First, I love the cool purple color of this corner building. Inside, I wasn't as impressed with their items but that's not to say that they aren't a great store. If you are passionate about "fine previously owned furniture and accessories," then this store is for you. The showrooms were full of slightly used items such as sofas, coffee tables, lamps, mirrors, home décor, dishware, china, candlesticks, etc. The store didn't seem to have one particular style though so the pieces didn't flow or match. Looking past the clashing of patterns the quality seemed to be good as far as the furniture goes. So whether you are a young couple just starting out, a college student or a furniture collector, I don't think you'll be disappointed with the condition they are in. Here's a few examples of what to expect as far as their pricing goes. For a nice living room lamp it was listed at $50. For a classic serving platter, $25. For a framed work of landscape art, on sale, it was listed for $180 down from $250. Lastly, a brown leather couch, that looks as if it could be located in a Psychiatrist's office was priced at $1795. Like most stores around Orlando, they are having a considerable sale. Red tags signify which pieces are marked down and as I traversed through the store I saw a great deal of red. I consigned here and had a bad experience. First, I don't believe they paid me my share of all the items that were accepted for consignment. When I went to get the things that did not sold, I could not find some of them. I believe they were sold, and I was not given credit. When I asked about the missing items, the owner got very defensive and said there was nothing she could do. Additionally, while waiting my turn, I looked around and saw a Pottery Barn lantern that was the same price you can buy it for new. I will neither shop nor consign here any longer. read more

I wandered into this cute little place on the corner of Edgewater and Rugby Street when I was exploring the College Park area one day. It is a consignment shop, offering mostly furnishings for your house (couches, lamps, accessories). They actually have some beautiful stuff here, and it is a great deal cheaper than what you would find in any regular antique furnishing store. The employee when I went in was very friendly and helpful (I was actually just browsing), and they are open until 5pm every day except Sunday. I would definitely recommend checking out Top Drawer for any of your needed antique room furnishings. read more

Was super disappointed by the mask compliance of the staff. Woman (who I beloved owns the store?) literally took off her mask to hand us her items. How inconsiderate can you be. Previously she had been walking around wearing it incorrectly or not wearing it at all behind the counter. My all-time favorite furniture store and boutique in the area. Just about my entire wardrobe comes off the racks here! I have furnished much of my house from Top Drawer as the buyer/owner, Dylan, stocks some really nice and well known brands of furniture, accessories for the home, beautiful designer clothing and accessories. Since he tries to accommodate a decent range of price points though, it's best to be prepared to pay a little extra for that top-of-the-line quality for sure! They stock accessories and a great selection of tops and outerwear that always amaze me. Things go on sale rarely; so don't be afraid to bite the bullet if you see something you like because I can assure you that you're already getting it at the best price possible! You probably won't ever get it for less from anyone because someone will get it when you change your mind to go back for it as that has happened to me twice. Short review for a short experience. We stopped in close to closing on Saturday and although some of the furniture was cool it was extremely pricey...almost to the point where i felt like I could find the same stuff brand new for cheaper so I wonder if they take advantage of their "consignment shop" illusion and think they can trick people into paying more. I dont think a single employee even acknowledged anyone in our group so apparently we didnt look like the high roller big money spender type. I dont plan on visiting again. read more

My experience with Top Drawer was not a good one. I saw a great looking sofa through the door window on a Sat. evening and called the next day to inquire about it. I left a message since they weren't open. No one returned my call. I called again and they said they would place a hold on it for 24 hours but if someone else came in and wanted it, they would sell it to them instead. I'm not sure why they call it a "24hr. hold". I took my chances and I had them hold it for me anyway. Low and behold they called a few hours later with a "customer" that is ready to buy it. Long story short, they DID NOT "hold" it for me. They said, I either buy it over the phone or its going to the "other customer". Well, I guess they had a customer in the store, I will never really know as they wouldn't allow me to speak with them. I kindly asked if they would just wait 40 min until I could leave work and get there but no they have a "policy" as I was reminded several times. All I needed was to sit on the sofa and make sure it was comfortable. Spending that much money on something I saw through a window just wasn't a good move in my opinion but they wouldn't budge on their policy. I also wanted to measure it at home. The store policy suits their own needs and their consignors needs but it in no way did anything me, the consumer. Its the consumer who is responsible for keeping them in business. I am pretty sure a lesson on "customer service" would be a helpful suggestion if they want to receive good reviews in the future. I find it very unfortunate that a Mom and Pop store in quaint College Park wouldn't help out a fellow designer. You can bet I won't be back for another visit! read more

Really cute place with a ton of high quality choices. We will definitely go back. The shop didn't have that typical smell that consignment shops usually have which was awesome. You can tell that they are very choosey about the type of merchandise they carry which weeds out a lot of crap that you find in other stores. Plus, we fell in love with the owner's dog, Foxy, who was lounging happily in her crate behind the counter. We came in too close to closing time. Next time we go in we will for sure leave ourselves plenty of time to look around. read more
