Waited on someone to help me with some earbuds that were locked in a case after someone finally came he was rude and very uncomfortable. He basically told me to tell him what I wanted after he unlocked it and grabbed them he tried to take me directly to the front but I had wanted to look at the different colors they had advertised. He abruptly told me they had no other colors so I asked if I could see the box to get a closer look he then held it up and kept it away from me. After this I was done. Told him I changed my mind and went down the street to best buy where they had the color I wanted with no hassle from the workers. NEVER SHOPPING AT TARGET IN OWASSO AGAIN. If those are the people you have dealing with customers then it's no wonder your store only has 3 stars read more

I'm a fan of that 50% section they set up close to the entrance as soon as you come in. They have great stuff from little toys to writing pads to random things that make great party favors or stock stuffers for kids. You can sign up for their weekly deals either by email or by downloading their app and you get coupons as well to save on a lot of things and get good deals. I've never had any trouble in terms of organization and the check out people are nice. read more

I could spend hours at Target but today my daughter and I were on a mission.  We walked into a clean, organized store with $1, $3 & $5 bins right off the bat!  SO many fantastic distractions and we were detoured a number of times!!  Target has things you didn't know you needed.  We had to focus.  We were there to find the perfect storage cubes for her cabinets.  Target has a large selection and I found the ones I would have liked in her room but in the end my daughter liked the selection at another store.  She's seven so rainbows and unicorns are more important than color coordinating.  I am certain we will be back. read more

After shopping at #owasso #target today, I left without one of the shirts I bought. On my receipt every item I purchased was accounted for, but when I got home, one was missing. It was an entire button down shirt on a hanger for $29.99. I called and was told that I left with 3 bag and that was all of my merchandise. I did leave with three bags, but the cashier left one of the shirts out of the bag. A very rude, condescending person named Jade told me tonight that cameras don't lie. Ummm --- really???!!! Well, I PAID for the shirt, I did leave with 3 bags, but no, that shirt was NOT in the bag. No, it's not in my car. No, I didn't drop an entire shirt out of a bag on the ground. No, I didn't take the shirt out of the bag and then leave it in the cart. I know I'll never shop there again. Not another dime from me! This was the worst customer service experience I can remember having. Not only are they incorrect, but tonight I have been treated like garbage by a rude, unhelpful child named Jade. Went to the target today and saw a manager get very rude with some teenagers when one of them simply asked a dumb question about eating glue being the silly teenagers they are these days then he threaten them as they were walking to the front I followed from behind because I was curious and he continued to insult them over it and threaten them I think the manager needs to be fired or disciplined he had no need to be such a imbecile over the whole thing as all they did was ask a question as a joke but I think his inner Karen came out and he got mad for no reason not cool target not cool read more

I notice that the poor reviews are 4-5 years old: this store has made a drastic turnaround since then! The employees all dress nice, have super customer service skills, and it is very clean and organized. I have witnessed cashiers handing out stickers to kids. I have walked in with my Target and Ibotta app in hand, and the woman in the isle I needed went and picked out my product for me, finding the one with an extra coupon on it. Never had a bad experience there, plus the groceries are a great bargain and I would rather shop here than walmart anyday. Go Target!! read more

Mike the "Manager" needs to learn some customer relation skills. Very rude, un-helpful so called manager. He uses youth language when talking to customer "YEAH RIGHT" this manager should be fired. However, Target did make it right I called them and they immediately refunded my card for the defective merchandise they were very helpful. So I will shop Target again but, since I did make a formal complaint maybe he won't be the deciding factor in future shoppers experiences. read more

This was the most unorganized dirty target I have ever been in. I live in a rural community and drove 90 miles to go to target. I was so excited, it had been some time since I have had the opportunity to shop at a target and I was so excited, until I got there. I hope all target stores are not like the one in Owasso. read more

I love Target. I shop at Target probably 4 times a week. But this rating is based on my experience this morning. Waited in line for approximately 7 minutes behind 2 other customers, because only one cashier was working his register and the other cashier standing at the register directly in front of the customer in front of me (with only 2 items in her basket) was attending to a mundane task and refused to check us out. I finally asked if there was another cashier available and she haughtily said "I'll get you in a minute". Which she finally finished her task and began to check us out. She never looked up or made eye contact while checking us out. I was shocked that her badge had "Trainer" on it. To the MOD: Brook the "Trainer", needs to go back to training and learn that customer service is the most important duty in the retail field. If she worked at my store, she would be looking for a new job today. read more

This has to be one of the WORST Target store I have ever been to. We tried to return a pan set that was given as a Christmas present. I didn't have the receipt .All I wanted to do was exchange it for a higher price pan set and pay the difference.The gentleman at the desk said that would be fine. We went to the department and our luck they were out of it but the gentleman at the desk said we could also get something in that area at the same priced that the pan set was. We had brought up a ninja blender. When we got back to the register a lady was there starting to help us (along with the gentleman the originally helped us).She told us that they could not do that and we would have to have a receipt, The gentleman the helped us first stood there and didn't say a thing.So we asked for a supervisor. The next thing we knew three target employees came up to us and told us we had to leave the store because we were causing trouble. We had never raised our voices and had been calm the whole time.We ask why several times but to no avail. They walked us to the door and told us to leave the property and not to return or they would have us arrested, We were floored our mouths dropped open and we didn't know what to say.We were at the front door and told them we were waiting for our ride.They told us we had to walk out to the street off the property and wait. (that's about a football field walk away) . We left and called their corporate office and filed a complaint. They were said they were sorry this happened took our report and gave us a complaint number. Then told we were to call back in a couple of days. We called back gave them the information and they told us they could not find our complaint.We have called them several times now with the same response ever-time.Now we have a pan set that will never be used and the humiliation from our time at the Target store on 121st East in Owasso. .After that experience we will never return EVER.My advice is not to try and return something there because they will give you a hard time. I have talk to several people about that store and quit a few people have had similar problems returning items there. If you want to shop Target you would be better off driving into Tulsa then deal with the people there. Calling their corporate office will not help either because they don't call you back and when you call there . They can't find you call to them logged any where. read more
