I love this Target as it is not too far of a drive from my place and my dad's old place. It is my parent's main pharmacy so I am here quite a bit picking up prescriptions all the time. I know the layout and I make my usual rounds to pick up medicine, shampoos, household goods, snacks and drinks, and end up in the entertainment section then off to self checkout. They always have everything I need whether it be small things you don't think of until you need it such as eye drops or pill cases. Great location & large parking lot. read more

Store is nicely stocked but the bathrooms are disgusting with blood on the floors along with used tampon applicators and pad wrappers in the women's, yet I walked out and there were at least 5 employees standing around. read more

Target - Not exactly a place of care to use the restroom at, and perhaps I should avoid shopping here to. Disgusting. - Department Stores Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

The stor is clean and staff are great and their mini grocery store has good prices and ok choices for add in. However, the prices are a bit high and their clearance prices are a joke. The clothing choices are pitiful ugly clothes i wouldent buy my mother. Black friday weekend you think there would be more sales but just a few random items not worth the trouble to go there. read more

This is the worse Target I have ever been to! It's dirty and the clothing are laying all over - disgusting! Why don't you get a new manager? I have been to others that are clean & organized...they can't this location be better? read more

None of y'all judge me for what I buy. Y'all don't break eye contact while scanning the ridiculous stuff I buy when I'm depression shopping that very well looks like I'm about to kidnap someone and give them a makeover. Plus y'all don't follow me around when I go in there and forget what I was supposed to get so I leave. Also y'all never once got weird when I bought 10 packs of lube, razors and rubbing alcohol for work. Could of been weird but you guys went above and beyond to not ask questions. Love it. read more

This is my go-to Target! It's very close to my work and I end up here all the time. Everything is available that I expect from a Target. It can be hard to get someone to help you find something but I eventually do. I would rather go look for help than have 50 people ask me if I need help. The register situation is not consistently good or bad. I know that I can checkout faster if I'm there early or late. read more

Desperately needed a futon. Asked as soon as I got in, Karen with her mask on her chin, "we don't carry those". Okay, I'll look around instead. I found 6 futons, 2 different brands and shelves fully stocked. I effing love Target. For seery. They have pretty much anything I could ever want, well almost. And they have the cutest dog in the world as their mascot...i mean, come on. This one is usually full of icky people, and every target I've ever been to is full of whiny little brat children. But I expect that. I especially love their little credit card machines...or just how the machine sucks your card in, that really makes me happy. I do not like the dressing rooms and how they're ALWAYS a wreck...but they can't help that I suppose (see icky people above). read more

The young lady with the long hair seemed annoyed that I wanted to know about a price in a locked cabinet. The numbers didn't match and I wanted to be sure so I asked her about the price. I was just at this location and they tried to tell me they no longer accept WIC. When I asked the cashier to speak to a manager she just brought over another cashier who told me the same thing. They told me go to another target because other targets are still accepting it? I honestly would have liked to speak to a manager about the situation... I've been trying to call the store to get a manager on the phone since I could not get one in person and the phone just rings and rings. WIC is how I afford to feed my baby and the fact they couldn't even give me a decent explanation of what's going on or when they would be excepting WIC again is ridiculous. I really feel like they were just being lazy and did not want to process the checks!! read more

Wow, Elites are previewing the new Yelp app where you can now review and post your review from you phone. Being a new mommy I don't get a whole lot of time to myself in front of the computer anymore. At least not being able to use both of my arms/hands but I almost always have my phone with me when she's passed out on me. Woohoo! I can now catch up on my reviews one nap at a time :) We spend waaaay too much money at Target. I'm thinking about getting their debit card so I can save 5% on all my buys as they say every time as I'm checking out. I like this Target the staff has always been very nice and helpful, except for the pharmacy department. On multiple occasions I have receive tons of attitude even when holding a creaming baby. The pharmacy also fell short when my family was looking to get our flu shots last season. I called to ask the pharmacies hours that they give the flue shots at the staff member that I talked to I guess just have me their hours which they close at 8pm. When we showed up at 7pm after we at got out of school and work we were shutdown and told to return on another day before 6pm while they have all of their staff. Awesome. Thanks guys. They also do not have whopping cough shots available FYI. Other then this section of the store the rest of the store I've found to be up to par. Even their dressing rooms are always neat. See you in a couple of days so I can unload my wallet, Target. xx read more

