Great customer service. Ran in because I was hungry and figured they would have a Pizza Hut express and they did. Sadly they where out of pizza and where getting ready to shut down. They lady still offered to make me something as she was just about to clean the oven - by dent stated. Rather than that, just grabbed some bread sticks - which where still hot and fresh (not the norm from other locations) she was also super friendly and chatted while checking me out at the register. This place is so BIG! And so Clean! A must shop stop if you're in the area and looking for a discount retail store. The person checking out our item was so warm and friendly and engaged us in a fun conversation. Starbucks Review: Employee Mercedes *** I went in today not feeling so well. I usually don't go to target starbucks but I gave it a try. I also "usually" never make my orders complicated or too customized, however, I threw out a random request to a barista about my keto diet limiting sugar and she came up with this great way to substitute items and make me a fantastic drink with low sugar/carbs. I am very disappointed in this store this year I have lived up here since this store was opened and this year management has dropped the ball. This store has become a huge pig pen I would have to say it's worse than shopping at Kmart. Thought that I would give them the benefit of the doubt because of the holidays but went in after the holidays and this store was in such disarray I wound up leaving. Shoe department, lingerie department, children's Department, women's Department everything was in such disarray you couldn't find anything. Clothes were stacked up piled high, children's clothing on the floor, shoe department was a mess the shoes were out of the boxes just laying there on th9e floor stacked piles High couldn't make sense of what size went with what box. Associates walking around looking like they had nothing better to do. I have never experienced this much of a mess with Target before. I was a very disappointed customer read more

All self checkout are closed. The line went through and wrapped around. Easily an hour wait just to check out. Totally defeats the purpose of social distancing. A few other people also left their things and walked out. Please open self checkout and just do wipe downs. read more

Milk is usually old by the time it makes it to the shelf at this store, and they are usually out of eggs. Baby section is pretty small but better than nothing. Buyer Beware, when buying gift cards at Target!!! I had purchased 6 gift cards for Christmas for family members, and two of them were emptied out the next day, before I even gave them out. I reported the fraud to Target and they only replaced one of them as a " one-time exception" instead of actually investing the fraud. Now I'm out my money and my confidence in the company. They are not protecting customers from fraud. I suspected an internal employee, but they just brushed me off. read more

The cashier Nichole was very rude and inconsiderate. She didn't give me a chance to explain to her how I wanted to do my transactions, before yelling across the isle to another employee that I was using WIC. She embarrassed me and just gave me a hard time. The employees are quick to tell you they can't do something without asking someone above them first. I like going to this Target because it seems like it never gets ridiculously crowded like the Redlands Target. Even on Saturday morning at 9am I have managed to get a good parking space and not wait too long in line. I also like the self checkout option when I only have a few things. FYI you can't buy alcohol at self checkout. 1 star deduction for: 1) some nasty carts. Too many times I've put a cart back because it was filthy inside the basket where I put groceries or my purse. Yuck. 2) Produce is meh. No ripe avocados. Ever. Bagged lettuce looks past it's prime, leaves on stalks of celery were very wilted. I'll buy everything except produce. read more

