I love coming to this Target because it is literally minutes away from my in-laws house and I can go at anytime to buy the things that we may need without having to break into a mission to get there. Last time I visited I had to return a pair of shoes that I had purchased the day before and noticed that the insoles were broken. It was the strangest thing! I went in with the shoes and my receipt and explained to them the situation and they gave me my money back right away! This store is clean and well organized. The only problem i had is that the lines are totally long u know. They carry every thing from clothes, swimsuits, makeup, food items, etc etc. I came here recently to buy a few items. The service is good and the staff is friendly and polite. It's like any other Target. The only difference is they have a Pizza Hut and a Starbucks inside--which is useful when you're feeling lazy to walk around and shop. This Target tends to get the commercial clothing compared to the other ones--like Cutler Ridge one doesn't have much of the clothing advertised from the company. The people here are friendly and keeps the store stock with all the goodies. There's only when two times when they ran out of something and that's because it's either Christmas or a WHOLE SALE! But you'll have a de-stressful experience going here. read more

Started off in customer service returning an item I ordered online for in store pick up at The Dadeland location. They had given me the wrong item so I went to my closest Target and ended at the Kendall location. The manager Michelle was very helpful with my issue. I love target but I won't be returning to this one. Went to return an item and the line was super long. I was treated very nicely by staff which was older. However, a target vendor for eyewear/glasses, butted 2 older ladies staying she had no time and was not standing in line. We are all busy lady. After she threw a bunch of old glasses in the garbage, she ran her mouth loudly about how people were in a bad mood, not her and that they don't understand she's working. Ummmm hello, if you don't like your job get a new one. Was super disrespectful to older ladies in the line waiting. Unfortunately I told the young guy that she was very rude and he agreed, sometimes is not worth arguing with people. Agree, however, it makes your store look bad. read more

Arrived this morning at 8:15am and found a store that was messy and disorganized. Clearly the night shift left the store without bothering to organize and restock the empty shelves. Watch section was all in disarray, many empty display cases were not restocked, women's athletic wear area was all messy and disorganized. read more

This store is easily accessable from 88th street and has plenty of well lit parking. I've always found the store to be neat and clean, and the staff helpful. Also of note, all staff is also English speaking, which is seldom found in Kendall. Advertised items are always in stock, and sales are well marked. No hassle returns. The only negative I've ever experienced in this Target, is that the food area, expecially the eating area, is not well maintained. The tables are not wiped down or the floor swept on a regular basis throughout the day, and the condiment area becomes plain gross. read more

Worst experience I've ever had at a target. 12/3/20 I was told by a target employee at this location I could come in the next day at 7am too retrieve a PS5 as they confirmed they had some in the back. Upon arriving promptly 15 minutes before 7 after a substantial commute I notice there are about 7-8 other people in line assuming they were probably told similar information. Upon getting too electronics with the small group all there was arguments between employee's and other guest specially after one of the employees confirmed they had the item was in back but they weren't selling it. I just don't understand why I would be told to come get something that apparently isn't a possibility after 10 minutes of ruckus a female security guard showed up whom which clearly better at communicating with the public than any of the other employees present. I don't appreciate having traveled such a distance to find out I was lied too and mislead. Then the behavior of the staff was unbearable almost want to upload the recording of arguments so corporate can see the individuals they have hired. read more

Poorly stocked and inadequately staffed in Feb. of 2016. Staff were entirely absent from the electronics department for 10+ minutes, with several customers waiting with questions. Items of clothing that should have multiple sizes in stock had only one size in stock. read more

We went to purchase a sound bar, to our luck they had a few of them on sale, we decided to go with the Sony - once we were at the register it scans a different price than what it said on the sale display - the manager on duty JORGE was called to assist us - super rude man just cause he was in his break and got called to assist the cashier with the inquiry- he told us that he didn't need to honor the price because it was already on sale, raised his voice at us, told us that the boxes were placed wrong that we didn't need to tell him how to do his job just because we told him that he didn't need to raise his voice while speaking to us - we asked him for his last name, once again he was rude and told us he didn't need to give us shit?!... wtf is wrong with these people working customer service GTFO he Wasn't even in his Target shirt nor wearing a name tag. read more

