Worst store manager she's rude. I came in everyday for a week and was promised a Christmas tree, they sold it. Then I was told I could have the floor model which ... ok fine... but they won't sell it now I have to wait and keep checking back everyday again. Well the 50% trees sale ends tomorrow and all the other targets sold their floor models so can I just have this one? No. They have to wait for some green light to sell floor models. Fine. "Don't worry we'll honor the sale if it's only 1 day later." Great! The next day: "so it's 30% off floor models, we got the green light to sell them this morning" Me: "I was here last night, and told you'd honor the sale that ended ... hours ago" The store manager: they had no right to tell you that. We're not doing that. It's 30% off floor models. So I have to pay 40$ MORE for a tree with no box because you wanted to wait a day to sell me this tree? And your employee lied to me? When every other target started selling their trees earlier this week and you KNEW you weren't getting more of them since they're sold out online( confirmed by the manager). She said yes. Cool. Completely ridiculous. Really put the capitalism in Christmas. They can honor 14 day sales after and refund the difference but not 1 day before. Worst target ever. The target closer to me honored their sales unfortunately they were sold out of the tree we wanted. read more

This is the smallest Target in Oklahoma City but I can always find what I want. Well, mostly. I didn't find what I actually wanted, but I definitely found some things that were close. Their yoga clothes ran small and I was disappointed. Well okay, I found 2 pairs that fit, but they weren't flattering (yes, all clothes should be flattering). They had tons of Christmas. Tons and tons. They had lights, they even had a light-up llama lawn ornament but they had sold out (boo! Hiss!) Oh and things were less expensive than the tags said - I bought batteries that said they were $8.99 and I was charges $6.49! Score! read more

It's Target aka the more expensive version of Walmart but with fewer checkout lanes. Anytime I go to Target I'm mainly just walking around killing time on my lunch break because anytime I have to buy something I wait 15 minutes on average to check out. This fact alone is why I tend to avoid giving them any of my money. Employees are more concerned with being overly chatty with customers taking up time or talking to other employees instead of having more cashiers. This one does have self checkout but there are still a group of people that still don't know how to use this technology. read more

Very small target yet still has an abundant selection. This target definitely has an older feel within it and I feel like this one isn't near updated as most. However, items are easy to find and the selection is decent. This location doesn't have a really big grocery area. I've been here before to grab meat and the selection is always very very slim. If you're grabbing toiletries or regular groceries or even clothes this place always seem to have so many sizes available! They do have the self checkouts here and a starbucks with the friendliest employees working within. read more

Located on the southwest side of Rockwell and NW Expressway. Plenty of parking in the front. The only inconvenience is making a left turn out of Target and onto Rockwell heading north. There isn't any traffic lights and this is a very busy road. Once you walk in, you'll find pretty much everything you need. The sections are labeled clearly by the ceiling hanging signs. They have a wide selection and the store is clean. read more

North Rockwell Store was HOT cashier said there was a code orange told me their AC was monitored in another state. I was there as soon as they opened at 8 AM and the only electronic cart available that the customer service rep could find was already blinking so I was anxious about it running out before I could do all my shopping so I did not do as much shopping as I would normally. $savings for me but $loss for them. Target is the only store where I was stranded because the cart died when I was in the back of the store and it was a huge hassle to find another. So this morning was anxiety shopping. Normally after I get everything on my list I like to buzz around and look at other things which of course makes them more money but today they lose out. Store staff was very friendly and helpful which is why it has that extra star. Probably will not make this my favorite store. read more

We shopped at this Target today and a family friends son found a wallet on their way out the door outside of the store and they took it into customer service (the wallet had a lot of money in it and we all saw the money in the wallet) the girl in customer service took the wallet and looked in it and said ok thank you. Once we all got outside of the store my friends son saw the owner of the wallet (because he looked at the owner of the wallet's drivers license) he told the guy I just turned your wallet into customer service, he said thank you! We all followed him in and the girl gave him his wallet WITH $1 in it! We all let him know in front of her that the money was in the wallet when she got the wallet, she said there was no money in it. We told management and called the police. Management should have asked her to empty her pockets, security was involved with the girl in customer service theft, they should have immediately looked at the cameras. The girl and security need to have charges brought against them because the amount of money in the wallet was a lot, it was theft period. They should both lose their jobs, I hope it was worth it. Dishonest people are the worst. Management at this Target are at fault too for not taking control and making the 2 thieves empty their pockets and search their surroundings including their cars. read more

