Love this Target. It's clean and organized, though it's super busy so it's hard to find what I'm needing at times. Especially diapers. The children's clothing section is pretty limited compared to other locations. Parking is decent, but for some reason they have several speed bumps which is unusual as no other Target has quite that many. Wondering if it's an Alamo Ranch driver problem that requires so many speed bumps in such close proximity. The value for what you get is comparable to other places - some groceries are only a few cents difference from our local three letter grocery chain. It doesn't draw me to purchase Target foods, but it doesn't deter me from buying stuff if I'm there. I'm anti-social so my favorite thing is that staff doesn't really acknowledge you unless you make direct eye contact in which case they usually smile or nod, occasionally asking how it's going. They don't offer help unless you ask which I'm honestly okay with, because all too often stores bombard you when you're familiar with the set up of the store or when you don't want assistance. read more

Came here for OTC meds and ended up getting more stuff as usual! This is my old stomping grounds! They've revamped the place and it's clean and organized like always. Starbucks and pharmacy inside is an added errand bonus. Pokémon cards gone. But the Christmas themed store and gift ideas here have great range and variety. Friendly and professional staff. Parking is plenty but it gets really crowded in this area. They have curbside pick up options as well. read more

I always have a good experience at this target. I have witnessed them cleaning multiple times (shelves, carts, etc). They do a really good job at keeping people in line on the 6ft circles as well as taking the time to wipe down the register after each customer. I will admit, most of the time the shelves are pretty empty (they sell out of things fast) BUT this seems to be the only Target that is up to date with the app most of the time. Every time I need to find something, if the app says it's on aisle W4, it is. Which I love since I'm trying to be in and out as fast as possible. This location also has the most options for dairy free alternatives which is nice since H‑E‑B and Walmart both don't have anything comparable. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the bathrooms, they're pretty nasty but I think it's because they're trying to focus more time on the floor. read more

Worst costumer service I had experienced! Manager Alan called my husband and I liars, he didn't respect a Sale tag and was extremely disrespectful. They wanted me to pay $240 when the Sale price was showing $176. Expiration date was 12/5 and I went in January 8, they had a whole month to remove the tag and they didn't. I could understand if he explained that they didn't had time to remove it and offer me a smaller discount, but he said there was no tag and that it didn't match the product, which it clearly does. read more

I ordered my groceries for them to bring them to my car unfortunately the app was not working so I went into the store to let them know I was here and parked on #3 we tried to fix the app and no luck. If you are not using the Cartwheel app when you shop at Target you are missing out on huge savings. Not trying to be a spokesman for Target but combining this with their RedCard will give you some big savings. You can even use your RedCard/Cartwheel to save if you decide to grab something from the Starbucks located here. I like this Target and not because it is the closest to me. It is always clean despite the main Yelp picture showing clothes off the hangers. The staff seems to always be on the move stocking shelves or actually helping customers. I use to tell my guys if you have time to lean you have time to clean. It seems like this was told to the employees of this Target. On the few occasions that I have to return items it is a very simple process with no fuss. There are 12 self-checkout lanes located at each end of the registers. When you only have a few items it is very convenient but it seems like when I have one item I have that person in front of me that decides to give it a go for the first time. Never fails. My only complaint is that at times when it gets crowded and the self-checkout gets crowded there are very few registers open. read more