I'm writing this review for the cute cashier who rang me up yesterday. She was really young and asked me if I am Filipino. Then she asked me what is the difference between Chinese, Filipinos, and Vietnamese. Hhhmmmm, I wonder what the difference is?! Then she told me she loves OUR orange chicken?! I will send her compliments to Panda. I was walking around, appreciating the quiet and the clean, organized aisles before this place turns into a hot mess during the holidays. Everyone failed to mention that this is a Target Greatland so there is twice at much stuff you can buy and waste money on. read more

There are very few things about Santa Rosa I miss. This Target is one of them. Actually, having a Target that I don't have to go Daly City for is what I really miss. But that is neither here nor there. Clean, efficient and they have Revolution Tea. That's all I need to know. read more

I am not a big Target shopper. But, I used to go here just for prescriptions and would inevitably buy some other "stuff" while I was there. Target is by far not the pharmacy most convenient to my house. However, I always went there because they were very organized and had excellent customer service. Then, about a year ago, I started noticing things going downhill. Prescriptions not being ready when promised, pharmacy attendants not able to answer questions, etc. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I had gone there three times to pick up a prescription and each time the pharmacy attendant said "we never heard back from your Dr's office." I finally called my Dr's office and they said they never got a fax. I confronted Target about this and the guy there said "Oh, yeah. You're right. We hadn't gotten to that yet." Funny thing about the word "yet" is: they had told me three times over 2 weeks that they had faxed it. So, it wasn't as if they didn't have time. Sadly, I finally just moved our stuff over to the RiteAid by my house. The trips across town just weren't worth it anymore. read more

Shout out to the very nice lady that works at the concession area. Shoulder length brown hair who works ( at least. That I know of) Mon-Fri. Always so friendly and kind. Avoid this pharmacy like the plague. Perscriptions are never done on time. There have been numerous times my Dr has called in a perscription the day before and by the next afternoon it is STILL not filled. I have learned the past couple of times to call and ask if the perscription is ready and while I've been given the anser "Yes" I've shown up and it is not ready. This has happend to me the 10 times I have used this pharmacy. While in line waiting for my perscription to be done I've wittnessed several other customers have the same argument with the pharmacy staff. When you ask to speak to a manager, it's usually their day off is the excuse I've heard. Then you ask for the store manager and you get a 20 year old who could give a crap about your complaint! I WILL say, the Target Pharmacy in Rohnert Park is GREAT and well worth the drive. read more

This review is based solely on their pharmacy which I just ragequit and had to call CVS to get my medication transferred to them. Not only will they put you on hold and forgot about you only to answer and say, "Oh yeah, what was it you wanted again?" But they also never seem to have anything ready. You can order your refills online, on the phone, either way, they will never be filled when you show up. Auto-refills? What a joke, same story as the others. I've called them beforehand and asked to make sure something was filled before coming by so I don't have to wait. They will say 'YES,' and then when you get there? Shock of all shocks, it's not filled and you have to wait. After the last few weeks of dealing with them and them never calling my insurance when I asked, or telling me that faxes my insurance claimed they sent never were received I couldn't take anymore and had to leave for CVS. Target as a store is great. Target as a pharmacy is a nightmare. No thank you! read more

One of the most pristine shopping experiences of my life. I wear out suits quickly because of daily use and needed a fresh black suit and crisp white shirt for a wedding so I hit up target where I bought $400 worth of suit and shirt for $131... +7% cashback from credit cards. Almost didn't happen but their superb inventory tracking system said they had my size pair of pants which wasn't out on the rack and they miraculously found at the last minute which was a clutch save and made my day. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE LEVEL OF CLEANLINESS OF THE STORE: When you walk in you are greeted with trash all over the floors, you figure it must be so buissy no one has time to clean up, then theres tons of staff standing around...... nice. The bathrooms at 3 pm are awful, poop on numerous toilet seat, blood in others, mud all over the floor. Theres profanity etched in the toilet paper holders, its quite sad. read more

Love everything about this Target store. The employees are awesome, the Starbucks cafe staff are quick, friendly, and efficient. I've never had a bad experience at this Location. The coddingtown Target seems a little less organized and most of the time a lot of their shelves have limited amounts of items as opposed to this location which is always fully stocked. read more

