This Target has been a fixture in Newnan, and Ashley Park for many years and for the most part, has held up quite well. The store is slowly updating to keep up with the brand, and while it still has a way to go, I don't mind this location at all. It is outfitted with a Starbucks tucked away at the front, which is always the first stop. Also, little known fact is you get free refills as long as you are actively shopping... The one thing about this location is, that it can be a bit chaotic from time to time whether it be shelves that need facing or trash that needs to be picked up. They usually have a decent amount of registers open, and self check is always moving along fairly nicely. My only gripe about the checkout area is that customer service is in the same row as self checkout, so it can be confusing and back things up easily. Service is decent here. Never experienced a bad attitude, but I wouldn't call everyone rays of sunshine either. Solid 3.5 stars...as I normally do, I err on the side of the business, so 4 it is. Overall, this is my hometown Target, so I will happily visit when needed...and even when I don't need. read more

This has become a frequent pop in stop for us thanks to the Tesla Supercharger station at the back side of their parking lot. The women's restroom was well stocked and clean. We picked up a couple coffees at Starbucks. I quickly found the girls overalls we needed and sizes to try on. Although the store opened at 7am, I find it difficult that every single dressing room would have piles of clothes discarded in each. There was a full rack of "go backs" and no one was working the dressing room area when I had my girls try on some overalls. It looks as if whomever worked the night before didn't, even close, do their job that shift. The check out process was quick. Nothing special, one person directing to open checkout stations - where you have to check out yourself. I miss the friendly cashiers. Parking lot also needs attention, lots of trash throughout the parking lot. read more

Clean up the huge mess!!! It's unbelievable!! I know pictures were given to corporate. Has anything changed? Most people coming in the store must not care about anything or anyone! This particular Target is a hit and miss depending on what your looking for. The store needs to improve on the cleanliness, organization, and product availability. As a suggestion, purchase simple items only here. If you're looking for a better selection, visit the PeachTree City location. read more

Sometimes you have to venture away from your comfort zone and try a different location for what you think is an ordinary trip to the store I was in Newnan meeting a friend for dinner so I decided to go to the Target literally across the road. The location of this store is 25 miles away home but in Atlanta this is not out if the norm and well worth it. The store is neat and pleasant. Very quiet shopping is what I call it really. The one thing they so have here is an abundance of clearance. I don't know if this location gets sent clearance from other stores but it was a joy to keep turning corners and seeing those yellow tags. Your store associates are very helpful as well. The messiest Target store I have ever visited. Price check machines don't work. Items on display are not stocked (eg men's shavers) Open food is throughout the store. Lauren is a horrible leader I watcher her sit on her phone while the cashier had a long line and needed help.She sat on her phone for like 8/10 minutes before helping the cashier out.When it was my turn to be helped the cashier had to call her over for help and she was just horrible.I wish I remember the cashiers name she was so sweet and helped me as much as possible but I was so upset that I forgot to ask. read more

This Target is now worse than Walmart . I expect the prices to be a little higher, after all it is Target. Now the service is on par with Walmart. Untrained, associates, shaving cream on the cans and packages, messy aisles, returns stacked between the registers. This is part of the trend I see in retail of who can save more money by providing less service, less cleaning, and make the customers do their work for them. Not planning on supporting this behavior. I'm not a happy client. I am not mobile so, I paid 20 to get a lyft and do some shopping at Target. They forgot to place 2 of my items in the bag. I called and talked to a service assistant, she said she could only give me a 5 dollar gift card for my inconvenience. Their bathrooms are so gross all the time now. They used to keep them so clean, it's a shame to see it this way.

Shame on you Target! I handed these maternity pants to a worker in the dressing room two or three weeks ago after trying them on and noticing that they are damaged. I explained that they are damaged to the worker and showed her the damage so they can put them away and not put them on the shelf. Well I went this weekend to look for maternity jeans again and look what I found back on the shelf. Beware buyers! read more

This target is a bit older, but up to date enough to satisfy all my needs. Honestly, it's one of the best stores in newnan as well. You gotta give some bonus points as the walmart in competition is awful. The employees are friendly, the store is clean, and they have tons of stuff. There's even an icee machine. Wish the hours were later, but I understand it's newnan. I'll certainly be back- because I love target and it's a blessing for the location. read more

I love target and always have but this Target is my local one and the Starbucks, cup holders for your cart( located in the marketplace ) , the dollar section and amazing staff make this one my favorite . They have a private bathroom located near the pharmacy so that I can leave my cart and bring all my kiddos to the bathroom . They have a co worker who is always full of joy and singing songs( it's like being in a Disney princess movie and I love her) she makes this target so much better. I would check this Target out of you in Newnan it is always stocked up and have anything and everything you could want or need. Private parking and plenty of other stores near by. read more

I love Target. It's classier than Walmart (and cleaner) (and friendlier)! This store is a little older, granted, but it still is clean and organized, and has a Starbucks at the entrance. Most every person I've bumped into that works there is polite, friendly, and helpful. There's even a woman who works there who goes around singing while she works. I just had the most annoying experience ever at Target. I realized I got the wrong size in a baby onsie and asked the cashier to hold the other things while I ran back to get the right one. She acted like she might not even be there and it was such a hardship for her to do. When I got back I was nice and joking and mentioned how I just realized that a baby born in October wouldn't need a size 3 months in summer clothes. She then told me she didn't even know what that was. She was a very manly looking lesbian.. but still.. you work at a store and don't know what a onsie is for a baby, nor do you know or have any sense of customer service. Target has gone down hill. This Target is a little older. I believe they are currently doing renovations, which is a good thing. A lot of the aisles are small and it's set up differently from newer stores, so it's harder for me to find things here. Also, since it's been there for awhile, it's got that dingy look to it. I had the worse experience with the Mobile phone department inside Target today 3/16/2016. Although the sales person Lilian was great the promotions was misleading. There was a sign for a promotion buy a iPhone 6s Plus and get $200 Target gift card, after about 20 mins of purchasing the iPhone the sales person stated that AT&T is not giving a $200 gift card other carriers are, so I took a picture of it because AT&T was clearly on the actual signage. I purchased the phone and called Target customer service and The 3rd party mobile company to complain neither did anything. I will be returning phone tomorrow and will not be shopping at target any longer. I will also tell a lot of my social media friends to the same. read more

When I was checking out the item I was purchasing rang up three times the amount that the peg said it was for and there was a whole row of pegs that also listed that price so I asked the cashier if she could double check the price for me and she got on her walkie-talkie and called one of her teammates who is Sharon. Sharon told her a different price than the register or peg and I asked if I could just meet with her to doublecheck if I wasn't going crazy in my head and when I met with her all I got was attitude and was told that I couldn't get it for that price and sorry for my luck which just made me mad because it's false advertising so I asked her if I could speak with the manager and she said I would have to go up front and find him. I asked if she could get on her walkie-talkie and call him she said no I would have to go up front and find James. So I went up front and asked for James and explained the whole situation and I got it for what the price was on the peg! James you are wonderful Manager I just wish some of your niceness and people skills would rub off on Sharon. read more
