the intercom system for the transformer. He also installed a chime box and custom built a wood plate for the camera (the electricians told me that I would have to do that on my own and would just install the camera hanging by its wires). Moreover, the fee he charged was a fraction of what several other companies wanted. Will was punctual, professional, and he replied promptly to my messages.

One of the major project he did for me is to replace both my air ventilation in both my bathroom fan. They both had given up and it's just flat out old so it was time to upgrade. He did a fantastic job on those 2 units. I also got him to redo my bathroom tub caulking . The previous guys claim over 9 years of lifetime, it was less than 10 months. So don't buy into those who offer these crazy lifetime on your bathroom caulking. TK did my tub caulking and told me the truth, "maybe a year " he said which is exactly what I got from the previous people that claimed 9 years ‍. I explained that it was simply not possible for me to finish digging out a trench in rocky and compacted soils to expose a source of leakage at the base of my daylight basement wall that would need to excavate about 3-4 feet deep and 8-10 feet long...by hand...under my deck. Eric asked for my text message address, and said he would try to visit soon, and let me know if and when he could come by. Next thing I know, he texted that if I would be out of bed next morning by 8:30, he would be here ready to take on the job. Next day: after digging, prying, sweating, and removing rubble and rocks for 3 hours, Eric exposed a transit drain pipe leading from a nearby downspout. After cleaning the surface, there were 5 spots that were suspect leak locations, so he bought some Flexseal and finished the job with patches of tape and spray. Eric earned my deepest respect for the commitment, performance, and quality of his work at a price I found unworthy of his effort, and doubled his asking price. I'll bring him back as we both find need, without hesitation!
