I love our Target here in Odessa! Not only are the staff members friendly, they are also super competent and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked despite the pandemic. The absolute only thing that I would change is that I wish it was a super Target so we could get our fresh produce and additional food like meat here too. I miss getting my steaks at Target like I did in Albuquerque because it was fantastic quality for great prices. The online ordering for pick up has been overwhelmed and slow with the holidays lately but that's how it is everywhere. Just a part of life! I've found it easier to just run in and grab what I need myself. However, when things are slower, I do really like the drive pickup system. read more

Just left target and my cousin fell down I called the store i just spoke with Ray A manager and after explaining my frustration about an incident report not file he hung up on me. Now my cousin leg is swollen and noone to answer the call it happen on 08.14.2026 around 3:00pm. This is very unacceptable. I called back 5 times now. read more

Why have a phone if nobody ever answers it? I've called several times and let it ring a good while before hanging up. Today I wanted to let Target know that one of their carts is in the alley 3 blocks away from their store so someone can retrieve it, but no one ever picked up the phone. Grrr. read more

If you think you're in for a fun, relaxing trip to Target, think again. This is the dirtiest and most unorganized store I've ever seen. Everything was completely disheveled and a mess. Not just one aisle either. The ENTIRE store. I mean, it looked like the store was ransacked during an apocalypse. That was a stressful and terrible shopping experience. Target and Starbucks lovers rejoice, a new Starbucks has taken over the former Food Avenue inside. The Odessa Target store has recently undergone a major remodel recently shifting departments around like Tech, Entertainment, Kitchen, Home Improvement, Storage, Toys, Sporting Goods and Automotive departments. My recent visit, the store had most items I needed in stock, I don't mind paying a little extra if I'm looking for a quick in and out during the weekend or work week which is why I shop at Target, sales are good on higher priced merchandise, store was satisfactory clean...I still can see reminiscence of the remodeling finishing up on some aisles and back aisles, overall a great visit, store seems to be improving especially now since it slowed down after the boom busted about a year ago. Way to go Target #1506! read more

Pickup employees are terrible! I have ordered pickup multiple times and they always cancel my orders and say they are out of stock, but when I go look they will be FULLY stocked. Not a mistake, just laziness. read more

This Target leaves much to be desired.... No TP ior soap in restrooms, clothes in boxes for heavens sake... it's not a garage sale!!!! Also cashiers are not very helpful.. want to put everything in one bag and just throws them in. Also why are there not sanitized wipes for the buggies. They should still be offered!!!! The manager of this Target in Odessa should be on top these issues! I will not go back!!!!! read more

Clean, friendly employees, being redone to resemble the newer target setups. However, this is the most oddly laid out target I have ever been in. It was truly strange, though it probably caught me more off guard than a normal person because I usually visit Target at least 2-3 times each week. (It's not healthy.) Horrible will never be back as I don't live here but family does....still won't be back to this one. Snacks beer and drinks very picked over no selection to speak of there would have been better choices at a quick stop gas station. I'm not even going to mention the construction because that can't be helped. But they had at least 8 workers at the front all standing around watching ppl do self check out. No help and very rude! We shop here about three times a month. They have bins near customer service where you can leave your recyclables (they are the only place I have found in Odessa that takes glass). They just remodeled this store, so it does look a lot better than it did. Updated areas include the registers, electronics, customer service, the restrooms and dressing room. There is only one dressing room area now, and it's unisex. The dressing room area is really nice, large and well lit. I think there are about 10 stalls, but I wasn't really counting. I added a couple of photos (sorry, I was trying to hold the door open with my leg, while I took a photo). The dressing room walls go all the way to the floor, same up top. The toys, men's clothing, ladies clothing and kids clothing, cards, beauty, and food are all pretty much the same as they were before. Most of the employees are super nice, and the store is well organized and clean. They added four self checkout stations at the front, love that. The self checkout comes with the usual headaches, but there is always an employee around to help. Two bad things about this store; I don't get the layout. It just doesn't make a lot of sense to me. Plus, they never have enough cashiers at the front, sometimes only one or two, even when it's busy. They also put in a Starbucks, right at the front of the store. It is really good and they always get my order right! So much better coffee than the Starbucks on 42 (the coffee there always tastes burnt). Monotoya (sorry, if I didn't spell that right) makes a great coffee, and she's super sweet! read more

I had to give it a star to actually approve the comment, this store is awful I live in odessa but I'd rather drive to Midland to a more organized store as well as friendlier employees. The employees all seem to hate their job or have shit up their nose because they are always upset. Regardless of it being remodeled it's still an awful place to shop. read more

I've always been a huge fan of target. This store has really shaped in the past few years. They still have issues with cleanliness and product everywhere. Some employees just try to avoid you at all costs unless you are waiting at a self check out. Other than that it's a decent store. read more

I realize two stars will most likely upset the tried and true Target enthusiast, I, myself am one, but seriously this particular Target is just not up to par. I gave two stars for employees only, if you can ever find one other then at the check out counter and then you'll only find one, two at the most. The cashiers are always friendly, helpful and very nice. You will find lines at the self check out and people waiting for a manager to come help them because something rang up wrong, etc. The store always looks messy to me. A four way with shirts, pants, dresses, bathing suits...just weird. The clearance area is a hot mess, no reason or rhyme as to how merchandise is displayed. We went in last night looking for pillows on sale, spent an hour to find them in 5 different locations. The sale wasn't that great and the pillows were more Walmart quality. Cheap fabric, no zipper to remove cover for cleaning. The best part of visiting this Target is Starbucks, I'll go in just for a beverage since they are the only Starbucks that can get the drink right every time and always have coconut milk.
