It's a solid store inside and out but I wouldn't recommend dealing with the manager here a younger guy wearing a red jacket walked inside this store and he was raising his voice at certain customers I understand there's certain customers who can cause issues but it makes me question how he leads this store if he can't de-escalate situations because no customer wants to hear a manager yelling. Other than that it's a solid quality store with great employees and a great selection but I may re-think coming here in the future unless something changes. read more

I usually don't leave mini reviews for stores such as target, but hopefully the management team will take a look at this. Let's get into it ! I don't know if this is post Covid problems but today at 6:30 PM they had one person on register 11. All of the checkout lines were absolutely packed for self check out, and Management made no effort to put anyone else on the checkout lines. Customer Service return had three people in the lines were exceptionally long and slow. The inventory in the store was definitely subpar. Things were tossed all over the floor. Clothing was hanging off the rocks, and the store looked like it was an absolute disarray. When Management finally opened up another register, the people who had been standing in line, the longest we're not invited to come over, and only the people who had just recently walked up or serviced first . Overall, it is clear that the management team needs to pay attention to the staffing. Need it for this size store especially on the weekend. The bathrooms were exceptionally nasty and it just needed some definite TLC.. read more

This is the smallest Target I've been to, but one of the mightiest in terms of cleanliness of the space and friendliness of the staff. My friend and I arrived on a Friday morning, grabbed coffee at the inside Starbucks and got our shop-on. The customer service area (for pickups and returns) is not its own room and space, but a desk by checkout lanes, as a heads up. Note that because of the size of the store, selection is more limited and the spaces are more challenging to navigate with so much stuffed in aisles. The most noticeably lacking area was the dollar bin area in the front, followed by a smaller houseware area. Otherwise, there were many treasures to be found. Did I NEED new goodies? Nope. Did I buy them anyway? Yup. My husband had been searching high and low for sunglasses and couldn't find any in stock anywhere. There was a sizable selection here. yay! This, and some trendy/affordable work clothes were fabulous, as well as a great variety of hair and skin care products. If you are traveling and need small toiletries, I have never seen a selection as large as Target's. I also am in awe about the huge amount of board game options at Target. The only negative-check out...why have only one human check out lane open and a few self-checkout stations, both with enormous lines? My friend and I had glorious clearance items that would not ring up properly and triggered a worker to come over. I would love more human-run registers instead of self-checkout, pretty please. read more

My family and I are pretty big fans of Target, and this one didn't disappoint! I don't think this location is a Super Target so it's maybe a tiny bit smaller than some other locations, but they still seemed to have most of the same wares available. The parking lot was reasonably large, but I was pretty surprised at how busy it was here! It was actually pretty challenging to find parking - maybe it's less busy when we're not in the middle of the holidays, though. Overall, I would definitely come back to purchase home goods and other miscellaneous items :) read more

I placed an order on Nov 8 to be delivered on the 11th. Order did not arrive. I gave it three more days then called customer service. They told me they would investigate the problem and let me know their decision in TEN DAYS. I asked for email confirmation of conversation and was told they did not send confirmation, then was told to be patient while they did an investigation. All this time they have my $300 and I have nothing. Lesson learned don't order from Target and they have very poor CS. UPDATE: Target wrote and said that it was my problem because they had a FedX pic showing the item laying on the road by my mailbox. They told me I'd have to contact FedX that Target would not help. read more

I came in today with my husband - we just moved here from out of state ! We were immediately greeted with a welcoming hello and a big smile from the lady cleaning all the shopping carts ! Every employee we encountered immediately greeted us and asked if they could help us find something which was really nice ! This Target is very busy on weekends and finding a parking spot is not very easy while on a bad day you can be circling the parking lot a few times before finding a spot, the store is actually not too bad as it's well clean and organized, never had no difficulty finding what I was looking for, the employees are hit and miss depending on who you encounter, but overall it was a nice shopping experience at this location. read more

Of course, window shopping just leads to actual shopping. They are open early so when your wee little babe wakes up and won't go back to sleep, you can count on Target to be there at 8am. I love Target! This has always been my go-to Target. However w/ the ever so expanding of Knoxville this place is always busy. The best time to go is during the week early in the morning if you can fit that into your schedule, otherwise it might be time to make a trip to the Target off of Northshore Drive off of Pellissippi Parkway. This place definitely ain't lipgloss but it be Poppin! There's a lot of eye candy, actual candy and great sales blistering around the store. For the Casual Shoppers they do have one of their small cafes as well as a Starbucks in here. So you could definitely get lost and be comfortable both in your belly and with coffee while you shop. Super awesome The staff is very friendly at the store and I can always find someone when I need to. However, that does not mean that they know the answer to my questions most of the time so I don't know how to judge that one just yet but I will take the ability to have a person there. Bathrooms are usually pretty clean at this location as well as the fitting rooms. I don't know why but that is a big pet peeve for me; those things being dirty at a very nice establishment. So you're good to go potty here even with the kids. Everything else is your normal Target layout with a few knick-knack items that are catered towards Knoxville like UT apparel Etc. If there is 0 Star that's what they deserve. They do NOT deserve a star because they're customer service sucks big time. No wonder Target stores are never busy as other stores. Let me tell you about my experience that awarded them the 0 Star rating - you buy a doorbuster merchandise from their online store and request "in-store" pickup. They notify you of the order being ready and when you go to the store to pickup your order the day after and you find out they have cancelled your order, and "there's nothing they can do about it". But they'll gladly start a new order for you with the current days price not the Sale price that you placed the order at. Be wise, find a better store and do your in-store or online shopping, what have you... BOYCOTT TARGET stores! read more

Very disappointed with employees, not all just two in particular. I don't know their names but they are two Hispanic guys, and they racially profiled me. I was looking for a power cord in electronics. One of them came and asked if everything is alright, I told him yes. Within minutes they returned to ask the same question, not only once but two more times. Still that didn't bother me until I heard them speaking about me in Spanish discussing my "suspicious" browsing activity. Spanish happens to be my native language as I am Latino, but they obviously didn't know that. Apparently a Black male shopping in electronics warrants extra security measures. read more

I am a die-hard target fan, and generally speaking couldn't care less which location I visit, however this location seems to have more of a "home" feeling. Maybe because it's close to my home? I find that they rearrange the LEAST, which is huge to me. If I am running in to get something, I want to be able to find it immediately, get it, and get out- however sometimes, they move things, and there I am wandering around the store lost like a puppy, with 100 things in my cart that I DID NOT come for, and I end up leaving and forgetting the one thing I actually desperately needed. Their staff is always friendly, and kind, and what I love too is that they are consistent. There isn't a huge turn over in employees, which means they are happy with their job, in turn being happy to all of the customers, and they literally have the mantra "the customer is always right", which I love.
