Whitney, the office manager, was rude and would not refund my money despite the fact that I could not see out of the glasses they gave me. I already have terrible vision, but to have an eye clinic bungle a prescription so badly is beyond excuse. My wife plans to pick up her defective glasses, and then take the frame elsewhere to get a prescription that actually works. Go elsewhere for services. They won't care if you aren't satisfied.
