It's super easy to get to, and has a gas station, which is the only reason why I went to Costco until a couple of weeks ago. That was when I bought a piece of furniture there. I got the piece home and it was damaged. Went back to the store...the Customer Service team there was phenomenal. Positive "we can help you" attitudes from everyone. Instead of making me bring the unit back and take another one back out to the house, they got a couple of their employees to do it (this is not typical store policy). The guys got there and delivered the new unit. IT TOO was damaged, but not enough to where we wanted to do another swap. So the general manager gave us some cash off the price and called it good. What was most impressive to me was that I offered the two employees a tip for their efforts and they vehemently denied it, saying that it was against Costco policy and that the job there was so great and they didn't want to risk it. So - I decided to give the store a try for my weekly shopping needs. They have so many great deals on stuff...especially the bigger item things like furniture, electronics, appliances, etc. They also have really good and unique options for food/snacks and household items. We were able to get most of our needs from the store, but simple things like Hershey's syrup and Simple Orange OJ we couldn't find. The meat and produce also are not the best deals, so we will have to go elsewhere for that. The checkout line was so fast and so efficient...which is a big plus these days. Costco has been added to our weekly routine thanks to tremendous customer service.

I'm sure they teach their employees very well but Claudia at the register and her partner wanted to make comments on if we could afford / go over our budget for diapers. And getting mad at us/ making snide comments for not taking the small items out ( btw we forgot this time since the employees usually take them out when we have tried in the past). Hopefully management keeps their word and handles it! Nobody needs to be bullying at their grown age.

Also they have self checkout which is a win, so you're not waiting in a long line for 1 cashier. There's holes in the ceiling that should definitely be fixed and the workers aren't the friendliest but they do their job.

Which is always helpful because no one keeps balloons after celebrations so no need to waste extra money. Good location- id refer for simple , quick product pickups.

She was nice to the lady who checked out in front on my but her mood completely changed when she checked me out. It was uncalled for. I asked if I could use my coupon and she got an attitude and said "these are already on sale and you certainly don't need to use a coupon". Extremely rude she could have simply scanned it and if applied awesome if it didn't no problem. I will definitely not be going back to that location, I will only order on line.

Unfortunately, near Clements there are only 1 way road to get in and out of Costco. I went during opening day at around 3:00pm when everyone is out of school. Gas stations, they have 4 pumps down and I was able to get gas really quickly even though I went during prime time. Inside is really nice, they will not have the items they want to get rid of yet since it is still new, but they have a lot of stuff I never seen and I went really crazy over buying snacks and ice cream. There were a lot of samples there too. Drinks I could not find them at other Costcos. The food court is nice as well. They have a lot of stuff there and I spent an hour looking around and having fun. Hard part was figuring out what to get rid of and not to buy. It was a good experience.

Even with my baby girl I am still seen as a thief due to the color of my skin. Pls Costco learn to have your employees treat all people the same regardless of color. Their Halloween stuff is boss too, I always get really cool finds. This time I came in for a shelf and wasn't disappointed, found what I was looking for quickly. A VERY friendly greeter named Ishmael (I believe) was so warm the minute I walked in the door. He was wiping down shopping carts and sanitizing every surface and gave me an enthusiastic welcome and passed me a freshly-cleaned cart. When I found the shelf I wanted, he loaded it onto a flat dolly for me and wheeled it up to the cashier, pointed me out to her, and waited around to make sure I had everything I needed. The cashier was friendly and efficient as well, and they told me to pull my car to the curb and they'd load it for me. The manager himself (I didn't catch his name, sorry) came out to help me fold down my seats/take out my car seat and fit the shelf into my Kia, and was so friendly and polite. Couldn't be happier with this location. All around a great experience.
