We called Four Seasons on a recommendation of friends to take a look. Given the weather, we decided to replace the roof and hired Jay and Kristy from Four Seasons roofing. We are so glad as the we could not have been more pleased with their highly conscientious work and the final result. Although our roof was only 8 or so years old, the questionable leaks in the house and rusted out fireplace stacks caused us concern. Jay said the roof itself looks ok and he could repair the stacks that had rusted out. The leaks appeared to be coming in from the vents via wind. The current shingles were a low quality, so we decided to go ahead and just have it replaced. Oh Boy, we were so glad we did! Once Jay and his crew got into tearing off the old roofing, they found the vents (the source of the leaks) should have NEVER been installed over a vaulted roof with rigid foam insulation and the shoddy previous roofing job caused 5 4x8 plywood panels to be so rotten you could crumble them with just a squeeze of your hand. Jay and his team are very experienced, conscientious, detailed, and hardworking...just flat out great folks who get the job done, and done RIGHT! They are honest contractors of the highest quality and we are very appreciative of a job well-done. Highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone that needs any work done to their roofs.
