This Target is absolutely impressive. It's huge, and even has an Ulta in the middle. I was super impressed the most with the fresh grab and go options they had available. Pizzas, bags with everything you need for a quick dinner, and these great snack pack options for under $4 that come with a good amount of snackies. I'll for sure be stopping back in here on my next Target run if I'm in the area. The check out cashier could have been a bit friendlier though. read more

I live 30 minutes away. I made a pickup of an online order, then did a little more shopping. Inadvertently, I left the original order in the cart and drove home. NO ONE answers the phone when you call. I tried every option multiple times and finally got the optical department...who cannot connect you anywhere. read more

Needed to grab my last Christmas gift and decided to get it (along with a few other things) at Target.  I ended up settling on a Star Wars lego set for my nephew, the base game and 2 packs of cards against humanity for something to do indoors with family during the holidays, and a Dash brand  pint ice cream maker.  I had a really hard time finding the advent calenders but thankfully an employee helped me and I ended up getting the kinder holiday mix advent calander as well.  I do not have a local Target, but I will probably ask my husband to come this way more often just so we can come back to this very large Target. read more

This place was incredible when I was a kid. Really sad the one where I live shut down. The food court had that fun 90s aesthetic and had some of the best food. The store itself was vibrant and fun, just the thought of it takes me back to the best days of my childhood. The calming, friendly popcorn-scented air, the colorful neon lights, and the shelves upon shelves of great quality items. Those were the days where the world was bright and fun, but that's all in the past now. read more

Pretty dirty. Items all over the floor along with trash and hangers and random ladders and boxes all around the store. honestly dangerous.

I never rate retail locations or chains unless it's superior service or just completely horrible. Sadly, this is the latter for this review. Walked in on a Monday at 1 pm and the entire store was disheveled. The clothes were everywhere on the floors and the shoes and even the sunglasses and accessories were just everywhere on the floor like a tornado had come through with hangers thrown about it was just bad. Customer Service is the worst! Bought a Video game from them on-line for our Grandson who was having surgery next week. When they downloaded the game it said the code had already been used? Talked to a customer service rep & a manager on duty & they said call the manufacturer! Pain in the rear, & out $60+ bucks! Why does this Target always have the most disgusting bathrooms I've ever seen in public. I would rather go to Walmart for their bathrooms...no one ever wants to go to Walmart for anything. You're leaving a man needing to drop off some kids at the pool hangin with 3 stalls and no toilet paper! I'm about to identify as female for 10 mins just to get business taken care of! Targe Target brand might be great, but this location cleanliness is substandard. Bathroom today smelled liked a disgusting porta-potty. Had to settle on the "least gross" stall (all others were covered in crusty urine puddles and hair). The floors were literally covered in dirty streaks and stains. No paper towel in one dispenser, not all soap dispensers had soap, trash is overflowing. The smell was enough to make you get out of there quick. read more

This is the go to for a fresh and healthy lunch. They have fresh salads, fruit, small grocery store it's great. This store also has a cvs pharmacy inside and is clean with lots of registers. They also have a Pizza Hut and Starbucks inside the store for convenience. The staff is friendly as well. read more

I came here just to take a quick peek of what they had. I'm not from around here and am just visiting, but I love Target so I had to come and look. Really wish more Targets were like this one. Considering this was South Bend Target was definitely a huge step above Walmart, considered by many to be upscale. It was always clean, always had stuff in stock, and great customer service. I was even able to find a WII here back when they were impossible to get. When I say I wish I could give them zero stars... I wish I could. I come into this target at least once a week. Today I experienced the worst experience ever and the manager was so rude. I've never experienced racism at any target but today I felt shamed and as if I was treated very unfairly by the staff member working the self checkout. I will never come here again being accused of not scanning my items and the staff member was literally trying to find something. Before I graduated I worked at a target self checkout and I knew the protocol. What happened today was definitely not it.... and just the fact that the manager came out defending what his staff member was doing was so wrong. Wow. It has been a long time since I have been in a store as messy as this one. We even found used shoes left in the shoe section. I was optimistic and thought maybe just the one area was unorganized. Wrong. Literally every department was trashed. They either need more employees or employees that actually do their job. read more

We love this target! Top notch customer service and always clean and inviting. We went tonight and got an amazing deal on patio furniture and were even given a further discount due to a small amount of damage on one of the chairs! The shift lead/manager Mike is great! Staff were all personable and went out of their way to make our experience a good one. read more

Was over charged for a toy that included a 20%discount. Went back with a photo to show the marked price and was on given the lesser price not the discount. When speaking to Mary at customer service, she was snippy and walked away mid sentence. She eventually gave us the difference, rolled her eyes, and made us feel like we were awful for asking for what was simply advertised. Will not shop there again. read more

Never had any complaints at this Target. Great place to grab whatever you're looking for. If you're from out of town, this is a much better place to grab Notre Dame stuff than the bookstore. Service was always friendly enough. read more

I actually don't go here often, just because I don't shop in such retail environments often at all. But I do have to say that this place is really good. I worry that it's not as busy as it should be, but a Cost-Co will open up near there soon, and that might help, because the location here is still just a bit out of the way for many shoppers. The supermarket aspect of the place is great. I think the Target Archer Farms store line of products is almost uncannily good. Archer Farms is always good stuff. I also appreciated that this was the only place I know in town to stock the American Tuna Company brand of tuna, which is eco-friendly (line-caught) AND excellent. And not even very expensive, when you factor in that the ATC enterprise packs tuna in its own juices rather than leaving you with a bunch of water weight to drain out. Target also has great prices on clothing. This place is terrific, and a whole two or three cuts above the nearby Walmart. read more
