It's an okay store, a little disorganized because it's always packed and that causes the lines to be super long to the point where we are starting the line at the mascara isle. And because there are a million people there we had to park in the back of the parking lot which is fine but the sensors of the carts cut off before we can get to the car. Literally we had to drag the cart to the back row of cars to get our stuff in the car, we saw multiple people have to do this and a couple of elderly women abandoned their cart in the middle of the parking lot lane because they couldn't push it to their cars. I understand you don't want people stealing the carts but ?? The wheels literally stopped working before we could get to the back row of cars and we were still in the parking lot so this shouldn't be in issue. read more

The only thing I can think of that they don't have is fabric. This location has a Starbucks and pizza stop inside. Target, how I love thee! It's so rare to come here and actually buy only what you came for. Actually, it's rare to come here and remember what you came for. I love that it's so neat, organized and clean. I get frustrated easily in clutter and will give up with shopping. There's not problem with that here. You can easily find anything and everything you need. That little one dollar section is a money pit, you can find so many gems in this little section! So many great things at such low costs... no complaints even if I end up spending $20 more than I ever intended to. Get hungry? Hit up their little food spot. Get thirsty? Hit up their Starbucks. Lines too long? Try their self service checkout... only pitfall is the machine sometimes get a little finicky which will require the assistance of an employee. This is my daughter's favorite store. I honestly can't go into the store without this child coming out with three or four extra items. The $1 to $5 area is where she (thankfully) does the most damage. This store is always clean and the employees are very courteous and professional. They always have everything that I need and everything that I didn't know I needed. I must confess I also come out with three to four extra items, she must get it from her mother. This Target is generally clean, the employees are helpful and the selection of items is good. When I go to Target to get one thing, I rarely leave with less than 10. This is mainly due to the great deals usually going on within the store, but also due to walking around and seeing things I want, but don't need. It's always a great time. My personal favorite? The $5 DVDs! Who doesn't want a copy of Superbad to keep in their car?!? I don't want to meet that person! I do, however, have two gripes: 1. Item stock. They are always out of water gallons! I am definitely a Zephyrhills person and 95% of the time when I go buy some, the aisles are empty. This has happened to me with other items, but none as often as water. 2. The customer service/return desk. I have tried two different times to return an item with my Target card, both times they couldn't process it due to some issue. Apparently the item was supplied by a 3rd party and they couldn't pull it up on the computer (?). Bad luck on my part it seems, but worth mentioning. Overall, a solid Target. I felt like a kid during Christmas as I explored this Target store! It's probably one of the largest I have seen, and they have a grandiose inventory. I am sure you could find anything you want here. I had been looking for a huge lunchbox for a few months now to store all my food for the day, and Walmart, Big Lots, and another Target did not have what I wanted. I found it here! I took a gander at their bath section, and it just made me want to update everything in my bathroom. Large selection of towels, stylish shower curtains, and bathroom accessories! Heaven for the bathroom fanatic! Also, VISA gift cards are easy to use here. Before coming here, I went to the Walmart five minutes away, and they could not let me use it because I didn't know my four digit code. I'm at this Target more often than I care to admit. Let's face it, Target is like oxygen to suburban moms. As soon as you walk in you grab yourself some caffeine at the Starbucks and give your kid a toy from the dollar spot and you've got yourself about half an hour worth of energy and entertainment to do all of your shopping. Well I don't think I can take the credit myself but I did e-mail to Target customer service pretty much the same thing I wrote in my one-star review update and within a few weeks this store got tons of new carts. Almost every time I've been back since there have been carts available minus one recent visit. The new grocery section is fantastic and they have been getting some exciting new clothing lines as well. I am probably here once a week since they are the only place that carries so many of the food items I love to eat like their trail mixes and many Archer Farms products. This is my home store, and I do love it. There is not a day I step in here without leaving with something. They literally have just about anything I need, especially stuff for the home. Their grocery section recently expanded, which I'm really excited about because they offer even more of a variety now which is awesome. They also have a great pet section, and recently brought in BarkBox toys for sale, which are so cute! Their clearance sections are always great. There's always something I find in them whether it's paper for work, or hand soap for the kitchen. I haven't really bought any clothes from here, but they do have the same sticky bra's from Aerie, that for years I would spend $40 on, until I saw them here for half the price! Less actually. This is my go to Target as its in my area right by my best friends house. I have been here many times for a multitude of different reasons. I like the selection of things they have in all the departments to be honest. I have bought clothes here and bathing suites. They carry some great looking clothes that you can find for a deal which is always good. I have never had problems with defective clothes from Target. I have shopped many times in the home section as well. My favorite sheet set came from this Target. I was looking for sheets that matched my comforter and luckily found an awesome patterned set of sheets in the perfect color and on clearance. Granted their clearance means only a few bucks off from the original price. They carry many decorative items for the home as well as things to help organize the home. I have bought table cloths, runners, and center pieces for my tables here. I love the selection to choose from. The food selection is not very large but it is satisfactory. You can get all the basics here and then some. All in all the selection of things to buy here is great. The only thing that really bothers me and drastically brings down the ratings is the fact that there are like 20 registers to check out from and only like 3 are open at any given time. The lines get pretty long before they call people off the floor to open a new register. Thank God they have opened a couple self check out lanes because it helps. read more

