This is one of my favorite Targets. The people working here are pretty nice. The shelves are well stocked. The store is organized and clean. It's not a huge Target and they have only 1 entrance. Never too busy at this Target location, making it the best for leisurely perusing aisles. Feels a little smaller than other locations and doesn't have some of the newer updates like displays in the decor area, beauty displays, clothing sorted by brand labels, or updated fitting rooms. I don't mind too much though because sometimes it's easier to find things. The area where they store the drive-up orders has slowly expanded into the women's clothing area, so it tends to feel cramped and can be a little difficult getting through with a cart. Otherwise, the staff here are always nice and helpful, and the store itself is pretty clean. Wish there were more stores in this plaza aside from Target, I think it would draw in more business at this location. read more

extremely poor customer service from managers Cheyenne and Arman. both were rude, dismissive and argumentative. a simple conversation over a return turned into a lecture on how long they've worked here...as if that equates to being correct ultimately an unfortunate and extremely avoidable conversation. having to prove customers wrong to feel better about your job is laughable...and to top it off...their lack of knowledge on their own computer systems was the issue to begin with. read more

I walked in the other day and a lady asked me what I needed. I said I needed to go to the auto section for car soap. She knew off the top of her head the aisle number to go to. Just awesome. This is my go to Target for everyday house goods. It's not overly crowded, except for during the main holidays and sometimes weekends The staff is helpful and friendly. Plenty of parking, shelves are always stocked, download the cartwheel app and you can save on loads, also checkout the weekly ads on your smartphone as well. This target has a Starbucks inside and does not accept Starbucks giftcards at this location. Their is a family bathroom and individual separate men's and women's bathrooms as well. It could be cleaner many times I've gone in and the trash is full and isn't tidy. read more

So I went in to return my outgrown cat and jack items with receipts per Cat and Jacks 2022 warranty and return policy! Customer service turned me away stating that they only return the items if there is damage.. although I read the policy! That clearly states otherwise! I highly suggest everyone is educated on the policy and warranties of items they sell! "As of 2022, Target's one-year satisfaction guarantee allows customers to return broken, worn, or outgrown Cat and Jack clothing items and shoes within one year of purchase. This store is small (and laid out a lot like the Romeoville one), but they have a LOT to learn about checkout during the holidays! Lines were piling up and they had two lanes open. Call for backup! The lane I was in was not helped by the woman in front of me doing the whole, "I need to put this item on this card, and use a gift card for this, and I need two gift receipts, and can I get separate bags for all these things?" deal, but when she was finally gone the clerk said nothing like, "Sorry for the wait" etc. Also, I ran my credit card and it didn't read; the clerk said to me bossily, "You're swiping it too fast!" (How about saying something more like, "You might need to try running it through again more slowly"...?) Overall, an annoying (and LONG) transaction. I also had to deal with something at Guest Services, and the girl working there came off as sullen and attitude-y as well. Maybe this was just the holiday B-team who weren't sufficiently trained, but in any case, they're not doing a good job as representatives of this store. This was the first time I was at this location and hope I never have to go back. By contrast, I'd come from the Warrenville location, where someone had gone out of their way to call around to several stores looking for a size in a sweater for me (that was how I ended up in North Aurora: they had it); it was a rather stark comparison going from there to here. I can appreciate that the holidays are a difficult time to be working retail, but when everyone in this store I encountered was either incompetent or rude, something needs to change. read more

This Target is a perfect size and probably has the most friendly staff. I enjoy how the store is consistently clean and always looks organized. Many targets that I go to have a lot of clutter and people.I enjoy how this target has a single entrance, there are always carts and friendly staff to greet me as I walk in. This store is very unique because it has a Target mobile located at the front of the store. The only downside to this target is that sometimes it doesn't have everything you want it to. I feel like other targets have more inventory, but overall just another corporate store that's up-to-date, clean and managed very well. read more

I made an online order for a laptop with the option for an in-store pick up at this location. Upon arriving I was told that my order was a "glitch" in the system and they wouldn't be honoring my order. No further explanation as to why, no offer to try and make it right, just a refusal of service despite the fact I had gotten an order CONFIRMATION just hours ago, only to be told now that it was a problem. Why wasn't it noticed when I ordered? Or when it was processed? Why, only after I had driven out to the store, was it then deemed a "glitch"? The girl at the counter only offered a meek "sorry, there's nothing we can do." and I left without my order. I'd give this whole company a 0 star review if i could. From now on, I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. read more

