Chris was very professional and friendly. He called me when the table and chairs arrived which was happily a little quicker than expected. He set up delivery on a Sunday and gave us a time frame. The delivery man arrived within the expected time frame and was very careful in putting it in place and setting it up. Very happy with the whole experience and will definitely buy from there again.

When the manager arrived on the selling floor, he along with the other sales person assisted the other customer, leaving me standing there without any assistance.
