This is one of my most favorite HomeGoods stores in the country, I can't believe I haven't reviewed here yet! I've been coming here for almost the last 10 years whenever I am visiting my sister and we go here to find the cutest things always. Their Halloween section is always unparalleled compared to other stores, and their snack section as well! Definitely will find some good deals and finds at the location, and the service is always great. read more

This is my wife's favorite store. Half of our furnishings, sheets, pillows, waste baskets, soap dispensers, etc have come from this place...

I never leave reviews but I today's experience made me not want to go back to this store. So I went in to return something today, wasn't sure if they would take it back, brand new, never used just I had lost the receipt and my brother threw away the price tag, but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. The cashier politely told me they couldn't take it back, store policy, totally friendly. Then the manager comes by asks what's going on and very desmissively and very condescendingly in a snotty tone told me she couldn't give me a return because there's no proof that item is from her store, then told me to move out of the way for other customers. Look I wasn't standing there pleading them to take it back, I was more upset with myself for losing the receipt, but when the manager spoke to me that way I felt like someone who's trying to scam them into taking back something that's not there's. Yes she didn't say anything wrong, but you can't talk to a customer with that kind of attitude and make them feel like dirt. I didn't say anything to her, more like couldn't because by the time I got over my shock, she was gone. I love Homegoods, I go there a lot, but after today, I'm not sure if I'll be going back there for awhile, if not ever. I've never had that kind of customer service experience before. Shoppers beware keep everything in case you want to return it or else you'll get the same kind of treatment I got if that manager is around! read more

We went in on a Saturday afternoon. It was pretty crowded. The deals were good & I liked a lot of the merchandise they carried. The biggest turn off for me was that their store was a mess. It was needed cleaned up and organized. Items needed properly placed and displayed. I hate walking into a store and feeling as if I'm looking at a grab bag of stuff that's been tossed about. Speaks volumes about the management of that store & I typically walk out as I don't like to shop that way. read more

A very friendly greeter was a big help to me when I arrived late one snowy evening with an armful of packages, some questions and a melting ice cream cone from McDonald's. He helped me get organized and searched to find what I was looking for. read more

Love his place! Always a great selection of accents for my home and great prices! They also have a very hassle-free return policy. I like trying creative new looks for my house and the return policy allows me to be adventurous without having permanent buyer's remorse. It's always neat and well stocked, I'm inspired every time I walk in. read more

Every time I walk into the store, it is messy and it looks like a used bargain rack. This beautiful merchandise is not being displayed well. I realize the customers are not careful when they shop, but this store is consistently messy all the time. I shop there at least every other week and it's always the same. Poor management or poor merchandising. Not sure which one is the case but it's disappointing. I find TJ Maxx and Marshalls (the same company) to have similar products that are much better displayed and organized. I suggest getting them to train Home Goods staff on how to organize and merchandise. read more
