Infact, Mo has become an even betterphotographer over the years and really captured the vibe we wanted for our second maternity shoot. Their team was also very responsive to the changes we requested, and their service goes above and beyond. The new location is fantastic--more spacious and well-lit, with convenient parking. I found out about LJ studios through the moms group on FB. I submitted an inquiry on line and pretty much did all communications via emails. Since there is some uncertainty to dates, Laura did a great job of keeping in contact to lock down a day after delivery. Day of, we showed up on time to her studio, which is in a house in the Lindberg park area if you are familiar with Culver City. So lots of parking all over in residential area. She gave us some options for color schemes and looks and whisked the baby away for her shoot. Then before you know if, it's done! She is really good with communicating ETAs and sending previews. We did a view thru zoom to pick photos and i think it was less than two weeks later they were edited and in my inbox! The photos all turned out beautifully.

The first impression upon entering the building was that it was a very nice set up. There were many very nice photographs on display everywhere. There were also old cameras on display which was a nice touch. It was a good first impression of the business. The two young ladies seated behind the front counter were very friendly and professional and immediately assisted my family and I. GREAT customer service. Approximately ten minutes went by when the photographer assigned to us, Paula sat at our table and we chatted for a few minutes about the photos to be taken and the area we currently reside in which was nice. We were taken to the rear of the large studio and Paula got to work. She is a GREAT photographer and an even nicer person. She was so friendly, funny and down to earth. Paula did her thing as far as taking many, many pics but was also open to our feedback on a few pics. We have yet to see the finished product or pricing so I cannot comment on those two items.
