I don't like Target but forced to buy here because it is so close to my house. They have over priced women's clothing, I mean $24 for a t-shirt at Target?? I can get a $12 t-shirt at the mall and it's way cuter. But the workers are nice and helpful whenever I do need help finding things. I also don't like this place because it is always so packed, not really a BAD thing for target, but bad for a shopper with 3 kids. read more

If you need some cheap plastic crap target should be your first stop!

Jose and electronics is very helpful in finding a special game that we needed he even called over to the Coddingtown store and have them put it on hold for us great customer service read more

I'm a fan of Target. It's prices are good, and they have a bit of a hip style. Now that they carry food in this Target, I go here for milk sometimes too! read more

Pharmacy Review. For the past 3 months in a row, they haven't had any of my perscription meds. They say its a problem with the supplier of this drug, but somehow I doubt it, because the last time they suggested I head to the Rohnert Park store's pharmacy, as though that would have made a difference. They get half a star for the pharmacy, 1.5 stars for having my favorite mini chicken sammiches in their frozen food section. read more

Sigh, I love me some Target stuff. Clothes, shoes, food, household...you name it. They have a pleasant staff and a clean store.

This Target always has a better selection. Love this location but the OFTEN have long lines at the registers. I think they are " skimpy" of staffing checkout lanes. read more

A few months ago I was shopping for new headphones in the Electronic Department. Immediately this guy comes up to me and starts complimenting my tattoos and begins to get kinda feely feely. I'm clearly not interested. When I pick the pair I want he then starts to make sexual comments about my body. At this point he ringing me up and I felt completely disgusted that he kept trying to force his comments on me. He tried to give his phone number and name to me but I just wanted to finish my transaction and leave. I haven't gone back to that store since. read more

I love target, or most of it... Chic, stylish cool stuff plus groceries? Awesome! But the clothing prices seem ever escalating and the girls shorts keep getting shorter and shorter! Makes the one stop shopping turn into 2-3 stores now. Boo read more

Like that it is close to home but it doesn't usually have everything I need like the bigger one in Rohnert Park.

Great customer service throughout the store. The floor service was comprehensive and the check out guy was genuinely kind.

I was very impressed by the costumer service at this target location. All the employees were so eager to help on the floor and our cashier was very friendly at checkout. Great target experience! read more

I just don't understand what has gone wrong with good customer service! For one your put on hold for so long, then the sales person has no idea what is in your store. This store needs help from good Management to take the lead. It's not the price of the products its the check out and the customer service that's bad. They need to put knowledgeable people on the floor but first they need to be trained by knowledgeable people. Its bad my last visit was just not good and the times before that. read more

There never seems to be enough sales people in each department to ask where to find something. The other day I found myself at the end of the store with my hands full without a cart. I passed by a sales lady who had a cart with one item in it and asked her if I could have her cart, she refused. Gone are the days where the customer gets needed help. When I worked in retail, I would give my cart to the customer and go up to the front to get another one. read more

Lol, my bro used to work here back in the days. Target is always reliable, but it's part of a bigger plaza, so everything is easy and accessible. read more

I just sent this complaint to Target corporate. Apparently they are unaffected by the recession and can afford to lose sales... Complaint: I went to your store on Santa Rosa Ave., Santa Rosa, CA. this morning to pick up 2 items. I ended up spending 2 hours and found a cart full of things that I wanted to purchase. The total came to $161.58. I did not have my ATM card with me so I wrote a check. My CHECK WAS DENIED! No explanation, no offer to call my bank, nothing! I was so embarrassed. I went directly to my bank who verified that my check is good, plenty of funds, etc. I called the "CERTEGY" number that your clerk handed me. The recorded message offered no explanation at all. Who is this company and how could they possibly know anything about my account?? I'm livid! Not only did I waste two hours in your store, there is no reason my check was not accepted by you. I want you to know that I promptly went to your competitor, where I spent $200... AND THEY GLADLY TOOK MY CHECK!! You've not only lost $161 today, you've lost me as a customer! read more

Normally Traget is just fine, plenty of staff to help. Unless you are temporary disabled. In the last 3 years I've had two occasions when I could not walk for long distance or for much time. Both those occasions the electric carts where dead. Once when I was pregnant with twins, and recently with double Nkle surgery. In each case the employees would make some lame excuses. This store is part of a huge cooperation. There is no excuse for this kind of thing. If the scooters are used so much that they don't get enough time to charge, then get more and rotate in and out of service in a back room. So if able bodied then shop the Santa Rosa Target, If not..... DON'T Target needs to get its act in gear. Luckily for me I will be mobile again. Sad for those who aren't and this store doesn't acomidate their needs.. read more