Terrible customer experience buying a game activation card. The self check out printer spit out a receipt with the code that was very hard to read. Even before leaving the store I tried to go back to get another receipt or get it exchanged. Wasted 30 minutes with employees and one of the assistant managers (Gino) Who basically said there was nothing they could do except try and re-write the number by hand on a gift receipt. read more

I have been to this target several times. The self called manager Sharess is a bully every time she sees me she get close to the register to bother me. The final straw was today she was so nasty I tried to return something without a respite and she acted like I stole this item. she lied about there return policy and treated me very unfairly in front of my child. My name is yanci gonzalez. I am a loyal customer and lover of Target Kendall located in 33183 for many years. I have maintained an excellent experience only having to report compalints once before today with a Manager named Michelle due to several issues with the store. As you very well should be aware Hatchimals is a very popular toy that is in high demand. I found out that target was receiving inventory and would have some today when the storr opened. I arrived at the store hours prior to opening to find out that several indiviuals were already given tickets for the hatchimals at 4am and that they were not as what corporate advised nor store advised earlier the day before that they were 1 per family. People were allowing families of 15 members. I asked to speak to Store Manager and was left waiting for an hour until she came out to pass out disbursement sheet for indiviual hatchimals 2 per person per approval of her district manager. At that moment she advised everyone that they were not giving any out except those 40 Including that "if you had no ticket we had no business being here". Which customers who received theirs were selling in front of their store for $200 their ticket. Patrons left trash all of the floor as well nothing got told to them. About five minutes later officers from Miami Dade county arrived Sergeant advised us that they were only given 40 and that they were no more that only those who got will get there that he doesnt want any trouble. I asked the manager for the District Manager Contact information and she said she would give me his direct information. Store doors opened and I proceeded to walk inside and ask for contact information and that when shes like "I remember you guys you got me in trouble over the playstation I remeber you and laughed out loud." I continued to ignore her comment and ask again. She proceeded to give me the contact card. I told her "you told me outside you would give me his name and direct phone number with the sergeant there and then now youre not. I have already contacted corporate and filed a complaint on what happened and which to get the district manager informatiom you said you were going to give me." I went to the officer and explained the situation and he spoke to her then walked back. She had me escorted not by 4 officers. She told the officer that I am banned from the store as of today. That I have had an issue with her in the past and I will be arrested if I tresspassed again. Even the officers were in shock when they heard what she said over a toy. I asked for a police report to be made and have attached a copy for you. I was not being disrespectful, not disruptive simply asking for a district managers number and told I have no business being there when the store opened. My family was Banned for my local target store, several other patrons voiced their complaints to be yelled at, given a card and told to leave. This is unacceptable I have a right to ask for this information. I contacted target care again and nothing they told me they stand by that managers decision. This matter cannot and should not be handled this way. The embarrassment I went though is not right, the manner I was spoken to and treated was appalling, let alone how she treated other patrons and runs her store is not right. I need help as I did not deserve this disgusting behavior nor treatment and deserve an apology and lift of my ban but also the fact that I simply wanted clarity and to being up what was transpiring and being treated this way is not right. I have contact customer service several times and nothing. They said a district manager has no obligation to contact me. District Manager stated manager and her staff felt threatned and will not remove ban. Despite officers there if hostile situation or threatned they wouldve intervened and did not only stepping in wheb i told them what she was doing. read more

