This store is SO much nicer after the remodel that took place in late 2010. It looks like a brand new Target, good selection of sale and regular merchandise. Since the garden center is gone, there is a nice sized refrigerated section offering the basics of produce and dairy. Nice for grab and go and maybe save you that trip to the grocery store to get a meal on the table. Pantry and wine/beer section are nice sized. Pet section has increased. Lots of check out lanes. Customer service counter is friendly in the cases I've been up there. Big parking lot that always have plenty of parking spots open. read more

Always a pain to shop here. Nothing seems to be priced. Entire aisles with no tags anywhere. But the checkout is the real reason I don't like to go here - even more than being harassed to buy a phone every single visit. Be prepared to wait a long time for the one register (no kidding) that's open. Self checkout generally has a mile long line snaking through the front of the store that moves at a glacial pace. I LOVE Target and this is one of the best! The Starbucks here is great (actually better service than the standalone store across the parking lot). I always find amazing clearance deals here. Last night we stopped in looking for a replacement computer mouse and found one marked down 50%. Awesome! Compared to the Waterford Target (which is closer for me) this one tends to have more in stock. This store may just not be as busy, but I like to give them credit for being more organized. This Target opened up about a couple years ago and still has that "new store" feel to it. Since then I've given them a good portion of my meager earnings. It's far and away a much better shopping environment than that disgusting, dated rat-hole across the street, Kmart. I wish they would just bulldoze that whole depressing shopping plaza already. Or any Kmart or Walmart for that matter. To me, possibly saving ten cents is not worth the hassle and horror of shopping in those places. Though the level of customer service has become inconsistent at best since opening, most items are easy to find or price check on your own and checkout is rarely that bad. Sale items are usually in stock and, like most Target, there's an abundance of hidden clearance gems on almost all display endcaps facing the walls. Though this isn't a Super Target, it does have a food section, including wine and refrigerated/frozen items. There's also a pharmacy inside. This has to be one of the more convenient Targets in Orlando. Parking is never that bad (the lot is pretty much only for Target patrons) and is even monitored by video cameras now. The Customer Service desk is right at the entrance and rarely has a line. Weekdays are the best time to go if you're looking to avoid a crowd. read more

My family loves this place! We frequent it often. This location is clean. When there's clearance, we can find great deals. They have everything you need for everyday use for the whole family. This is my favorite location ever!! So clean at all times and everyone is super friendly. Once I was trying on clothes and the lady working there was super funny and helpful- made me laugh and have a good time while I was shopping alone. Another time when I was pregnant and had a cold I went to get some tissues, honey, lemon, and tea since I was not able to take any meds. The cashier was a young man and his name tag even said training or new employee. He was so sweet and noticed I was buying this for a cold and instantly assured me this would help and hoped I felt better. For a new employee, he was amazing to open up to customers. Typically new employees are more reserved and unsure of how to do their job but this young man was so confident and happy in his position, it was great. Another lady I always see at the registers who told me she's from Argentina always talks to me about traveling home especially when she saw me buying san Pellegrino water which she said that's all she drinks too. I love when cashiers communicate with customers... It's always nice to get to know people which is a service I don't get anywhere else!!! Even when my husband and I move out of our apartment soon we will still travel to this location if it is not the closest already, I've never been to a target that has been better. read more

I came to this location once and found what i was looking for after 20 minutes of looking and looking ...absolutely no one around to help then after i went to the register the cashier was not friendly and did not smile or say thank you i just graved my stuff and left and though "what a horrible place to shop" good thing i wont step my foot in there again to buy party stuff that i was looking for that day. read more

The management is horrible. The employees are decent and honest people. Target is arrogant and mismanaged.

Rude staff. Tried to find mayonnaise, asked a team member, she rudely said bread aisle. No number, just bread aisle. Nearly assaulted once by a customer, employees did nothing. This is why I go to Publix instead. read more

I went to target today just browsing around and found a cute dress marked down from $25 to just $12 and I just had to get it! This store tends to have good deals and I've had some great finds here, my only issue is with its employees, they seem to come off as bothered when you ask for help and will rather find someone else to help you then to do it them self. read more

The store itself isn't bad. Seemed clean and well organized inside. Outside was a different story. Carts spread out along the front. Just really sloppy initial presentation. The clearance deals were pretty good as that's all we had shopped since we were looking for some deals on workout clothes. Who needs fancy workout clothes? We get to the front and even though it's a weekday afternoon, it seemed much busier because there was only 1 cashier up there and 4 of the self checkout registers. If you know anything about the self checkout lanes, you know that they really only work well in theory. That theory is if the customer is efficient at using it and they do not have more than a few items. Otherwise, it's just a bottleneck. Overall, we weren't fans of this location and don't see ourselves coming back here. It just didn't seem very inviting. read more

Let me first say that I am not the primary shopper of the home...so my visits to retail stores are limited to once/twice a month usually because of sale ads ...BUT, when it comes to getting new school/work clothes, or picking up the latest new release DVD/bluRay, accessorizing the home/yard or most recently, shopping for a new mountain bike...I go to Target. I enjoy the "guest" treatment when I am there, and I enjoy the overall selection and prices of goods. To boot, today I opened a new Target credit card (5% off now AND 5% off every time I use it!!!) and it took only five minutes. Needless to say, I'll be back sooner than later. read more