Dear Target Corp; Last night I shopped at the Santa Rosa, California Target. As I waited in line at the express register, a young girl, obviously buying essentials, came up short at the register. She was obviously embarrassed as she tried to decide what not to buy. The cashier, whose name tag said "Margarett," reached into her pocket and discretely passed the young woman enough money to make up the difference. The young woman looked around sheepishly, and accepted the money. Margarett repeated the total, and the customer paid the bill. When I got to the register, I asked Margarett about the gesture, and she shrugged it off. I was touched by her generosity, and I offered to give her the money. She adamantly refused, and said she wouldn't be allowed to take it even if she wanted to. I asked what I could do to honor her gesture, and asked if I could speak to her supervisor. I did, and filled out a comment card reflecting my admiration and respect for Margarett's kindness. Target is truly fortunate to have an employee of such high caliber, and I can only believe that Margarett's behavior is encouraged because she feels like a valued, adequately compensated employee. read more

Horrible customer service. Today there were lots of workers milling about and stocking. Blocking ailes. Not one person offered help or said a word. They are always out of something I had come for. read more

It seems that more often than not I am helped by a rude and usually incompetent cashier. The one from today, "Lorrie" was a real peach. Not only was she rude but she cut us off as she left her register. I am all for saving money but I would gladly pay a bit more for service! read more

Worst service ever.seems like no one knows what they're doing and the pharmacist looked like she was high or something because everything she did was wrong. I waited over an hour for my prescription just so they could tell me they didn't have the medication and I would have to go to either coddington or rohnert park. read more

They have a one plus one rule (one customer and one waiting means they "call for more cashiers" to come help alleviate the lines ....) THAT NEVER HAPPENS. They are understaffed to a rediculous degree. If they would give employees full schedules instead of 20-25 hours a week, making them dependent on trying to pick up shifts others drop, give them set schedules (you know they know when they need people etc...) so that employees could have second jobs, give them benefits(you know target can afford that ), then maybe they wouldn't have such a big turnover an never have enough staff, they can't hire and train faster than people leave because being on public assistance is less stressful than how target treats employees and getting any other job ever is even better. I feel bad for target employees. They get rated on how slow and fast they get each customer out of their line. Next time look at their screen... GGGGRRRRGGG YEA THAT MEANS RED OR GREEN. target sucks. It's cleaner than Walmart which is the only reason most people probably go there instead. The lines are terrible Shit is still messy And they treat employees like garbage read more

Target is SCROOGE! 10 days they've kept my xmas shopping money! Target double-charged me when Register #13 froze. The supervisor assured me my debit card was not charged. I was charged $100 twice and they would not credit. Making me file a refund dispute (2 identical receipts within 2 minutes) Corporate doesn't care (terribly terribly unable to help you). Hours of my time. Too much negative energy trying to get my own money back. Wouldn't it a better use of our time to shop local, or to shop at places with great return/refund policies like REI, Costo and Amazon? You would make my day if you got on their website and wrote: Target is Scrooge. Holding up Taryn Young's Xmas money, 10 days and counting. My goal is to get them to pay some attention. I don't think its fair I'm the only one doing all the work to correct their mistake. Learning: Always get a receipt of a statement if a register freezes - or better yet, walk out. read more

The only reason I go to this store is that it's close to my home. The women's clothing is high priced and selections are horrible if your not a young women or are out dated. I can buy a product and really like it, go back to the store and it's on the shelf no more. I'm 59 years old and still have to show my ID to purchase wine or beer. I really hate that. The people who work there are nice though. It is clean. But the prices are to high. I've never really gotten a good deal on anything I've purchased. read more

I ordered an item last Thursday and estimated pick up day would be the following Monday. My item was delivered to the store AND signed for at the store (May 11, 2019) but was never scanned in their system and had gotten lost due to a negligent employee. I called the customer service desk about 6 times with no answer and finally called Electronics so they could transfer me to someone in customer care. I went back and forth between Target.com representatives and in-store employees for about two hours trying to find out what happened to my order. They told me they just didn't know what happened and the employee that signed for my order "didn't remember signing for it". Finally, the in-store employee told me the best they could do was offer me a $20 gift card for my "inconvenience". The representative from Target.com offered to wave express shipping on the item since I had to cancel the lost item and reorder it. Overall, Target.com reps did the most for me. However, the customer experience in-store was by far the worst target experience I've ever had. read more

Aside from the mobile employees, their employees are not knowledgable about their respected departments. They have extremely limited selection in their electronics section, and there store isn't that clean. I came as an employee from Best Buy and I can tell you that Best Buy had way better customer service, way more knowledgeable staff and way more selection. They're business model doesn't make any sense either. At Best Buy, my manager, the good guy he is emphasized that we were one team one dream meaning we helped out in every department to make the customer happy. At target, you got in trouble for walking a customer to the item they were looking for. I also got in trouble for ringing people up and helping in the front. The management said I was 'Wandering". How can i be wandering if I'm doing my job and helping guests? You want a clean friendly atmosphere and not feeling like your being ripped off, PLEASE dont shop at Target. Theres a Best Buy like half a mile down the parking lot. Plus, someone bought a PS4 for a christmas present from target and there were bibles in the box. read more

The store is always crowded and smells weird. And the cashiers are super rude. I hate shopping here

This target in one of the best, always clean and full. The manager is always on the floor. Better then other targets in the area!

