New gleaming hardwood floors and extra room and furniture for guests. They have free valet parking for patients and a super comfortable waiting / lounge area with a piano player on occasion. I love this place and can't say enough about the entire oncology teams and their support team (s).

I am here weekly/bi weekly & from the minute I pull up in my car & the valet guys or girls take my car to me walking in the door to the center, I feel the love, compassion & hope! Every Doctor, nurse, pa, medical assistant down to the girls at the main desks, EVERYONE is truly wonderful. It sucks to be going through such a sh!tty journey, but feel so blessed to be going to such an amazing place for treatment. From the moment Clarissa walked into the room, no matter the outcome, I knew I was receiving incredibly educated and knowledgeable care. I am fortunate that my situation is stable, but I am also blessed that I was able to have an assessment done by such a thorough and educating provider. I recommend her services to anyone who is in a position of needing such excellent partnership. I will also share my feelings with my PCP in hopes she will continue to refer clients to Clarissa's. most competent care. I need to also mention that the receptionist on the first floor as you enter, as well as the receptionist on the second floor, were very kind and engaging. Edit. To be clear, the person to person staff was very caring. I dont have any issues from the actual care i received from the nursing staff. They have no more control over the system than I do. My issue is TOTALLY WITH ADMINISTRATION. THE PROBLEMS ARRISE BECAUSE THEY RREFUSE TO HIRE ENOUGH PEOPLE TO DO THE WORK, apparently relying on the new magic internet and paiient portals to save them.

Just completed 19 units of radiation for breast cancer at this location. Everything about the…read moreplace was top notch. All equipment, furnishings and decor seemed brand new. The facility was immaculate. All the staff was friendly, pleasant, helpful, proficient at their jobs & compassionate. The therapists really made an effort to make the experience as comfortable and non-threatening as possible. There always seemed to be at least one physician in the house and a nurse was always available for any questions or assistance. The schedule was always flexible. I was able to switch appointments when necessary, to meet my needs. They were consistently on time...I never had to wait more than 2 min. after getting changed. Usually the therapists came looking for me before I was done changing. They really make an effort to move each patient through, so no back-ups occur. This is ever so important during COVID, because sharing the waiting room with someone else is risky. Their COVID protocol was the most advanced I've seen anywhere. Checking-in, after using hand sanitizer of course, was done with digital palm scanners, at two points before actual treatment began. I was given a new mask at every visit, there were plexiglass partitions between waiting room seats and I'm sure there were many more precautions in place that I didn't even notice. It gave me a sense of confidence that I rarely find when I'm out of my own bubble in the pandemic we are in. I can't really think of a way I would improve upon this facility. Whoever runs it is doing a great job. That's saying a lot since I'm a pretty critical person!!

She was friendly and answered all my questions. Her office assistant (Alison?) was also very nice and helpful. In the hospital, again she was friendly, reassuring, relaxed. It was as good an experience as I could have asked for. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

This review pertains to the group's in-house pharmacist named Melissa. She has been an absolute wonder to deal with and has been so incredibly helpful in finding and procuring grants and financial assistance for the outrageously expensive medication that Dr. Levy prescribed. After a VERY hefty initial co-pay of well over $2300.00, I've had no further out of pocket expenses for these meds, thanks to the tireless and persistent efforts of this young woman. Between Dr. Levy & Melissa, I couldn't possibly more strongly recommend this practice for those needing it.