This Target as far as the store goes was pretty good until I went to check out. The people were friendly and the store was pretty clean . Let me preface this part of the review by saying that I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS TARGET AGAIN. There was a long lone at the checkout stands, not only the self checkout but the regular lines as well. When I got to the front of the line, the girl that was telling you which line to go to was busy helping another guest. And all of a sudden told me to go to #2 which I did. There were 2 carts in front of me both with large oders. When I asked to go to another one she put me in a line that was just as bad. I had a few small items and if I had been at the grocery store I could have gone through the express line. If it wasn't for the fact that I needed to get home I would have left the cart and walked out. I asked to be moved and that I wanted to speak to the manager. I was told that I wasn't allowed to talk to the manager and she was the lead. She moved me again and it took the cashier, that she moved me to, 5 minutes to conduct a 1 1/2 minute transaction and then another guest came up to the line (on the end where you are after you pay) and the cashier explained that she told the guest to come to her when she got back. At that point I went back to the "lead" person and asked to speak to the manager if they were in the store. (I was upset and said this is bullshit) I explained to the lead person she had put other people who were behind me in front of me and indicated one older woman who said that wasn't true. (But when I was standing eating for my turn at the front I observed this lady trying to get in the line in the front but was told she needed to go to the end of the line. A few minutes later I was at the front of the line.) when I explained all of this to the manager, this woman blurred out that she was n front of me and the her fiancé had been holding her place. I ignored her because it really didn't matter. I was mad that the lead person had ignored how much I had in my basket and really didn't want to straighten it out. And I was trying to explain to the manager all of this when the older woman started saying that "I was looking for attention" and to shut my f***ing mouth cause she was tired of listening to me. Then she started in with the I'm going to kick you a** and meet me in the parking lot. I asked her if I should call the cops, cause she was going to beat me up. The lead person could have avoided the whole thing by just being pleasant and finding out why I was so upset. But she had a different addenda. I was asked what the manager could do for me and I told her she could fire the lead. At least retrain her. read more

I really like this Super Target, it's always clean, wide aisles, organized. They seem to carry most items I can't find elsewhere, and their prices are very comparable to Wal-Mart. And it's definitely not as crowded! read more

So I think I'm done with this target. Every time I shop at this location, it seems as if their is never enough staff. Especially when it's time to check out. I just stood in line for 27 min. And yes I timed it! It's also it is so frustrating to see no sense of urgency from any employee's. This store is also going down hill. It's dirty, the entrance is always filthy and the trash in front is always overflowing and trash on the ground. Oh and the carts are filthy too. I can't believe that this huge corp. can't even afford a service to clean their baskets. It is my opinion a-reflection of the poor management. Customer service at this store is a joke. The checkers are young and very slow. . They never have any check out lines open and there are 5 customers waiting. Target is more expensive than the Walmart across the street. Target has a smaller selection and the quality is no different than Walmart. At least at Walmart they have older people worked by the front, they are friendly and you can tell they appreciate their jobs. This is the last time I step foot into this store. read more

This Target is just like most Targets but I wanted to review because I had a great return experience. I bought an iPhone charging cord a little less than a month ago. Randomly it stopped working and so I decided to try and exchange it for another brand. I went to guest services and was able to make the return with no problems at all (which is not always the case). I was really pleased with my experience and glad that customer service is actually helpful and understanding. read more

Well, I don't know why Hazel Q seems to think she can speak for all women, but I sure don't looove Target (super or regular). I find many of their products to be low quality. For example, I bought a wallet -- but the part that holds the check book is strangely shaped and too small for normal checks. I bought a CUTE child's sippy cup in early December with a Christmas design on it -- but the design wore off long before Christmas. Nope, I just don't like the quality of their goods. So, when I do shop there (and that's usually only when I'm near one and have to get something quickly), I'm very, very careful of what I buy. read more

Nice grocery selection, but prices are a bit more expensive than the average market here. Every time I have gone here they are usually out of stock on other toiletries we need which is very frustrating with how much that happens. This store is always packed and with Walmart across the freeway now I thought that it would help. The lines are always long, but they do try to get people out fast. I was in your store this morning at 9:20 am, trying to checkout in the self-checkout on the grocery side of the store. I got all my very heavy items checked and inserted my cash. The machine showed my change but never dispensed it. The self-checker was working on a machine next to me. I spoke up and said, "The machine it not working. without looking up he said, "It was working earlier" I said," Well it's not working now and it didn't give me my change. He said, " He for very defensive, and I said, "Look, there is no need to get defensive I just want may change. A woman rolled up and in line and thinking I'm abusing who she thought was a girl and started yelling at me. I was not rude at any point she just heard the last part where I said "No need to be defensive", and thought I was chewing out a worker. I simply handled her by saying that I was not talking to her. The guy finally came over and punched in a bunch of stuff and walked away out of the area without so much as a thank you. Passive-aggressive behavior is not what I'm looking for when shopping for a few items. After a number of just completely getting ignored and not being able to reach items with huge carts and employees blocking shelves in other stores I decided to try this one. Ill take the blocked shelves over the face-to-face rudeness by a store associate. This could be "so long', Target. read more