I actually like both stores - Rohnert Park and Santa Rosa. Santa Rosa is a bigger store with more items, but Rohnert Park also has some nice specialty items (such as nice things in the $1 section) that I don't see in Santa Rosa. The new food section is excellent, with a wide variety of quality items. Most of the prices are better than the grocery stores as well - sometimes by a wide margin! The same can also be said of the toiletry/pharmacy section. I have never filled a prescription here, and so I cannot comment on that service. The thing that separates Santa Rosa from the other Targets I've been to is the great telephone service (many Targets ignore the phones completely) and the genuine desire to please exuded by most of the employees here. I have occasionally encountered some attitude at this Target, but that's the exception, not the rule. Most of the employees are extremely helpful and go out of their way to provide assistance to shoppers. The only negative comments I have relate to Target in general. It would be nice if customers had some say in the products that are stocked or an ability to request desired products. I would also like to see Target get more products that are Made in USA and fewer products that are Made in China. read more

Overall, I would rate this target as average. In my experience, there's really no customer service presence until you check out. There's no real greetings, smiles, or check ins of associates with customers. The store is kept fairly clean except for the usual disorganization, probably at the fault of hasty customers. I like the price check machines at the end of some isles. There's definitely a lot of foot traffic, and because of that lines can get really long. It would be nice if more check out lines were opened when needed, but it's not like I stand there for hours either. The store doesn't stand out to me as exceptionally clean or outstanding customer service; it's just a regular target that could be cleaner in the little food court area, and neater in the home goods isles, but it is well stocked and gets its consumers what they need. read more

Target - They have a superb selection of plastic organization cubbys! - Department Stores Near Me - Santa Rosa, California

Not bad, was here today, customer service was okay, my only issue is the trash near and around the building!! I'm sure they don't have enough employees to be constantly be picking up trash, but honestly it also comes done to human beings placing their trash in the trash can and people picking recyclables from the trash not making a mess! read more

Pretty upset when after calling them on Wednesday afternoon for a refill and picking up my long term prescription on Friday the price had jumped up 5 x's what it had been last time. Lying to me the clerk stated that it was the same price everywher in our area. I phoned Costco from their store and it was 1/6 the price they were about to charge me. Target discounted me back to 14 dollars. I complained to the management about their lack of communication with me, how they could have told me that the price had jumped since the last time there (they know me at the pharmacy) He said he would call me back but of course he never did. I will not go there again. After 5 years. Not even for paper towels. Jamie, the GM at Target did call me back. However he told me that there wasn't a harmacy manager so they couldn't price match costco right now. Oh really. That is not true and he thinks I don't know this. He said that perhaps next time I might get a discount there but it was up to the pharmacists discression and plus they did not have to price match on medication. Well, yuu always have so why change now. Oh, because we NEED meds. We can't be without them. So jack up that price and only loosing one customer is nothting to them. So bye bye target, helo Costco read more

I stop in here now and then while working to save myself a stop on the way home. SHUSH Don't tell my boss. haha My only real issue with the place is it seems to be rearranged just about every time I go in. So it's an adventure. What can I say, it's a Target. The store is waaay cleaner and neater than the local Walmarts and KMarts. They usually have what I'm looking for, plus some. My only real complaint here is that they need more cashiers. Checkout lines here are so slow! read more

You'd think that with their new renovation that they would re-do the bathrooms. It was absolutely disgusting. The toilet seats were covered with pee, no toilet paper in most of the stalls, no soap, no paper towels, It smelled horrible. Plus don't bother trying to call them because no one answers the phone. Hope they can at least update the bathrooms so the locks on the doors work!!! read more

Yesterday I purchased some household items ($360 total) to replace a few things that I lost when my home burned down in the Tubbs fire on October 9th. When I was checking out, the cashier asked me if I had my Target card for an additional 5% discount. I told her that I had lost it in the fire. Her only response was "Well, you can always get another one". She didn't offer me the 5% discount and simply moved on to the next customer. It's an average Target, but it does have a big variety of grocery items since they renovated (late-2010). The Target is way better than the Wal-Mart, that's for sure. I think this one is better than the Target in Rohnert Park because of the size and the design of the parking lot. read more

This is the first Target that I've been to that does not follow the "traditional" layout of a regular target. Most Targets have one entry and exit and things are (generally) laid out in similar fashion. I'm sure there are many others that buck the regular layout now, but when this Target first opened, I did get a little confused as to which door I should go through! With that said, I highly recommend this particular Target. It's big, well lit, and very friendly staff. Tip: check the clearance sections at the "ends" of the isles. You'll never know what they have on sale! read more

Functional at its most basic level as a place to shop and pick up most of your Target essentials. Large parking lot, plenty of registers, and things are mostly where they are labeled to be.
