While they damaged my property on delivery, I guess you get what you pay for because OFE reallty does has great prices. However, the sales people are very friendly, which is what makes them a good salesperson. You aren't paying for service here. They would have received a 5 star review if they did the following- - Offer to fix the broken light upon delivery. (Delivery people broke a light, and nothing has been done to repair) -Delivered when promised- Ordered on a Monday, and was told that Friday, it would be there. It took much longer than that with limited response time. I had time constraints adn would have ordered elsewhere. -Informed me about set up being an extra cost. I am a cancer patient with limited stregnth. I was unable to move that sectional on my own. I would've paid extra. Ironically, the delivery person who broke my light offered to assemble for me (for a fee), but I declined. -Be more responsive. I shouldn't have to wait until Nov about a purchase in August. Other than that, I really love my couch. I took my previous review down, as the owner contacted me that it was hurting their small business.

I had an idea of the color I wanted. I did not want to order online & be disappointed. At Home was suggested & what a great idea. I found the exact color I envisioned. Not only that, I also found it paired with other pretty & complimentary colors that looked beautiful. It was wonderful to find a big pack, since the ball sizes were a bit smaller than what I usually buy, I bought three packs. And so affordable. Great big parking lot, too. If you're in the Oviedo area and looking for a fun and unique shopping experience, be sure to visit…read moreThe Coop Antiques. I recommend setting aside at least 45 minutes to an hour to explore--there's so much to see, and they even have restrooms available for customers so you can take your time. The shop features a wide range of vintage and antique items from multiple vendors. Some standouts include a stunning Hand-Carved Carousel Rocking Horse ($2,495), a rare 1880s Wm. L. Gilbert Clock Co. calendar clock ($1,250), an Italian Baroque Secretary ($695), and an Antique Wooden Butter Churn ($375). I also spotted a beautiful 55-piece Harkers Petit Point set ($95), hand-made necklaces ($25-$65), vintage Christmas ornaments, a working vintage pump organ ($175), and a large collection of antique train sets. There's far too much to cover, so trust me when I say--this place is a must-see. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to wrap up my mom's purchases for her flight home. The store is immaculately clean, with well-organized booths and aisles, making it easy to navigate. While most items are easy to spot, be sure to check under shelves and in hidden corners for more treasures; I found several instruments in their original cases tucked away in one booth. For music lovers, there's a booth with a solid selection of rock CDs in like-new condition for just $10 each. Book enthusiasts will appreciate the vintage collections available, like Edgar Allan Poe's Poems and Tales from 1898 ($60) and an older edition of A Christmas Carol ($30), many of which are behind glass cases and require assistance to view. I also found two music books that were great deals: Fun Folk & Frolic Songs for Piano ($2) and John Philip Sousa's Favorite March Book for Bass ($4)--both of which I'm excited to use for practicing music. Pricing varies by item and vendor. Some pieces are reasonably priced, while others are on the pricier side. Each seller has a booth number, and if they're not on-site, the staff will help you contact them for potential price negotiations. However, most prices seem firm, though it never hurts to ask. Whether you're a local or just visiting, The Coop Antiques is a hidden gem that offers something for everyone. I highly recommend stopping by to explore and find something special.

My husband absolutely loved it, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. The Aruba 8 arrived well before the big party, which gave us plenty of time to get everything set up. During the celebration, our bartender served drinks from the bar section while we streamed music, turned on the lights, and danced the night away. The bar instantly became the centerpiece of our lanai and created a fun, resort-style atmosphere for all of our guests. Thanks to Pedro's guidance and the quality of Paradise Grills, my dream lanai is now complete. The Aruba 8 not only looks beautiful, but it also adds functionality and a true "staycation" feel to our home. I am incredibly grateful to Pedro and Paradise Grills, Oviedo and highly recommend them to anyone looking to elevate their outdoor living space.

UPDATE: 5/21/2026…read more UPDATE: May 21, 2026 I have now been working with Zephyr & Zinnia for two months on redecorating and updating my 100 year old home that has needed some TLC. I've been living and loving my home for over 30 years and I'm now elevating it into my dream home thanks to Monica and her team. I move about my home and wake each morning thinking I'm in a new place. From repainting throughout, refinishing my beautiful hardwood floors, new countertops, updated lighting, new furniture and decor mixed with a few family heirlooms, I'm ecstatic with how everything has turned out. The team of subcontractors have worked with Monica, the owner, for many, many years. They know and meet her high expectations, which makes this client very happy. Although I wanted to do this work for the last 20 years, I had a lot of trepidation because of the many horror stories that I have heard about contractors doing shabby work and leaving clients in the lurch or worse yet, absconding with their money. Monica has been involved every step of the way and continually updates me and stops by to ensure that the quality of work continues. Her design eye and adherence to detail are exceptional. I cannot recommend Zephyr & Zinnia more highly.