The customer service at this store is unbelievable. I ordered the Wemco men's cabin life whiskey barrel jug online because they were all out at the store. I chose to have it shipped to the store and I would pick it up. After fighting for a parking space due to all the frantic Christmas shoppers I had to wait in a long line to pick up my order. Finally, I get to the front. I ask for my order and they find it with no problem. The employee, Edwin hands me my order in a plastic target bag, no box, nothing. He asked me if everything was ok with the package. No, it was not. A piece was missing and so was the box! No box? My package didn't even come in it's box. The order didn't even look like the picture online, it was completely different. He was nice enough to go look for a box for my barrel but they didn't have any. I asked him to please cancel the order. He said not a problem and that I would be receiving an email with a cancellation confirmation. When I was almost home I got an email saying "Thank you for picking up your package, your order of $21 has been confirmed". So I called the store and after 30 minutes of calling and waiting I finally reached a manager (Ramon) who didn't think it was out of the ordinary to receive an order with out a box. I told him what happened and he put me on hold to check the cameras to see if I was telling the truth. He then told me that everything checked out and that I would have to come back to the store for a refund, after I had just left empty handed! No apologies, no offers, nothing. So now, I have to waste more time and money because of an error on their part. Ridiculous. read more

Mannn this place is a joke. It breaks my heart cause I'm emotionally attached to this Target lol (I used to walk inside everyday walking home from high school). The reason for this review is to save everyone's time. For allll of the employees there, the majority of them are young, stagnant, unqualified employees. On separate occasions I've encountered a pestering issue. Day 1 - No employees were around. Each one that passed by promised to send assistance. Finally, an angry customer (along w a small group of bugged out customers) demanded a manager. Instead, 15 minutes later two employees were sent to help. Day 2 - I asked an employee named Frank to see if there was any lights in stock (the only one on the shelf was already open). He scanned, and sent me to the aisle where said lights should be. I was impatient from the day before so I just got that box. Walking to pay for it the lights fell through the box and I noticed some pieces were missing. I let Frank know someone stole from the box and he checked it out. He left me with something pretty funny lol "You know what's the problem? I think someone might've stole the second set. But you can try again tomorrow, it might be there but I can't promise anything." I'm too lazy to write Occasion 3 AND 4 but they too are small yet annoying issues. Save yourself the time and try another Target. At least till this one gets better management. Happy Holidays! read more

Staff is great Especially some lady that is always there with short black hair and cat eye glasses. She is so friendly and when she is ringing you up she asks about your day and has a sweet conversation about things you buy like if its a dog toy she will ask about your dogs and her dogs (she did that to me) and she really made my day she had a big smile. Only downside for me is that it gets really packed on weekends and the lines are long. The employees are so helpful, i think its some guy there- (chris maybe?) because people always call him for help, hes tan and skinny and tall with glasses- hes extremely helpful as well. However i cannot stand this African American manager lady. She is nasty and rude and does not care about customers. Ive seen bad encounters with her and had one myself with her. There was a woman and the cashier having trouble with wringing up the item, that manager told her to go with her and they got another of the same item, and when the woman said she wanted to purchase it, the manager had a nasty remark and told her to make the line again. They argued about this unfairness and the woman left the store without the item saying she was going to report her (Good)! My mother was getting wringed up by her one day and the item was not the same price it had said on the tag versus the computer and the manager said "are you going to buy it or not. There are people waiting behind you " and my mother was really offended and asked to see the manager and that nasty woman replied with I AM THE MANAGER. We left the store immediately. Also one time i wanted to by a Sonia Kashuk makeup product. The last one in stock and it was damaged so the price went from $10 to $4 and i bought it so happy. They had a bunch of items tampered with that prices were reduced to half and it was great!! Now they have a "make-up concierge"?? This woman is there to "help" you find makeup but really i guess is there to monitor people opening the products. (Its reallh irritating, she lingers around in the aisles basically watching over you) When i went again i saw the last SK eyeliner opened and tampered with pretty bad but still usable but with no discount. I went to the cashier and after 15 minutes of her desperately trying to find another one (so i wouldnt get a discount) and doing a rain check and asking managers she said that the only thing she could give me was a 10% off. Are you kidding me?? She probably wanted it for herself. I waited that long and left without the product. A 10% is like a dollar off. She gave me a nasty look too as if i PURPOSELY damamged the product (since im 17). For the record Sonia Kashuk is Targets own brand, not Kim Kardashians. This new makeup concierge turned me off from buying make-up there- like seriously. Who needs help to buy makeup? Its annoying. read more

Target has always been my go-to. Today, I regret walking in here - Bathrooms were disgusting. No toilet paper. Door lock was broken. Walked over to Starbucks - flies everywhere. I've always like their selection and their staff is always around to help. I find this store so convenient! And since they opened the foodmarket potion of it, even better. I still shop at my local supermarket but some deals are hard to pass by. The store in itself is usually clean and orderly and when the lines get long to pay they usually open another register. And they have the added perk of the Starbucks in-house!
