I contacted customer service. Ordered a replacement for the following Friday. I requested an evening delivery time due to my 24/7 building restrictions and that no one will be home to sign during the day. Found out a day before that it was being delivered in the morning. Customer service canceled and reschedule following Tuesday. I spoke to multiple representatives in between who confirmed that they had left multiple clear and distinct notes for the delivery team that it has to be delivered in the evening. Was found out the day before the second delivery that it was coming again in the afternoon. Rescheduled for a third time where I was guaranteed by two representatives, with text message proof that it was coming that following Friday after 4:30 PM. I then received a text message after speaking to the six representative that it was coming in the afternoon. I finally got a hold of an in-store manager after calling Customer service a few times. He changed the delivery for Saturday. As I'm writing this review, I am continuing to get emails that it is coming Friday, today, let me remind you No one will be home and there are building restrictions, however, I was told in store that it is actually coming Saturday, but I did not get any proof or email confirming that. This has been the worst customer service experience, especially as a first time buyer. I requested a full refund of the nightstand, which has not been accommodated for, I've asked for a full refund of my white glove service, which I only got a partial refund for. it has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not got my replacement and the lack of service between representatives is unacceptable. Come to find out that actually zero notes left for the delivery team, which means customer service did whatever they could do to get off the phone with me. Absolutely unacceptable. never be buying from Bob's again or recommending it.

If you have never been there you would be surprised of all the unique things they have. Every time we go I leave with stuff in the shopping cart. My office has a large number of things from Hobby Lobby from a J and K tins on my wall (my kids names) to a distressed picture frame with my family picture in it. When all else fails and she shops longer then me their is always the #hobbylobbychallenge. Any store that I do not choose to go into that I don't mind being in is a 5 star in my book.

After painting our pieces, you check it in to be fired then pay. At checkout I was asked if I had used glow in the dark paint or something else (I'm don't remember) which I didn't, but I guess there's an extra charge for that. I was probably told that by staff at the beginning & it just didn't register with me. Everyone in our group enjoyed themselves and are looking forward to returning soon. UPDATE: although we enjoyed our visit, the pick up process was not as fun. The day after the others in my group received texts that their items were ready for pick up & hI hadn't received a text yet. I decided to call to check & was told that they had no information. When I described the item, I was then told it was in the pile with the "Lost Contact Info" stuff and was ready to be picked up. A couple of hours later I went to get it. They couldn't find my item or any information. I was then told it was probably taken to be re-fired. I let her know about my previous call & that was not discussed. After looking in a couple different rooms, she did find my item. The pick up process seems a little unorganized. However, I did enjoy my time creating my "masterpice" :), and the staff was very helpful & friendly. With that said I will give them another try & hope for a smoother less confusing pickup process next time.

The care that went into the firing and finishing process is evident in the lack of damages in my work and the thoughtful packaging when I picked up my piece. In my experience there was no extra charge for the firing process and the project took about 2 weeks to get my piece back, and I received a helpful message letting me know my piece was complete. Within a day, I received a text stating that the item was no longer in-stock, & I was offered a substitute item, but it was an item I actually already owned. The person I was texting with took the time to find that item & coordinated for it to be shipped to them the next business day so that it can be sent out to me. However, when I ordered, I had somehow put the incorrect address, so it was sent back, after all of their hard work. I was immediately contacted to get the correct address, & it was shipped back to me, without an additional shipping charge that I offered to pay for my mistake. Above & beyond is the bare minimum way I can describe their customer service! Your kindness is truly appreciated & you have a customer for life!
