I visit the store at 8am when they first open and have always noticed the carts are sticky with dried up soda, debris, etc. Since the store is just opening for the day, you would think it would be clean when they first open. Anyhow, I decided to finally send the manager an email letting him know about it. The response I received was very surprising. The email reply stated that they are too busy to clean the carts and that I should clean it myself using an antibacterial wipe. Let me tell you, when the very first cart you pull out at 8am is filthy that is pretty bad, and the thin antibacterial wipes will fall apart trying to scrub soda out. I would need to bring a scrub brush with me. I don't appreciate this response at all. The checkers do not put your groceries in your cart for you. They let all your bags lay there while they start ringing up the next customer. This confuses me because I need to check all the bags to make sure they are actually mine. If the checkers placed the bags in the cart as they rang them up, they wouldn't get mixed up with the next customers stuff. It is too much trouble for them to place your bags in your cart because that would require them to reach. I'm occupied during this time getting my cartwheel and coupons out. There are other options. I can order my household goods on amazon and not deal with much of the inconvenience of going to the store for things. The produce here is always awful and the vitamin selection is very limited. The self check out lanes do not scan the cartwheel barcode off my phone. I even tried typing it in and it wouldn't work. I used to like using the cartwheel app and looking at their weekly ad every Sunday morning, but if it's not going to be enjoyable anymore and there isn't going to be any service, then I should do the majority of my shopping elsewhere. I'm just frigg'n tired of the filthy carts. There is way too much red plastic on their grocery carts to collect sticky sodas and spilled Starbucks drinks and there is no excuse for leaving trash inside of them. Funny, the other day I went to a recycling place in the Stater Brothers parking lot and the man was washing out all the trash cans and placing them upside down to drain and dry. A small recycling center with 1 employee can take the time to wash their trash cans of sticky stuff, but a large Super Target can't even have carts clean at opening time? If this were my store it would be done and it would be done easily in a rotation. Oh, and one more thing...they never have any little red shopping baskets at the entrance of the store. read more

I am absolutely outraged by the way I was treated at this target. Once before I was followed by security inside this same store but I ignored it because I did not think much of it at the time. Honestly, I didn't really care because I was doing nothing wrong. I have shopped at target for TOO many years and spent so much money on this store that it is UNBELIEVABLE. I walk into the store and pick up my order which happens to be a big brown shipping box that I had ordered for pick up and continue my shopping. As I head to the self checkout the employee is pretty nice to me and tells me where to scan the box, without me even asking. Which was okay, I understand it comes with her job description. I let her know that I had already paid for it. Security then stops me and asks me for my receipt and I understand they have to do that but why was I the ONLY ONE that was asked for receipt? While I was waiting in line to checkout he did not ask NOT ONE person before me for their receipt. I have NEVER in my life felt so belittled, embarrassed and racially profiled. I show him the receipt for the two things I had purchased and he specifically asked me for the receipt for the box and I told him I picked it up. and it LITERALLY says on the box that it's STORE PICKUP. They don't even have merch inside the store with shipping boxes. Merch is always in the original merchandise box. My item was inside a big brown shipping box with a STICKER THAT SAYS STORE PICKUP. He made me take my phone out and show him the receipt for the box. This was absolutely unacceptable, embarrassing and something like this had NEVER happened to me. NOT EVEN AT WALMART!!!!!! I AM SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED! I feel as if I will never be able to walk inside that target once again because of the fear that security will follow me around and make me show proof of my purchase. THIS WASN'T FAIR! read more

I used to enjoy doing my shopping at Target until I was very rudely treated by a "female dog" employee here this morning. I had come in to do both my shopping, and pick up a paper from the store manager who told me to ask for security to get him when I came in. Unfortunately, this bitchy woman supervisor got involved in the situation and would not let me speak, and told me she was not going to get the store manager for me. I said, with astonishment, so... no one here is going to help me? And with 100% conviction and rudeness replied "NO" as she shook her head. I started to leave the store very upset, but decided to try again to get the store manager. So I turned back, she thought I had left, and thats when I discovered her laughing and joking to other employees about me and the situation in which she treated me so rudely. I had my 11 year old son with me who endured seeing his Mom treated like this, for what reason I have no clue. I am still very upset that another human being working in my local store could treat customers like this. I told the manager about her flat out refusal to get him for me, and I didnt get any satisfaction so I left the store without making any purchases. I feel she should have apologized to me and my son. It is amazing the types of people out there. A simple trip to Target turned into a situation that ruined my day and has caused me to alter my future shopping plans, as I would not want to run into that person again. Target: I think you should hire kind, polite people. Life is too short and difficult enough as it is. Amazing. read more

I have been shopping at Target for a long time. About a week ago, I was in the store and overheard one employee tell another employee that the store manager called another employee a "stupid, F-----g operater". This employee was distraught and upset. This apparently is not the first time this has happened with this manager. A friend of mine had a daughter who used to work in Human Resources and was so upset at the workplace bullying that went on with harsh and insulting comments to comments made about other employees, that she quit and found employment elsewhere. I think it's important to cultivate a healthy moral in a workplace environment that employs many people with disabilities. This manager is apparently not very happy and will be even unhappier when all of the statements signed of the accounts of her horrible behavior comes out in the open!! Until this situation is resolved, I think it's fair to say that this particular store is on watch. Whoever you are Ms. "Manager", just remember, the walls have ears. read more

This grocery store is always running out of stock. Yesterday, I drove there specifically to get 3 items: Purina Cat Chow (big bag), Smokehouse almonds, and country gravy with no sauage, and they were out of all 3 items I went there for. They are consistently out of items. I also do not like that the bakery puts sprinkle decorations on all the cakes and cupcakes and does not leave a least a few plain for people who want to buy them that way. They could leave some plain and add sprinkles upon request, but they cant take sprinkles off once on there. Who the hell wants sprinkles on their cakes anyway? Very disappointed in the time and gas I waste going here and not getting my items. read more

Went to return a defective bike with the receipt from four days ago. Was told "we don't refund or exchange bikes--it's our policy". I went to the bike section, took a picture of the tag on the bike that said "return within 90 days for refund or exchange" . When I showed the customer service person, she said "we've always done it this way...we never do refunds or exchanges on bikes". I told her they should take thes sign down stating otherwise. She smiled. Hmmmm.....so I ask for the manager, who never comes out! Bike is now getting "repaired". Nice people. Poor service. read more

I was charged a bag fee when I declined bags. I specifically told the clerk I want to decline bag fee, and she said she already took it off. I had her take back the one bag that was in my cart. I get home and discover the 10 cent bag fee. This is why I won't be ordering online anymore. It's a scam and a rip-off and when they continue to do this without letting the customer decline the fee at the time they are ordering online, they are raking in $$ from all kinds of people for bags they don't want and don't get. read more

Awesome store. I'd say every employee I have talked to there was really nice. The store is well kept and organized, but they really do need more checkout lanes open. there is always 2 or 3 registers open with about 3-4 people in line (which can take about 10 minutes+). They have a Pizza Hut and Starbucks inside which is awesome! Love this location. read more

They are constantly making errors overcharging my debit card. Too many perishable items are bad. When they inconvenience me by doublecharging my credit card, I have to go to the customer service center and wait in another line to straighten out the problem and they never apologize for wasting my time. read more

I don't think we should support this type of consumption and agriculture. It's all big bisuness that produces less than healthy foods that don't feed nutrients to our bodies ... Buy from local farmers, or at least from California! read more
