I stopped in a few days before Christmas, and I actually had a few things yet I wanted to get my grandpa, so this worked out great. Came back 7 days later. Altered sleeves were too short. Saleman wanted to sell me on they looked fine. I asked to speak with seamstress. She immediately said they were too short. Maybe due to cut or brand, so I just went with it. Tried the jacket on and took a look in the mirror - pretty good fit and quality. When the salesman asked if I'd try on the pants, however, I let him know I was more curious about the jacket fit and was just looking for the moment. Never saw him again - he straight abandoned, disappeared and never returned for the jacket or to help look for other styles. I suspect he didn't expect a sale and utterly left without a word. Rude and snooty aren't descriptions I'd normally use in a nice place like Plymouth but the treatment stank of elitism. Great quality and products, not impressed with some of the staff so far.
