She had a great genuine upbeat personality, really made you feel at ease, communication was on point, really left no stone unturned from beginning to end, oh and she was really fun to talk to. The waxing process, I was there for my back. They use vegan ingredients for the waxing which I really like, pain scale was less than traditional waxing. I would say traditional waxing for me is a 8 outta 10 whereas this was 6.5 outta 10. McKenna was very thorough throughout the entire process. No sticky residue post wax which is common from other places. I really like the eucalyptus warm towels post wax to smooth the back, nice touch. Place was charming and clean. This was just what I needed, last two studios have been disappointing. Last place major breakout post waxing and other place gave the worst attitude. I will be back and will request McKenna :) Thank you Bronze Bunny and McKenna, you all rock!

First of all, the door is locked at all times for safety so you have to text your appointment verification when you arrive. Upon entering the vibe is so cool and interesting and artful. The rooms are just perfect. They are designed for both comfort and practicality. The place is always spotless, super hygienic, never unclean. The sugaring bees are impeccable. They scour for every last hair making sure you leave completely smooth and beautiful. Upgraded services are available like a pre-steam or scrub before sugaring. They offer a variety of facials performed by their very skilled estheticians as well. Finally, they offer service packages if you wish to save a bit of money by paying more upfront. Fun and funky vibe, extremely clean and hygienic, estheticians are skilled, professional, and also friendly and put you at ease if you're nervous about getting sugared for the first time. Def a 5-star business and def a 5-star recommendation for a long-term client.

For first time visits, she offers $25 Brazilian wax service which is a great deal since a regular price Brazilian wax is $65. Paola is very kind and will explain sugar waxing to you if you're new to sugar wax and from personal experience, I find sugar wax to not be as painful compared to hard wax. This cute little studio gives you a personal experience and she always decorates with the seasons so it's a super cute vibe. She always plays good music so you don't feel awkward lying in silence as she thoroughly sugar waxes any part of your body. The place is very clean and there's plenty of parking on the street and even in the back lot. I'd definitely recommend anyone looking for a great sugar waxing specialist to come here.

I'd decided it wasn't meant to be but then Yelp happened and upon searching Pure Sugar's site she had an opening at 4pm today. I was apprehensive but all her reviews talked about how sweet, personable and how keen her attention to detail was. For once the people spoke truth!!! Brandy is AMAZING!!! Waxing lady bits is personal business and can be traumatizing with the wrong hedge slayer in there just rip'n up weeds like they not attached to a million nerve endings! I normally take a bottle of tea tree soothing lotion and slater it on in the car after Sugaring. I'm out of habit and forgot today so I was worried how my drive home was going to be. I worried for nothing, Brandy even did the deep breath in strong exhale moments for the tough spots without me even saying anything or asking for those pauses pre-lift. Her sugar was buttery soft and warm and she knew the right moment to change her ball. Ugh I can't stand when someone keeps trying to use a sugar ball turned cold and hard on me, that don't feel good mam, stop it!!! Not only was she clearly intuned she was thorough, she got her inspector gadget magnifying light and tweezed the rebellious kids right out. Lastly, I forgot to ask her what it was but she rub something on my skin and it simmered down so well that I didn't need to apply anything when I got home!!! Normally you have to pay for any kind of soothing cream for after care but Brandy obviously gets that it should be part of the service Plus what better way to guarantee return customer than making sure they have as comfortable of an experience as possible! A+ for everything!!!
