She was friendly and answered all my questions. Her office assistant (Alison?) was also very nice and helpful. In the hospital, again she was friendly, reassuring, relaxed. It was as good an experience as I could have asked for. I recommend her wholeheartedly.

They never confirm appointments. I have had to reschedule 4 times for an appointment that I was supposed to have 6 months ago. Because they keep dropping my appointments, I have had a difficult time getting my prescription. Just terrible.

Who in the world would run their office like this?? it just get worse when you are inside the facility. No one if welcoming. They stare at you and except you to just walk up to them instead of saying "can i help you". I mean common manners. And the doctors want you in and out so they can get their co pay and get on with their day. They tell you you can reach them any time on their joke of a patient portal. But it takes 48 hours for them to contact you back. And clearly there's no use in calling. So your best bet is to just go to the damn walk in at that point. Just awful.

I asked to stay awake because of my hatred for anesthesia He was fine with my request He was gentle and painless during procedure an explained what he was doing an seeing the whole time reassuring me he would be fine with changing the plan at anytime if i was uncomfortable. I can't say enough good about him and his staff. I'd go to no other for my colonoscopies.

The tech was very nice and very professional. I wish I could remember her name but she was the tech on 2/12/2026 she kept asking me if I was ok, she cared and that is rare now a days. Constantly changing care teams with no set standards for care. Poor communication and inconsistent…read moredocumentation. Patients are nothing more than statistics filling beds for billable days. From ER to NICU, overly stuffed census and not enough staff. No clear expectations for care. Ask for a line by line, itemized bill and review it well. There will absolutely be charges for things you didn't receive or things they "offered" that you didn't ask for. Never again.