I am a regular shopper at this Super Target, and generally have a good experience. From time to time, I have an odd one - yesterday was that day apparently. I stopped in to pick up just a few product items. Several of the items were marked at $1 or $2 off - simply because of the expiration date. Nice surprise. My second item was to pick up the new Eric Clapton CD. I don't own an iPod (or similar MP3), so I want the actual CD. I ventured over to the music section and searched for it ... couldn't find it. I then went to look for an actual employee. I found two (chatting about personal biz). They asked if I needed help - I said yes and explained what I was looking for. The young employee walks with me back to the music section. She then confirms the person's CD I was looking for. She then brings out her phone, goes to the Target website to look it up. As she's scrolling .. and scrolling, she says "does he have a lot of CD's?" I said, uhhh, yes. She then shows me her phone and I point to the CD I'm looking for. She then "clicks" on it. She then tells me it's "only available online". I politely disagreed with her, then she shows me her phone which says, "online price". I said that's the price if you want to purchase it online. I'm here to actually purchase it. She says again, "it's only available online". Frustrated - I told her the info was incorrect and then I just left. Still feeling frustrated, I looked up the CD on my laptop when I got home. Interestingly enough, the description underneath the CD is "in stock online", "sold in stores", "available for store pickup". Target: if you're going to hire employees, at least make them knowledgeable about the difference between "online price" and "only available online". Two separate things. Ok, first stop... Vision center. I needed some inexpensive glasses for my mom until her insurance "kicks in" in September. She showed me the cheapest frame $129 (God as my witness she refers me to the place in the same parking lot (bought 2 pair for $69.95 out the door). Next interview into the healthcare section. I needed a neoprene sleeve for my arm because my elbow has been hurting. I found a lady who work their stocking the shelves. I asked her where I could find a neoprene sleeve and she looked at me like I asked her for a foreign item. She couldn't direct me to an arm sleeve in the section that she was working on then, to the pharmacy. I wanted to get some Zyrtec-D. When I asked the lady for a price comparison between the generic and the actual Zyrtec-D it turned into some kind of weird game I gave her my ID she swiped a Zyrtec-D and give me a price. I gave her my ID she's swiped the generic and give me a price. I gave her my D she swiped the Zyrtec-D, 12-count, I gave me a price and then gave me my card back. It was weird and she was passive aggressively rude. read more

I have shopef at this store once a week. The parking lot has been invested with trash, old used diapers, and carts everywhere. The inside has been disheveled with clothes falling off racks and filthy floors. The bathrooms were the worst. I didn't even want to sit on the toilets with a toilet seat cover. Very unsanitary and frightening to be in. I checked the bathroom check list, and it hasn't been clean for 3 hours. I told the cashier and she just said, "really"? Not I'll make sure it's taken care of it nothing. Just sad because it's suppose to be one of the nicer ones. read more

...was roaming around the store to find the big box of Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chip Cookies, the one with 4 packs in a box...when an employee asked me if I was looking for something. I explained...as he noticed I was heading out to the back (where they have or HAD all the bulk items)...he said they weren't there anymore and he went above and beyond and called to someone from the back of the store to check if they had one...and luckily for me they did. The last one in the store and I got it for 2.99!! It's usually 5.99 there. But yeah, love that place. Too many good experiences with the staff there. read more

This is the best Target in SoCal, and I've been to almost all of them in LA, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties. It's open later than the other High Desert Targets, and though it's not the biggest Target in SoCal, or open till midnight every night like some Targets down the hill, they have a good selection and their parking lot/entire strip mall area isn't a huge clusterfuck like the mega Targets down the hill. Workers are friendly and don't act like they hate their jobs/lives like at Wal-Mart (with good reason, of course). read more
