(Delivery people broke a light, and nothing has been done to repair) -Delivered when promised- Ordered on a Monday, and was told that Friday, it would be there. It took much longer than that with limited response time. I had time constraints adn would have ordered elsewhere. -Informed me about set up being an extra cost. I am a cancer patient with limited stregnth. I was unable to move that sectional on my own. I would've paid extra. Ironically, the delivery person who broke my light offered to assemble for me (for a fee), but I declined. -Be more responsive. I shouldn't have to wait until Nov about a purchase in August.
