Then filling out the paperwork was also easy. The front office staff were so kind. I was kinda nervous as my GIL is hard of hearing. Yet they were patient and happy to help. I wasn't in the exam room but when my GIL came out, she sat with the opticians to talk about glasses. Very impatient if you did not understand what she was saying, or if you couldn't read a letter or letters on screen, she would repeatedly tell you that you HAD to try and read it, no matter how much you expressed to her your vision was blurry and you couldn't make out the letters. She became kind of upset and annoyed. I have never been to an optometrist who gets annoyed because you can't see. That's why we are here.... Something felt so off that it made me very anxious and uncomfortable. As for the front desk receptionists, they were not friendly and seemed bored with their job. Terrible experience.