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. To be fair, this had to do with my store experience for today for the ever famous "Hatchimal." This thing is like a magical unicorn. Anywho, prior to this situation, customer service has always been pretty good and the store hours and store itself are also very nice. However, as advertised, there would be a limited number of Hatchimals to give out although not every store would have. This store happened to receive a shipment of 40 Hatchimals. So here goes the story... I get to the store around 4:30 with my umbrella and chair. A store associate comes out giving out tickets, only 25. This did not guarantee you a Hatchimal, but more so to make sure no one cut in line. The store associate came out around 5:45 saying she thought there was more that 25 but where still counting inventory and that it would be only one per person. I was number 26 and they said more than 25 so I thought for sure I was finally getting a Hatchimal. The lady at the very front yelled and complained the ad said it was 2 per person etc, the store associate told her that because of the limited supply, only 1 per person. The lady at the front began calling people that just started popping up and getting in line with her. People that literally pulled up their cars, and walked to them. No sign of them before that time. So after waiting in line for 3+ hours, the store associate comes out and says she spoke to the manager and he/she agreed to 2 per person. And just like that the 25 ticket holders took all the Hatchimals. Now there was a pregnant woman that had just left the hospital with contractions (she was still wearing her hospital ID bracelet) she was number 27. All of us had a chance including 10+ people behind us. What have the holidays become about? What about morals? Respect? Basic human kindness. If it in fact was 2 per person, why come out and tell people 3+ hours before opening that only one per person as to create false hope and waste everyone's time? I am not about how to telling you to run your business. If it was two, it was 2, sucks but you deal. If you come out and say one and switch it to 2 after the lady in the front threatens to call corporate and media and cops etc. That is terrible customer service to the other 20+ people in line. Some people actually want to give this to their real living breathing child for Christmas and not sell it on Ebay for 200-5,000 dollars. I was reading up some stores limited it to one per person being fair to other people. So you say one per person, everyone up to 40 thinks they have at least one. It was cold, it rained, but we sucked it up for our little ones. From personal experience, I know that even if it was a mistake, for example a tag advertises a price, the store needs to honor the advertisement. My complaint is the false announcement of 1 per customer knowing their was a limited to supply and switching it up after waiting so many hours in line. I will tel you this ended up with cops and everything. Little Mrs. "I want 2" and her squad probably left with about half the supply. Not fair. Anywho, I don't think this will necessarily do anything, but, my experience can help another. Target, I just got off the phone with corporate. Even they agree the situation was not handled correctly and that if the supply was limited, you should have honored your 1 per person announcement and if there was left over, then more people could get. I'm just a peaceful bystander and it isn't fair that all these little greedy "I want 2 each" (households of 10 +) oh please strip away any shred of chance/hope to other little ones that are hoping to see this under their xmas tree. i hadn't been to target in a very long time and today that i went i was shocked to see that they made a pretty big section for a grocery. i was in shock they have everything from milk, eggs, ham, ground turkey, apples, onions, breads, beers, etc etc. i was so in shock that i had to call my mom to tell her the news. its like walmart now, much cleaner, organized, and the staff are more helpful when you asked them were a certain product is. oh and the prices are decent a gallon of whole milk $3.19 not bad at all. i see myself shopping here more often now. read more

Gargantuan, pristine and great customer service are what makes this Target better than many. I've been to quite a few and this one is by far my fave. Besides clothing like Rodarte's new line and little basics like these uber cute Mossimo comfy Boyfriend Ts with pockets which I scored the other day, I love to stock up on everything here. From music to books to toiletries and cleaning supplies to even food,Target really does have AMAZING prices. I love to buy Amy's Organic Veggie Lasagna which they have for $3.99 vs Publix's $5.99 price. Aside from this, they have everything cheaper than Publix . You can find things like Coffee Mate, cereal, Skinny Cow ice cream with a lower price tag. When it comes to books, forget about going to Borders or Barnes and Noble, Target has these mark down way cheaper. The section for pets is even grander here. They have beds, toys and tons of food at a reduce price than a pet store. And lastly, If I'm standing in line for more than 3 minutes an employee will point me to a new register or open one up for me. How's that for good service? read more

Shoppers Please be aware about the electronics you purchase from this store. I was given a Gopro Hero 6 Black ($499.99) for xmas, when i open up the box and look at the camera i come to realize it was not the correct GoPro. it was in fact a GoPro Hero ($129.99). So I try to return it and from the beginning explaining what happened. I spent all day there talking to Guest Service, Asset Protection and other team members. In the end they said they could not exchange the item. So I did the what i could and called the Police. MDPD sided with me but said unfortunatly he could not force them to exchange it. So the out come is that TARGET pretty much was able to Steal my money. The sad part was that the Store Manager Michelle could not come speak to us. Even after asking the AP. He advised us that "she does not have to speak to us if she does not want to". So for anyone doing any holiday shopping MAKE SURE YOU CHECK WHAT YOU BUY!! I'm just a little ticked off todayby the fact that I was stopped at the doors and a GREETER, not security and asked for my receipt. The reason I go to target and spend a lot of money because nothing there is cheap is because I don't want to get treated like I do at Walmart. Firstly, that is completely unacceptable according to the 4th amendment. Twice they asked me if I needed help. I was honestly waiting to get stopped so I can sue the hell out of them. Not sure why they decided to start with me when I only had like 7 items. I definitely won't be going back. When I called to ask if this is their policy the guest services person advised it is. Honestly, if it wasn't Sunday night and I wasn't tired I would've told the greeter to meet me in guest services while I return each and every item and then he can look. This may seem a bit over dramatic but I'm a bit insulted and don't even want to start thinking on this. Legally they cannot ask to see your receipt. Only security or the authorities can. At that point, I could've taken legal action towards them because I'm an honest buyer. So annoyed right now with Target and their prejudices. read more