I'm not always a fan of writing reviews for big corporate stores, because most people know what they're getting. But I have to say this location is very nice. There was a small time frame where they seemed to be out of a lot of toiletries, but in my almost 2 years of this being a twice a week stop for me, I think that's totally acceptable. I actually live closer to a different location now, but the customer service here is great! They have a wonderful selection, and let's face it, anything to avoid Walmart. It's not a super target, so they don't have many groceries, but that's what Sprouts is for. They do however have super cute clothes and no hassle returns! And the pharmacy ladies are what really sold me. Beyond helpful, and they actually remember me every time I'm in, and make sure I know everything I need to on my prescriptions. read more

I do like the Target. I like it because I won't go to the smiley face home of low prices. I like it because it has a Starbucks rather than a McDonalds. I like it because they have a less state fair feel to them. Still not huge on big box stores but I haven't found a local place that I can get organic milk, a t-shirt, picture hangers, a beach ball, a spatula, timex weekender watch, greeting card, giant wall clock and toddler socks in one stop. Walked in the store and purchased head phones for my grand daughter and wrote a check. No problem. However on the way out the store grand daughter found a hair brush that she needed. We went thru the cashiers lane and I wrote a check where it was promptly declined ......! Both sales were less than $20.00. I was told TARGET didn't have a history of me or my family writing checks in the store. Funny to me TARGET didn't have a problem when I purchased 2 fit bit watches (over $200.00), also the wife bought a lap top computer (over $300.00) and no problems. This was in the past 18 months. The store manager errored when the check was declined and my only resolve was to pay cash or use a credit or debit card ! My checking account was opened 11/76 (42 years ago) , credit fico score above 840. Basicly I have PERFECT credit and had my one and only check declined by Target, something is amiss with your check acceptance program. Jim read more

Typical big box store/super target. I prefer targets over Walmart because they seem to cater to a classier population and tend to be more organized. Also as a couponer their policies are pretty awesome. I'm happy this location finally installed self check out stalls. It would be ideal if they copied Walmart by having an attendant present at self checkout to help when needed. When customers need help it backs the line up and people get frustrated. read more

I love Target but the one on Rockwell is just ridiculous, I still continue to go because it's close and i can avoid Wal-Mart but their manangement is less than Par.. every time I go they may have one check out lane open but today I was fortunate ( insert sarcasm here...) they had two open. I guess the snack bar is a thing of the past but it sure is nice to grab some popcorn or an icy and keep my kids happy, it's the little things. But I digress... the workers are few and far between and just can't figure why this one just doesn't have it together? The store looks pretty trashed. I was more bored and just wanted to get out of the house than trying to get a black Friday deal. I showed up At ten minutes until opening and their was over one thousand people in line. I thought this would be madness. It was however pleasantly surprised by the organized chaos. Nobody got trampled on, everybody on my team got what they wanted and the deals were good . We feed this mania and no wonder stores are willing to keep pushing the envelope on black Friday or retail season. ...its because it works...... target ...I love you more than that blue store. I hated to wait outside in the cold for you to open but at least your employees got to eat Lunch with their families. read more

Great place to come and find upscale things at a low scale price. Customer service is great. Found a watch I loved but no tag on it and they were eager to help look it up and then when they couldn't find it, we just priced it ourselves with looking at watches that were close. Store is easy to maneuver around. Definitely not a super Walmart though. So groceries are limited. read more

I go to this Target for just about anything. I'll buy groceries, clothes, toiletries, and even my Starbucks fix! This location has been around for quite some time. It always has what I need in stock, and the staff is exceptionally helpful and courteous. I've never seen it in bad condition. I like Target over all the other big brand super centers because it's just plain nicer looking. It doesn't feel cheap or leave me feeling guilty just for stepping in the door. The one time I did have to return something (it was a pair of boots that I'd bought online and didn't fit how I'd hoped) the customer service staff was really helpful and time efficient. I love target I come to this location all the time. Today I came to print out pictures at their kiosk. Their Khios only allowed you to print out small pictures not all sizes, once I had submitted my order nothing happened. I keep waiting thinking it might start working at some point with two target workers looking at me but not asking me if I needed any help. I went to stand in line at customer service and told them that my pictures wouldn't print and he tried to help me and saw it was out of paper. (Thank god right? Easy fix) He went and got the paper came back and said he didn't know how to refill the paper and he would ask for help 30 minutes later while he went on break... I still don't have pictures and no one asked me if I needed help. I have now spent over an hour of my night trying to get some pictures to hang on my new living room walls and I don't have any and I wasted an hour of my time. read more