Horrible management and cashiers, especially the cashier Kristin. She was so horrible and rude. I decided not to get food last minute at the register and she had told me she had taken it off. I noticed my total did not change and she did not take off the food from the bill. I proceeded to ask her if she took the food off and she assured me that she did. I went home, took a look at the things in my bag and the recounted the bill. SHE STILL CHARGED ME FOR THE FOOD I TOLD HER I DID NOT WANT AND SHE DID NOT GIVE ME! So now I'm at home with no food that I actually paid for. Wow was I furious. I drive BACK to the Target to complain, the woman does not even apologize for the inconvenience nor does she acknowledge the mistake. She was absolutely horrible with the most unpleasant personality. I then escalated the issue to the manager to inform him that his cashier was not doing his job and basically robbed me of my money. He didn't seem to care and was almost mocking me, he wasn't understanding at all. What an amazing manager. This place sucks. They steal your money and wrongly ring up your items. Make sure to double check your receipts because they will sneakily steal your money or charge you for things you did not buy!!!!! read more

So... It's a Target. Pretty much like all the other Targets out there. And it's adjacent to CVS, so between the two and Publix across the street, it's nearly 1 stop shopping. It's pretty clean, shelves stocked, prices well marked. Better seasonal inventory than many I've seen. Ample parking. They could use a bit more control of solicitors in the parking and entry/exit areas. I've been approached a couple of times, and if I'd been alone, it would have been uncomfortable. read more

I've always loved Target, so I'm always excited when I discover a close location. I recently moved to Orlando, and this Target is the closest one to my house, so I was eager to check it out. The other day, I came here with a friend to grab some groceries and return a humidifier that he had bought but was defective. There was a lot of parking, which was great, and the store is surprisingly big. The layout is different from a lot of the other Target's I've been to (the electronics section is in the front!) which was nice. However, the biggest surprise came when we went to the customer service desk to return the humidifier. All of the customer service reps (about 3) looked happy! The one we dealt with was very nice and had a great sense of humor. She joked with us the whole time and was very clever. The return was done quickly, and we had a pleasant time - something I never thought I'd say about a department store return. Overall, the experience was great. There was a lot more variety in stock than a normal Target and the staff was great. I'll definitely be coming here regularly. read more

Nice selection of items and the store is generally tidy. My only problem is the employees. What made me most upset was one day I was trying to buy a video game and they were running a trade-in special. Well I get there and there is no one in the electronics department. I try to find an employee and I have to awkwardly interrupt an employee texting on her phone. She looked so upset and inconvenienced by me. She then tells me the one electronics guy left for his lunch break 15 minutes ago and will be back soon. So I wait...for 45 minutes before I go to the front desk because I haven't seen anyone yet. Then the front desk lady just tells me there's nothing she can do because he's on lunch break and he should be done soon and he's the only person that can help me. So I waited another 30 minutes and this guy finally decided to come back from his very long lunch break. There has actually been multiple occasions where I've needed assistance and all of the employees on the floor are blatantly texting on their phone, ignoring everyone around them. When I go to a Target, I expect the experience to be better than going to Walmart but unfortunately it's spotty here at best. read more

I have never before had a negative experience at any other target. They have always been courteous. I approve of their corporate structure and have constantly used them over other retailers because I morally agree with them. As a loyal customer I was appalled today at the treatment of myself, my husband, and my toddler. My husband went into the location on Monday in response to an ad for the Nuka cola exclusives by jones soda company. The ad promised 2 per customer, guaranteeing one to anyone who had preordered fallout. The employee rudely stated they had none but to come back Friday at open. He returned to this location at 8 am this morning. He was told they weren't there but to come back between 9 and 10. He was then told there would be none guaranteed to those who had preordered and we would only be receiving one per person. He returned at 9 and stayed til 10 at which point he was told they would definitely be here at 2. We returned at 2 with our son in tow to be able to get more than 1. The manager then said ups could come by at 2 or 4 and that he had spoken w ups and there may be an air shipment. When we questioned the manager on duty why he didn't know when the shipment was coming he kept giving us times he said that he assumed we were dedicated and not posers and that we would wait for it to get there. I informed him that I had to pick my older son up from school and inquired if they could follow targets shop with confidence guidelines to reserve us the items if we paid up front, similar to ship to store, or alternatively call us when they come in and give preference to those who had already been waiting. He refused stating that they couldn't be held liable if an employee forgot. As someone who's worked in retail in the past I know that translates to "I'm lazy and don't want to do extra work if I'm not required to". At this point my toddler was fussy and upset (and not willing to wait til 4 o'clock when maybe they'd get their shipment) As we were getting ready to leave the manager said either it Was coming at 4 or Saturday. I Was done waiting and extremely unhappy with the way we'd been treated. So When we left my husband called the Oviedo location (where we've always been treated well in the past). The manager of that location informed us there had been a mistake made on the end of the vendor and that none of the local stores would receive a shipment until at-least Monday. As they had all be informed it was not arriving today and don't receive ground shipments over the weekend. So thanks Oviedo target for finally being honest with us. This location is poorly managed and rude. I hope this is not a reflection of how target plans to do business. Disgusted. read more

Went into this target today. I am from another state and targets are usually consistent in their merchandise and service. However, I had 6 bags of merchandise bagged and rung up when I realized I had picked up the wrong soda. There was a target member standing by the register . I had asked her where the closest soda display was. She ignored me. I told the cashier I was exchanging the soda. I ran, got the correct item. When I returned my cart with all items bagged was off to he side. The cashier then told me I had to get back in line, unbag and re-ring my order. Worst customer service ever. Left the cart.
