My furniture had deteriorated within a year and had to buy another set of furniture from a better quality furniture business.

I just moved back into the area and was in need of a sofa with chaise & dining set. Walked in and immediately saw the couch that I've been searching for! I instantly jumped on the chaise and it felt like heaven. My dream come true! Sold! Easy peezy! Proceeded to walk down stairs to check out the dining sets. Found the perfect one. Originally, I wanted a dining set with a bench, but the owner advised that it wouldn't be safe (bc of the height of the table) and also they didn't make benches for that type of dining set. Delivery arrived in a few weeks (during lockdown) which wasn't an issue. The delivery guys were so nice and did a great job setting everything up for me. Definitely recommend this to my friends & family and will be coming back for more! read more

I went in to find pieces to complete my master bedroom. I am very happy with all my purchases. The lady helped me find a queen bed, dresser, and night stand that are all very high quality. I've shopped around other furniture stores in the Monterey county area and I honestly think you won't find anywhere that beats the prices here. I was recommended to come here from some friends that also were very happy with their purchases. Afterwards, I hired them to do interior design for my two Airbnb's and am very satisfied! I will hire them again to do my third one because business has been booming! Guests who have been staying there for the past two years all love the nice touches and design that Quyên and her crew did. They will soon come back to do my third AirBnB! My family and I highly recommend coming to this store because they know what they're doing and they really care about providing the best customer service ever! read more

This place is my savior!! We had been waiting over 4 months for our delayed couch from Macy's and there was no end in sight. After searching more local furniture stores, Furniture expo had the exact couch we wanted in the perfect shape AND color with the ottoman! Everyone there was so incredibly friendly, called me to confirm everything, and the delivery was FAST (legit like 2 days later, with assembly!!). 11/10 recommend for service and products. Love the couch - I couldn't be happier. If you're thinking about going to Macy's or literally anywhere else, go here instead! Big selection and no waiting on delayed delivery dates! read more

My wife and I owe a big Thank You to Furniture Expo, Qyuen, the store owner, in particular. She designed and furnitured our short term rental house 3 months ago. We could tell that she put all her heart and talents into the project. When I first saw what she had done to our house, I could not help but being taken aback. It was so beautifully done. The colors, the arrangement, and the overal impression were just unbelievable, and at a very reasonable cost. Now we have been running this short term rental for 2 months, and business has been very good. Almost all our guests tell us: your house is so beautiful! Thank you, Qyuen! Thank you, Furniture Expo! read more

Great selection and better prices. Just purchased a pub dining table set and massage recliner chair. Best price in town compared to Costco, East Salinas and the thieves at Direct Furniture Outlet. The employees up to the owners are great. Support local, especially these guys.. read more

I recently put my San Jose house up for sale and was initially struggling to find someone to help me stage it for the open house. A friend recommended the owner of this store to help me out. She was so sweet and had such creative thoughts. She communicated with me every step of the way and made me feel really taken care of. Not to mention, the house looked spectacular! Would definitely recommend for an easy and excellent house staging job read more

I purchased a Guildcraft sofa at Furniture Expo tonight and I am pleased with the actual product! The service at this store is wonderful. The store manager with her sales people like Christian were super nice, helpful, and accommodating! I got a deal on the sofa thanks to Christian! The building is huge with three actual floors. They sell anything from living, dining, and bedroom furniture. Many selections from bargain, moderate, to pricey. This store is definitely worth a stop if you are looking for furniture! read more

Bought a couch from here . 2 months later it started falling apart. Come to find out the couch I bought was made from recycled palette wood stapled together. You read that right..stapled then covered with fake leather. Talked to the Asian Lady...practically made bunch of excuses. No offer of checking out the couch, fixing it or replacing it... read more

Years ago, we bought our living room set here. So far, so good. Today, I thought I'd wander in and look for a dresser for our remodeled Master Bedroom. As I walked in, an Asian man stood up from his desk and shouted something. I think it was "hello". He proceeded to return to phone calls and working at his desk. I wandered the entire showroom and was never greeted by a living soul. I think he was the only person there. The place felt like a tomb. As I walked downstairs, I noticed that the prices are cheap, but so is the quality. If you're looking for laminate dressers for cheap, come here. The one man never, EVER came to me and asked if I needed help. I left, and he never said a word. This place is checked off my list for any future consideration. Their loss... read more

Furniture Expo is a huge store and has a wide variety of furniture and prices to choose from. I purchased a nice sofa and living room accent chair. Items and shipping/delivery to Marina were prompt, accurate, and reasonably priced. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful, but not pushy. Go there! They make their customers happy :) read more

We had a problem with chairs, the ones delivered were taller than the floor model. I am a short person. The store did agree to take them back and gave us store credit which was all we wanted. read more

We shopped around looking for a new bedroom furniture set and came to furniture expo and found one that was exactly what we were looking for! We ended up going with the bed frame head/footboard and a large chest of drawers and passed on the dresser because it was fairly expensive and they only were willing to lower it $40 . The man who helped us told us we made a great choice as it was built very well and the brand was known for its longevity and quality. We paid $800 for the two pieces and loved them and how it fit and looked in our bedroom....here's where it went bad the SECOND NIGHT we went to get into bed and BOOM it broke, my husband and I are not big people and we followed the directions to a T. We needed to sleep so my husband went out and bought wood and repaired it himself ....we went in and told the an who helped us what had happened and I was furious because if we wanted cheap furniture that would fall apart after TWO days we would have went to Walmart he told us no refunds and was not willing to help us. I have told everyone we know what happened and will not be shopping there ever again! We spent a lot of money there and all we got was broken furniture. read more

My first time going to this furniture store and set up a payment plan of 3 months for a table set. I gave a $200 deposit and was told I would get it delivered in two weeks on Friday November 18th at 3pm. When the day and time came I waited over an hour, I called store to confirm delivery. When the lady answered the phone she looked up my invoice and delivery time. She said it wasn't delivered from their vendor because of it being out of stock. I told her I would take the floor model even though it had scratches and was already peeling. She then requested me to pay the full amount, even though I already set up the payment plan and was on the invoice. When I told her about the payment plan, she then requested to be pay in two payments within a month. When I agreed, she then changed her mind and told me what was her guarantee that I would make those payments. I was in shock she would even ask that! I told her I already put down $200 dollars down! I told her she has all my info even my workplace. She responded with "yeah, but.. It's not a guarantee" does that mean I don't have any guarantee when I put $ down for a product. I told her I was going back to the store to pick up my $ because it seams like my money is not worth anything there. This is the worst place to buy furniture, I will tell everyone I know not to shop there since $ is not a value there. read more