This is the worst managed target I have EVER been to. There are clothes everywhere all over the floor. Tags all over the floor. Trash all over. I don't know how many hangers I ran over unintentionally with my dirty filthy cart. This was the "cleanest" cart I could find at the front of the store (see picture). Whoever is the manager of this target has ZERO pride in their management and absolutely no pride in their job. I just love any and all Targets , my wallet not much . Seems that i always go in here for one thing and end up buying 20. Anyhow this target is set up very nice , has a Starbucks & food stand . The other day i visited they were giving away ice cream samples , make up and more . My only Complaint is some of their products are expired ! Be sure you look at the expiration date before you buy their frozen products . Why did I walk in Target with no list They got me again! Came in for two things and I just wanted to kill tine but no I grabbed a basket and that's where I went wrong $$$! I just love the grocery choices that feels like specialty boutique food. I like being able to grab Starbucks coffee and enjoy the shopping experience. They have some yummy macaroons (red velvet, pistachio, chocolate) that is a must try. I picked up some plant based breakfast sausage that I don't see in my regular grocery store and I loved the wine selection. Only con is it seemed like the women's clothes were just okay. I used to go to Target and see a lot of great business casual and chic wear. This time it was a ton of lounge wear ( maybe due to pandemic). Not sure whyb this store always looks like something blew up. I tried to do the laundry deal for Tide. Sign clearly says item 12.99 or more buy 3 get a 10.00 gift card. Went to check out and of course didn't work. Cashier told me it was the wrong size and pulled up the 115 oz. Said no, its 12.99 or more. States she couldn't do anything about it. I'm not sure what's going on with this Target location but the shelves are empty. While their competitors have stocked shelves this store is lacking in every department, not only that it's a mess. The restroom is consistent abhorrent, like I get it no one likes cleaning a public restroom but even before the Pandemic is was disgusting. read more

This target has taken zero percent actions in staying clean. There are no sanitizer dispensers anywhere around the store or in the front end where the carts are. It is dirty all over this store. Not even their cashiers have hand sanitizer for them to stay clean or for any germ preventions. The restrooms where just as bad no soap or sanitizer at all. It's really sad that these huge multipurpose stores are not manning their registers with real people but trying to herd you into a self service check out. I had to speak with a manager to see if they would open a register at both ends at the store because I am disabled and sometimes park in which ever Handicap space is open. They did that but that is only two registers open. They really want you to use those self service check outs. I would prefer to deal with a real person and sometimes I've had to stand inline for a long time while the people who work there stood around talking instead of Manning the registers. The lines have to be out by at least 5 people before they will open up a register. I try now only to go to the CVS Pharmacy there because they are exceptional people. They have been taking care of my family since they opened so they are very familiar with our needs. Especially mine since I have several medication allergies as well as well as a whole host of medications that I take. I never have to worry about drug interactions either. It's not because you have cute home decor, handy baby items, grocery isles galor, and personal care essentials every item I visit. It's because I can't stand the rudeness by your regular clientele at this location. It's the same reason I refuse to shop at the Target location on Loop 410 and Hwy 151. When I expressed my concerns to the lady at the customer service desk she was very nice but was not surprised. Biggest complaint: if you go early on a weekday there are 1 or 2 registers open. So while you think you're being smart by avoiding afternoon and evening traffic (car & foot) in AR, think again. You'll be 10 people deep waiting to check out. Very frustrating. This is one of those super stores; people are grocery shopping... We need more lines open!! Overall the store is organized & clean, again I try to go early in the day. I always browse clearance items, you can find some good deals. I like the home decor section the most. This is the closest Target to my house and I've always had a good experience. For the most part the shelves are well stocked with merchandise and the store is clean. Additionally, since I usually only pick up a few items I can get in and out of the store quickly thanks to the express line. As an added bonus really like their $1 section and that they have price scanners throughout the store. I went today to pick up a 2016 calendar and supplies for school, and I was able to get everything I needed at an affordable price! Definitely a fan! read more

Unfortunately this is the closest target to me. It's rare that I can count on them to have women's smaller sizes, they typically have just larger sizes which I don't happen to wear. Today I tried going to get my toddler son shorts for the upcoming weather, they had no knit shorts-NONE. The sign was there for the shorts but there was no shorts. They also had maybe 3 or 4 swim trunks total in random sizes which none happened to be my sons size. During my time there target employees are walking around the store with their walkie talkies and I'm wondering why no one is restocking, this was like 11am on a weekday so it's not like I went later in the day. It was just a wasted trip and I will probably drive further to another target in the future. Also this location does get a lot of traffic & congestion however the stores need to try to compensate and be on top of stocking merchandise, this is a common issue here. read more

My family ordered glasses from their eye center, and let me tell you the rollercoaster we've been through. And on top of the the receptionist that answers the phone is extremely RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! Had to send our glasses back twice because they can't get the lenses right!!!! So frustrating!!! And when we try to explain what's wrong they tell us we are wrong and we just need to get used to it!!! Seriously??? I don't understand them!!!