How do you complain about your other coworkers in front of yours guests when you don't even know your store's own return policy? Thanks for only giving me $10 back on a $30 purchase that was supposed to be a gift. If you're looking for incompetency, you've just found it. read more

I love this Target. Really convenient location by other places that I frequently shop and you can't beat the prices or selection.

I love going to this target! Avoid this store. I honestly don't know whether Target has been acquired by new owners (possibly foreign investors, or a limited partnership or corporation), but it is only a shadow of what it used to be as far as customer service goes. In my recent interactions with personnel at the customer service counter, I was made to feel more like an intruder than a valued customer. For example, I attempted to return (or at least obtain equivalent store credit for) a brand new shirt for which I paid $8.99 plus tax. Now granted that I had purchased the shirt over 30 days prior to my attempted return/exchange, but I had never worn it, it was still in brand new condition, all the tags were still on the shirt, and I had and presented my receipt. Aside from the unfriendly, almost hostile attitude displayed by the Target customer service associate, I was told that it had to be treated as "a return without receipt" and that the store would refund only $2.39 of my money. I decided it was better to keep it and give it away, rather than capitulate to being ripped off. Bottom line: I will never shop at Target again. read more

Target needs to get a new bank to run their credit card. I have NEVER in 10 years paid interest on my CC. I received an email saying my payment didn't go through. When I called the women said she couldn't tell why. She waived the interest, supposedly. So, they saw that I made a payment way before the bill was due but their messed up system, probably from the hack they had didn't let it go through. When I called the women said she couldn't tell why. She waived the interest, supposedly. NOW THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME INTEREST!!!!! I'll be going somewhere else. Sad that they have such a low rating, but I get it. The store is also always filthy and a mess. They often are low stock and have lots of empty racks. The underwear are all the same size as well as the bras. Who's ordering 1000 bras size 40D????? read more

I ordered a cubbie unit online from both the Santa Rosa Avenue Santa Rosa CA and Rohnert Park CA stores. Online inventory for both stores was qty 1. When I got to the store and checked in, the clerk said I had to wait to get a confirmation text. I wandered around the store for about 1 hour and then finally asked a stocker guy what might be happening. He said they were out of stock for the item I ordered and I could look at the other color options. Another clerk took me to an area and showed me what he had searched for earlier. I said that was the wrong part. We finally found the right part in another department. There were two available so I loaded both in the cart and went back to the original clerk to settle up. She said she could not help me because the oder hand not been processed. I finally had to pay with a credit card and then go home and cancel the 2 online orders. What a major hassle. The original clerk was not trained well; the other customer clerk was much nicer and explained the process to me. Pretty lame experience. read more

Encountered the most stupid and ignorant cashier ever!!! So today I went to this department store and bought 3 items. Intended to have 3 separate transaction to get at least $100 cash back on my card. So I told the lady at the register I will need to do 3 separate transaction for each items and well what do you know, she refused to ring me up. She said only 1 transaction for per person. I told her that's "not true, cause I did it before and I've done it here all the time". Then she tells me that what I did was illegal and who ever rang me up could have gotten fired.... So I gave her this silent stared like, r u fucken serious, you kidding me right?????.... I refused to leave, so after standing there silent for a few second then she go and call her co-worker friend to come over. They talked to each other in their native language, Spanish. Then her co-worker friend also tells me the same thing that it is "illegal" to do that. They both attacked and argued against me about their claim. I got so annoyed so I demand to talk to her manager.. She refused to call her up and she kept telling me she is sure of it and that the manager will say the exact same thing. However, I kept repeating, "LET ME TALK TO YOUR MANAGER!" more than once. So she finally phone her manager to come over. The manager is a young white girl around my age. I told her, "I need 3 separate transaction". And she said, "yeah sure no problem!", then she told the lady to just ring it 3 times. It sure did made her look stupid alright. What pissed me off was she didn't call the manager to solve this problem right away. Instead she acted like a "know it all" and wasted so much of my time! Not racist or anything but sure she isn't the one that's "illegal"? It just makes me wonder how do people like this able to pass the interview for this job. smh... read more

I shopped at this Target for many years but one thing I have noticed recently is the extreme push for the sign ups for theirTarget Red card. The employees push it so hard sometimes its as if they are receiving a commission with each sign up they get from customers granted I know this is not the case and I get the fact the pressure for getting people to sign up is probably from upper management being pushed on their employees but if I say im not interested more then once this is what I mean. It is obvious that Target gets some kind of financial kick back by getting consumers to sign up. So I guess the question to me since Im a business owner is it more important to pressure consumers so much that they get upset or to have happy returning customers. And some of these poor employees that posess great customer service skills should be rewarded because in my opinion this is more important happy returning customers is more important. Way over the pressure for signing up for a red card just saying. read more
