The cashier was warm, friendly and welcoming, a great representation for the store. If I lived here, I'd definitely be back, especially to check out the home goods section. The entire shopping center and this store recently sharply declined. I was very disappointed in my last experience. SHOPPING CENTER: The shopping center contains Macy's and Target. The plaza was formerly more lively. The store has multiple entrances, and two parking lots. Surface lot parking is limited. Parking garage space is plenty. However, this parking lot is very dark day and night. It doesn't quite feel welcoming or safe. STORE/INVENTORY: The store is your typical Macy's experience with a little less dazzle. There are no seasonal decorations. The inventory is mostly in disarray. It is also very dated. I was surprised to see the styles of dresses especially. The good news is that there is a big clothing sales section. Overall, it's hard to understand the pricing of items due to signage and labeling. The inventory online doesn't reflect the in-store situation. I was looking for various pairs of shoes that were available online but not in store. Not just a single pair, multiple. SERVICE: Honestly the service is terrible in multiple ways. Beauty department has very persistent sales tactics. Even if you politely decline the perfume offers, the sales people persist. Personally, most perfume gives me headaches so I didn't appreciate the persistence and lack of understanding when this was shared. Some areas of the store completely lack service. For instance, the shoe department is completely unstaffed. You are on your own. It just seems like one area where the assistance could be valuable. Checkout is the most unfortunate customer service encounter. I approached checkout with two pairs of shoes worth over $200. I was trying to find a second shoe for the display shoe in my size. Since there was no one in the shoe area, any other departments, it was the only place to ask. There was a lot of confusion before it was sorted out that the shoe area is not staffed. I was then handed the shoe and told to go resolve it on my own and find the other shoe. There were no attempts to even pretend to look. The statement was - "we don't carry these shoes in store, we don't know about them." The sales associate kept handing me the shoe and sending me away. It was very confusing, I genuinely didn't know what I was supposed to do. Return the shoes or look again? Long story short, I went to Dillard's and had an exceptional experience. I didn't buy anything at Macy's based on this experience. I wouldn't recommend this store for positive customer experience. It was once quite pleasant but not any longer. The service is severely lacking unfortunately and needs significant improvement. There is just no customer-centric experience.

After seeing Arslanian Brothers' commercials for years, I finally decided to give them a call to learn more about their services. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable their quote was and how quickly they were able to schedule my pickup. The team arrived right on time during the designated window, and the two gentlemen who came were professional, courteous, and efficient. My rug was returned the following week by a different team member who was just as professional as the ones who picked it up. I couldn't have been happier with the results. My two main hopes were that the matted areas would be re-fluffed and that the rug would return to its original cream color. When I unrolled it, it looked fantastic--fresh, clean, and beautifully restored. I'm so glad they were able to breathe new life into it and extend its lifespan. I will absolutely use Arslanian Brothers again!

They had a sale going at the time, but even so, when all was said and done we came in slightly above my max price. I was firm on not doing financing, so he found another discount for me, and I got the mattress I wanted (which was way out of my price range based on sticker price) with delivery and a mattress pad, for exactly what I wanted to pay. It's possible I could have played hard ball and gotten it a little cheaper, but at this point, I just wanted a mattress. Delivery went smoothly, the driver gave me a call 20 minutes before they arrived, right at the beginning of the 3 hour window. They were polite and everything went off without a hitch! I love the mattress and don't think I'll be taking advantage of their return policy, but it's still nice to know it's available. I would recommend this place for sure, just know your limits and be able to walk away if you can't get what you want.

Although it is a bit tight, the traffic all goes in one direction which is super helpful and the entrance to the building is stairs but there's also a ramp going in, which makes this place handicap accessible and easy to bring home rolling or heavy things from the store. Upon entering the store, I noticed that there are huge signs hanging from the ceiling telling you where things are located which made navigating through the warehouse easy peasy. I was on a mission and immediately found what I was looking for. I talked with a staff member who was friendly and was delighted as two customers who happened to be leaving at the same time as I was, helped me bring my stuff to the car. Bonus! However, it does not, for a moment, affect this review. Sometime a while back, I knew I was going to propose to my lovely fiance (spoilers! she said yes), and started shopping for a ring. Researched the important factors and started looking around, and while i found a lot of nice rings, nothing that really called to me. It was a frustrating process, culminating in buying what I thought would be the perfect ring online, only to return it. That was probably the lowest moment, and so I took a break in my ring shopping. Fast forward some months later, and I saw someone else from my hometown post photos on social media of a beautiful designer engagement ring from Mike Press, and so I reached out to Mike. I had no idea what I wanted, even after all that shopping, and couldn't have been more nervous. I didn't want to design a custom ring, because I have the imagination of a piece of wood, so I relied on Mike to ask the right questions and pick out a number of options. He was patient, detailed in his explanations of various rings and options, and came up with a number of beautiful suggestions. Nevertheless, I still could not make a decision. I was scared of completely screwing this up. I asked a million questions, then disappeared for weeks while I thought about it, only to come back and ask more questions. Mike never brushed me off or decided I wasn't going to be a sale - he just kept helping me along. In the end, not only did Mike find a beautiful diamond but he held it for me in spite of having other interested parties. Sent me photos, videos, descriptions, etc until I was finally able to pull the trigger. With the perfect diamond, he then suggested what ended up being the perfect setting to go with it. I was so trilled with what he put together that I wasn't even worried about whether or not Melissa would like it. Again, it was perfect. I wish I could find more good things to say. This was an incredibly stressful and nerve wracking process but Mike made it easy in the end. I was glad to give the business to someone I've known my whole life, but even still, was not expecting the kindness, patience, and helpfulness to the degree Mike provided. He bent over backwards to make this easy.

We were treated with respect by the staff and they instructed us on how to properly operate the grill. We went back to get another grill last week and we were met by Matt and Nick, both men helped us get another grill and two days later the grill was delivered, set-up and ready for use.
