This location has been giving Walmart lately. 95% of staff aren't useful the times I have gone there in the past 2 months. There's so much clothes on the floor and it's overwhelming. It used to be a nice shopping experience before but now it's terrible. The worst Target I have ever been to. Everything is unorganized and there are children roaming around everywhere! The staff seems like they weren't trained to handle a high volume of people and the store seems like it hasn't been straightened up since the doors were opened. The cashier offered me store credit because she couldn't figure out another way to give me a refund and the gift card said "In Store Use Only". She didn't even warn me. My mom had a bad experience. She was going to purchase a jumper for my niece, but the price wasn't reduced on self checkout, she asked one of the employees, Sunny. This target has went down hill! The management has changed the past 3-4 years things changed really fast. Most targets added grocery/RX dept and a Starbucks which make it a one stop shop for most. There's only 2-3 cashiers at the busy times, usually one person in customer service and food court. It make it hard to get in and get out with short staff at checkout as well as on the floor for assistance. The trash are always splitting over outside and inside. This store needs help! Dressing rooms are a hot mess the workers are just sitting gossiping and no wonder there's no sizes out on the floor there all in the dressing room floor... I remember when it was one of the first stores in this shopping center right next to Circuit Citywhich I loved! It's was a lot slower and safer parking lot. I am a busy mom and I choose drive up because of the convenience of not having to get off the car with two children under two years old. It is extremely disappointing when I check in and still need to wait over 20 minutes to receive my order. Especially when it is not a peak time. I never leave negative reviews, but this store deserves it. Half of my pick up order is missing. I live out of town and I'm leaving for the weekend, so I can't just drive over there to pick it up. I have been calling the store, but no one picks up. When someone does finally pick up the phone, they hang up before I can even say hello. I understand that mistakes happen, but to ignore your customers deserves a negative review. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Nastiest target I have ever walked in. Women's bathroom filthy. Men's bathroom out of order, guest have to walk down the street to an outhouse. The floors are stained with dirt. The employee who's name is MARILU is trying to assign each person to whoever is available but she couldn't handle. Now there's like three people ahead of me and the cashier closest to us doesn't have anyone so the lady infront of me proceeds to the cashier. She puts her basket down and right when the cashier is about to grab the first item...MARILU the cashier* SNATCHES the basket and tells the lady to get back in line and is doing so in a very harassing tone. She then proceeds to do the same thing to the other person who was ahead of the lady! She grabbed her basket and sent her back to the line! I have the video if any Target management would like to hear how insulting it was for the second lady to be arguing about how Marilu has no reason to snatch*** the basket and send her back to the line. I went to get a ps4 game for a friend because it was his birthday. I walked to the video games and there was a guy stocking up the games and I asked him for the game I wanted and he gave it to me he was really nice and great service. I go over to the electronics boat. ( I work at a target and over there we call the register the boat). Well there was a guy charging us and he was a tech guy he wore the target black tech shirt and he has glasses. I don't know his name but the service was absolutely trash. He was so rude and not to mention on his phone the entire time. At the end after I payed I asked him if I could get a gift receipt and he said you're supposed to tell me before you pay in the most rude tone ever. I was so mad like dude it's not my fault your day is shit alright. I showed him how to print out the gift recipe it and walked him through it. Through the process he was on his phone and seemed annoyed with the whole situation. Once the receipt printed from the machine he pointed towards it with his phone and said it's right there. I was paying my baby's clothes at self checkout and this lady that's there to help called the security on my Saying I didn't pay for one of the jeans so he came and was super mean as well as her and made me pay if ir again. But they treated me as I was stealing and that is just embarrassing and they just shouldn't do that they need to make sure and check everything! I usually don't leave reviews but this circumstance definitely called for one. The other day as I was finishing up a transaction I over heard someone who I am assuming is a manager confront two employees as they were coming inside with a cart as so what was going on completely I am not sure but the way this woman yelled at these two workers was completely uncalled for. It made me feel uncomfortable as a customer so I can only imagine how it made the workers feel. I couldn't help but feel bad for the employees she was yelling at. No matter what the issue I don't think it was right to handle it in such an open area of the store and she also never should have raised her voice at them the way she did. There absolutely could have been better ways she could have handled that situation if she is a manager. She could definitely benefit from some more training in my opinion. read more

Had to rate in order to post a review. My husband and I went into the store not the best dressed it's late and we just had to get diapers. Before actually getting them we started looking around the store and all of a sudden we noticed we are being followed by security dressed in normal attire. I go here because there are things I need and because I have to but the service is unbelievable at times. If you like to use coupons, I do not recommend going here because 90% of the time they don't follow the coupon policies and you always have to get a manger involved, there is one girl in particular who is constantly rude, she seems to be a front end leader or something, she is always disrespectful. There are a few employees whose registers I try to get because they are actually friendly but every time I come in, employees are just standing around chatting in little groups and the store is a mess. If you need help finding something, you're pretty much on your own. Although, I've never had a problem in the cafe, every employee that works in there has been very nice and helpful (as they can see I have my hands full with two toddlers), it could just use some extra cleaning. read more

If I could give this store less than a star I would. I came in to pick up some items I ordered online. The first issue was they tried to give me an item that was the wrong size in ounces. When I pointed it out to the representative. The customer representative Jackie had the nerve to ask me to grab it from the floor. When the item was not available in the store. I asked to be credited back to my card and informed her I would not be taking the item. She stated the she had processed the item as picked up. I would have to come back after 24 hours. Had the manager paged and here comes Isaiah with no common sense. Did not offer a solution. I spent a hour in a half with no resolution. I left the store and the item and called corporate. They were able to help me with my issue in less than 25 minutes. Management need to reevaluate their customer service skills. I will not be returning to this store. read more