The employee at this target is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. There is always parking and it doesn't take too long to find help when you need it. I am also grateful for the number of registers as it speeds up getting out of the store. I've been shopping here for years and I always have a great experience! They have a decent selection of items and always had a variety of things. I will definitely be back for your quality products and excellent customer service. Adam and I stopped here to pick up some provisions for our cross country road trip. We were able to get all of the snacks, drinks, and personal items we needed. The parking lot was large and we were able to park easily. This entire shopping area seems to be newer so with that we had a little bit of a hard time finding the correct roads to get here but once we figured it out it seemed easy. I feel like I am at this Target all the time. There's always something we need. This store in particular is never super busy. The aisles aren't congested with carts or kids running wild. There's a Starbucks inside, wide aisles, and a crapload of stuff I don't really need but always consider buying, especially in the home decor aisles or those impulse "dollar zone" items, or whatever they're calling it these days. I end up ditching a lot of impulse items in the aisles as I shop. Oops... Plus, there are other stores in this strip if I'm feeling like a leisurely shopping experience like Michael's, Bath & Body Works, JcPenney - and a Sephora inside the JcPenney. I first discovered Method cleaning products at Target. Now I am obsessed with the hand soaps and especially the lavender scented all-purpose cleaner. I am not a fan of Target's clothing. Sorry ladies, I don't get it. It's sometimes overpriced, and everything has a really weird fit. I don't even bother looking. Same with the accessories; it's always the same stuff and a total snoozefest. Target always has what I need though. I bought a 2017 planner here, and my friend wanted the same one. She couldn't find it at her Target, but this store had at least five still on the shelf. Big win for the feature on the website that allows you to check specific store locations' inventories. I've been much more successful with this Target than the Naperville or Warrenville stores. The only bummer is that this isn't a super Target. Otherwise, I'd spend even more time - and money - here. read more

I walked in here for shampoo and came out with Aladdin and Jurassic World on Blu-Ray, 3 novelty shirts I didn't need, 4 different kinds of Oreos, and a shark piggy bank. Curse you, magical, mesmerizing Target! I forgot the shampoo! This Target is a bit smaller than the one on Randall but it does the job. Employees are friendly. They do price match with their website, just go to the service desk at the front, (I was able to get a $150 blu-Ray player for $100 and a movie that was $35 for $17) good coupon policy and the cartwheel app is nice and easy for a small percentage extra savings. About 20 registers, but only 5 are ever open. It's your typical Target. It's nice to have a Starbucks right inside. You can use your gold card and often you'll get coupons for buy one get one after you check out at Target. read more

Compared to most Targets in the area, this one is by far the best. The staff are friendly, the shelves are generally well stocked, and the Starbucks's is fantastic! The only complaint I have about this target is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, DISGUSTING! Even if I was puking my guts I would never go in those bathrooms. Clean them please! This is by far my favorite target to shop at. There is never a time you walk in and don't get greeted by a friendly and enthusiastic hi and throughout the entire shopping experience the excellent staff makes you feel like a a friend. The guys up front at target mobile are such fun, outgoing guys and really go above and beyond to make sure you are getting the best deal on a cell phone and they don't sell you anything that isn't absolutely necessary. The Starbucks team at this store is phenomenal. They always make you feel like you've been friends forever and banter with each other and even get you in on the banter. The front end staff has improved leaps and bounds as far as depleting long lines that seem to occur at their seemingly short staffed store. The only thing i would have to say is that this store doesn't always have the inventory that other target stores seem to have and that may be due to low volume. All in all, a wonderful experience every time you shop! read more

I love the convenience of this store. The employees are friendly and helpful. They just helped me over the phone with a toy request and it will be waiting for me at customer service when I go to purchase it later today. Tuesday Nov.29th @1:30pm I'am a handicapped shopper, 79 yrs old and using an electric store cart. Having filled my cart plus 3 cases of pop, I was hopefull I was going to manage getting everything to and in my trunk. As I was leaving, an older man bring in carts, saw me and followed me to my car, where he loaded all my purchases in my trunk, and returned the cart for me. I worked with the public my whole life and found not enough people take the time to notify the store managers of an employees great service. Attempted to buy a car seat today. The box was pretty mangled and asked a helpful associate if they had another one in the back that wasn't so torn up. She happily agreed to check for us and brought another one out, however the box was in similar condition. We asked a manager, Joe, if we could have a 10% discount because they didn't have any in good condition. He denied our request, and we went to Walmart on Rt 30 and Orchard.
