La-Z-Boy offers complimentary design services where they will send a contact out to your house to measure the space, gather your feedback, and put together a dollhouse view of your room with suggested decor based on your interests. Deja was AMAZING and all of her suggestions were exactly on point. We're extremely excited for all the cool stuff we bought. They offered me a tiny credit as compensation -- a joke, really -- but I eventually agreed to it just to get the issue resolved. However, after that, they completely disappeared and I have never received anything since then. This company has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Be warned before you buy anything from them -- they're quick to take your money, but when it comes to standing behind their products, it's a completely different story. They simply don't care about their customers!
