The cool thing about Target is all the associates have an app. They can look up items and tell you whether they are in stock or not. Plus, they can tell you where in the store the item can be found. I'm not sure if this Target app is available to the general public. Next time I go to Target, I will check in to it. Life is good with helpful staff who have an app for that! read more

Good selection, clean store, and easy parking. We were on the way home from a birthday party and decided to swing by to grab a couple items. I was super excited to see there was a Menchie's next door. I'm lucky this isn't my neighborhood Target or else I'd be consuming a whole lot more frozen yogurt. As with almost every Target I've gone to, parking was a breeze - Trader Joe's, please take note. Inside I found everything clean and orderly. We perused the store for a bit before heading to check out. I think they have six self check out machines. This was our only hiccup, it seemed like nobody in front of us knew how to use them! It would have been faster to go through a staffed line! Overall, this was a quick trip, which I found pretty unremarkable. I'm a fan of Target....if you ask my hubs our bank account is mostly Target purchases LOL. So I have an addiction, however who can beat the everyday 5% off with your target card (debit or credit) plus all the Circle deals and convenience of ordering on their app and picking up (in-store or drive-up) w/in 2 hours. I absolutely love how Target has "targeted" the convenience factor of the consumer and won me over. Their stores are always clean and organized, staff is typically always friendly and helpful, and their sales are always unbeatable in my book. I also love that I can order subscriptions and have them delivered according to my schedule of need, similar to Amazon but I prefer Target. read more

After taking Target for granted for too long, I've realized better prices in the grocery section on several items than most grocery stores! I've also realized saving in their sales and clearances! I agree with several other Yelpers on stocked shelves, helpful staff, and thank goodness for Starbucks! ;-) For the 2017-2018 school season, Gigi & I scored all her school supplies here AND some cute school clothes as well! She loves this store! The Family invaded this location on Labor Day and abused Labor Day sales! I also got some good assistance and advice from a nice young man in Electronics. This store is in serious need of a remodel. The customer service area is tiny, the drive up ordering system rarely works (out of 4 drive up orders at this store, I waited 20+ minutes for my order to come out on two occasions, and twice I didn't receive everything I purchased). It's convenient but I'll be trekking to the Tampa West store - this one needs upgrades across the board. Don't buy packaged clothing from this store (undergarments) because you won't get what you pay for. Then you need to find another store with the item in stock (because that's another issue with this location) and waste more time & money on something that shouldn't have been an issue at all. I have been wondering why there are no other options for grocery shopping at East Lake besides Publix. Then in one month, Boooooom. There is a new Sweetbay opened just cross the street and Target adds a new fresh grocery section. Are we still in the middle of the worst recession?. Oh.... man.... must be someone finally figured out there is a demand and supply issue here at East Lake community. The new grocery section is tiny, but still you can get variety vege and good quality meat. No on-site bakery provide Archer Farm fresh made French Baguette (as good as those I had in Paris!). That was a disappoint to me. The frozen section has been expanded which attract a lot of customers. What you can find at Super Target, you can find in this new renovated store. Target locate at Boot Ranch Shopping Plaza. Large parking lot; Safe neighbor area; CVS, Publixs, Frozen Yogurt store, Chinese and Thai takeouts, Subway, Radio Shack, UPS, Cigar store, Shoe repair etc are all in the same compound. This is my Go To Target, It's on my way home from work, it's where I get my prescriptions filled. Barbie in the Pharmacy is the best. I find that the shelves are -always- being stocked, that the selection is usually pretty damned good (Except for plus women's clothing, what gives?) and that you can usually find just what you need. If you can't, just ask a helpful associate and they'll do what they can to locate it for you. Their clearance items are usually pretty good too. Sometimes the hunt is part of the game! I love rooting through the makeup to find that perfect shade thats been discounted 50% off or more! read more

I like this Target. I REALLY like that it has a Starbucks inside as well. I have to admit, there's a different crowd then I see at my usual shopping haunt down the street, but that's a good thing. There's also a good vibe here as far as the customer service is concerned, although... I constantly feel like I'm being watched for shoplifting. I've had associates staring at me before, boring holes into me with their eyes. It's rather creepy. I'm all for loss prevention, but unless I come in here with a massive purse and keep leaning over items suspiciously then there's no reason for this. I assure you, my dress and mannerisms are far from the profile of one who'd visit a store to gank items from the shelves. That being said, it's easy enough to say that the workers here take pride in their store. Every time I come here products are organized and shelved appropriately. I can zip through here and find everything I need fairly quickly because of this, although they do change where each holiday's items are located. read more

Surprisingly, I've never been to this location even though it's 10 minutes from my house. I was in the oldsmar area this morning and after running some errands, I needed to go to Target as well. Instead of going to my local Super Target, I decided to give this one a try. It's definitely not a Super Target but it's a nicely laid out regular Target. It's conveniently located near a Publix, McD's and various other quick serve restaurants. I can see myself coming here if I needed to get some shopping done and get a quick bite to eat. Worst Customer Service! Kristin in particular lacks the fundamental customer service skills, communications skills, listening skills, and patience to really comprehend what the customer experience is suppose to be. She needs coaching and a reassessment of her position. I was doubled charged for an item involving one of their promotions and not refunded my money. The POS system somehow was only crediting me $8.66 for the item that I was charged $11.99. She could not figure it out and refused to take the time to use basic common sense to reconcile this issue. She also refused to give me the contact information for the general manager of the store. If that is not evident of her lack of customer service, then I don't know what it is. read more

This is my favorite target! Although It's not a super target, I shop here because of the employees! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, willing to help you find what you need. The managers are very helpful and the store is always clean & stocked. Starbucks is a plus! I've never had a bad experience with this target, I've been shopping at this location for a year now. I drove 30 minutes to get to this target which was the only target in my area with the two chairs I wanted. I was unable to find the chairs on the shelves. Shaun in Guest Services (I might be spelling his name wrong) was so helpful! He helped me find one of the chairs in the store and helped me order the second online. I had to return to the store the next week to pick up the second chair and Shaun was super helpful again. He remembered me from the week before and was happy to help. I had been to three different targets to try to find this chair before I came to BootRanch and had dealt with multiple rude and unhelpful Target employees at other stores. Once I got to BootRanch and spoke to Shaun about my problem locating the chairs, he was so nice and helpful and polite. I am so thankful for his assistance and kindness! This Target is more expensive and smaller than the Target in Clearwater mall. While I WAS there during Christmas shopping, it also seemed more run-down than the Clearwater mall Target. So all-in-all, it's okay, but not particularly recommended if you can avoid it. read more

Love me some Target! Why aren't they getting 5 stars? Because they continuously only have 3 check-outs in operation, regardless of the demand. It's the constant joke in my house....A Target trip is taking that much longer because only 3 check-outs are open. Generally 1 of them is an 'Express Only' too! This location is a bit dated and dirty feeling. Grocery selection is quite limited but if you just need to run in and grab a few groceries, it's an average store. I can't speak to non-food products but as far as groceries and produce go, if you have to go to target your best bet would be the one off 60 and just east of US19 in Clearwater. read more

Pharmacy staff rude to a new homeowner to the area. Rest of the store is great. Female pharmacist & Jason were both rude. I used to LOVE Target until she told me I had to go back to Little Rd Target to fill my rx's. I just bought a home here & explained how I was trying to get all my rx's to my local Target. The pharmacy people were very nice to me with all my questions. The electronics mobile guy went out if his way to help me with my new iPad and even put in a screen cover.