WORST TARGET EVER!!!! The team members are extremely rude and unwilling to assist customers with any inquiries. Asking anyone in this store for help is like asking them for a terrible favor. To my understanding it's part of a target team members job to assist paying customers with concerns, order difficulties and questions. I am appalled by the despicable customer service offered not only by regular team member but by team leaders. No wonder employees feel they can treat customers however they please, what can you expect when the team leader comes in with an even bigger attitude and unpleasant look on their face. The culture and ambience in this target is so negative that it even translate to their cleanliness. Everything is dirty and disorganized, boxes everywhere, and dirty floors. Target HQ needs to really focus on this stores customer service as well as team members engagement because it is really impacting their reputation as a Corporation. Do not call this Target if you do not speak Spanish. Firstly, the lady answered the phone in Spanish. I was then placed on hold TWICE because they were unable to locate an associate that spoke English. Finally, when an employee came to the phone, she did not understand my question, "Aaaa, can you repeat?" Seriously, Target?!! You should be ashamed. I won't be purchasing anything from Target's online store ever again. For starters my order came at a reasonable time, but once I opened the box, to my surprise, there was no protection for my item. I had ordered a 10" action figure from the Guardians of the Galaxy set and had been waiting for two weeks, just so I could come home to a destroyed box with absolutely no protection. To make matters worse I went to my nearest Target store and the employee that assisted me, her name was Angela, said they couldn't exchange it because they sold out of the item. I asked if they can discount it or do something cause this was horrific, unacceptable, and Angela said "I can't do anything, I won't discount it nor do I care about how your order came." I was shocked that she would say that to me, but now I understand that Target doesn't care about their customers, but only their numbers and the employees only care about clocking in and clocking out. read more

ohh target how i used to love to shop there, what has happened to you. i go to target atleast 3-4 times a month and lately shopping there is a nightmare. if i shop on sundays your new ads dont register on the register, your employees dont give me credit for the coupons ive given them, the sale items on the counters lately are a few days expired and today when i bought something and realized i bought the wrong item i was denied a refund to my credit card. target now has a policy that if you use coupons even if you have a receipt they wont refund your money to the payment you made the purchase with, they refund it on a gift card..WTF target i gave you a receipt give me my money back!! dont force me to buy something there !!!..its alright though, ill purchase my items at any other store read more

I shop here more than I should & even when I try to shop for one item I end up leaving with more. It's my go-to target for sure. Customer Service is good. Lines are long but that's to be expected they also have a self-checkout which is great when you're only buying 1 or 2 items. The fact that they have a Pizza Hut & Satrbucks inside their facility is great when you (I) haven't had lunch and want something quick to eat. read more

09/23/17 Does not honor price match with competitors like Walmart! Dear management ,if you are reading this I would like for you to review your feedback camera between 715 pm to 730 pm on customer service so that you can properly train your employees later on or give them the feedback that they need. In addition notice about an hour earlier that same customer returned to your customer service department a lost white iPhone 7s and that hopefully the rightful owner went back to claim was was theirs and was not kept by your staff! Bottom line, the item in question was a Jam Trans Lite Wireless Headphone for $ 39.00 and at Walmart on the same date was for $34.00. The price match was done in the past at the register multiple times. For whatever reason the cashier did not want to do this so she told me and her supervisor to go to customer service. At customer service although I kept showing her on my phone the item at a lower price as listed by Walmart her system did not find it and she did not want to honor the request. Seriously what is going on with this Target! Aside from all the other problems previews reviews have mentioned, like the lack of available registers (which by the way I have it on good authority has a lot to do with this particular store's management cutting down their cashiers hours so they don't have to spend more money...), what it is REALLY pissing me off lately is their appalling lack of interest in keeping up supplies in their cosmetics department. They never seem to have anything anymore! And whatever they have is always in disarray and some of it is open and messed up (which I realize is some costumer's fault, but the store should be on top of that and not let it out on the shelves forever!). I like going here because it's really close to my house, but I'm seriously disappointed. I've been around there buying other stuff at least three times in the last two weeks and every time I've been to the cosmetics section to try to find this one product and the entire shelve has stayed empty the entire time. I almost never go to Wal-Mart, but last time I went there I realized how well stocked their cosmetics section seems to be, so I think I'm just going to give up on Target and just go to Wal-Mart or somewhere else when I need any new cosmetics.
