This is the Target with the alcohol!! As of March 2016, the liquor section of this store has been moved to the front & it is super organized, clean, modern & bright. It used to be in the back and you'd pay with your other non-alcohol items but now it's up front & you pay separately. They have their own separate shopping carts for the alcohol section that are smaller & black rather than the plastic Target red. I came this morning to buy watermelon (it was expensive) & cantaloupe & all of the workers were really helpful & friendly. I enjoy this Target. It is one of the bigger ones I shop. I use to love coming here prior to the Pandemic, now I prefer to have deliveries brought out to my vehicle. The store is still very busy, especially around the holidays. I like that I can find almost everything I need here, even the weekend occasional drink! They have their own liquor store and it is a full stocked one. They carry most drinks; wine, beer, even your harder liquor. I have found most here, but not everything. A few times specific wine's I was looking to purchase they did not carry. The prices for both the regular items and the liquor are reasonable. There is even a pharmacy in this store. I have been getting my prescriptions here for about 7 months now. Overall a great store. Organized, things are easily marked and people are helpful. Store is neat and clean. Parking lot is laid out well and the cart runners do a good job getting the carts back to the store (because many people don't even take them back to the cart area!) My two hang-ups are the app not being current enough with the items that are actually in the store and the pharmacy's lack of customer service skills when dealing with a customer. Several times this year I added items to my cart, paid for the items and then went to pick them up. This was done within 24 hours. I would get a notice saying the item is sold out or not added to my cart etc. and was refunded the item. This was very frustrating. When I called the store, they couldn't give an explanation why I could add an item to my cart if they were out of stock. As for the pharmacy, I receive automatic notifications to remind me about refilling a prescription. Twice I had to get the pharmacy to communicate with my doctor (do their job for them) so that I could get my prescriptions. One lady was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Her words were demeaning and uncivil. Personally I hope to not talk to her again. I get this year has been trying on everyone but why tell me I have refills if you don't have all the documentation you need from the doctor's office? Also, why not follow up with the doctor's office if you sent a request but haven't heard a response? I literally had to arrange a 3 way call with the pharmacy and doctor office to deal with it. A bit more effort and customer service goes a long way. So while I give Target 4 stars, CVS gets 2! CVS Pharmacy has much to improve on, both with their technology and their pharmacists customer service skills. Target does an overall great job but there is always room for improvement; be it with their technology, restocking inventory or having enough trash cans. Does anyone else notice Starbucks cups in the shoe section often? HUGE PET PEEVE OF MINE!!! I have been of the opinion that many of the people who shop at Target are beyond lazy or are very messy people. It doesn't take much to THROW AWAY YOUR TRASH OR RECYCLE IT!!! I was in there a month or two ago with my niece and daughter, 10 and 11 years old, respectively. Please read to the end because it may not seem as if my problem was a fault of the store itself, but it very, very much was. Anyway, these girls like to haul off on their own, and be independent of me while at safe places, such as Target, (well, we thought it to be safe, anyway). In the parking lot we had a strange experience, that at first seemed anomalous, wherein a younger gentleman in a dark colored Subaru that smelled like a snoop concert, (maybe a Subaru Tiguan, or Forester, not sure), seemed to think he recognized my daughter, the older of the two girls, and attempted to call her over to him. I didn't hear what he was calling her, and I thought he was calling her by a specific name of a girl that he had mistaken her for. She later informed me the name that what he was calling her was "ma", which she tells me is a gang-culture term of endearment. We kept walking. While inside of the store, after a good amount of time had passed and we had all but forgotten about the weird parking lot guy, I smelled that same Snoop concert smell, and to my horror I realized that the person from the car in the parking lot, who I now realized could have been anywhere between 20 to 30 years old, but was small in stature, -had followed us inside. (Mind you, he had come out of the store while we were parking, so presumably had no other business there.) ...He had been overtly FLIRTING with my 11 year old daughter (granted, she could pass for 15, but not on this day), while I was perusing cleaning supplies. TELLING HER SHE WOULD LOOK GOOD IN THE SEXY BRA AND PANTIES COMBO THAT SHE WAS GIGGLING ABOUT WITH HER COUSIN as he approached. I got the story from her cousin, as she was way too embarrassed to talk about it. As if it was HER fault. (Rape culture is to blame for that, obviously.) She also told me that he had offered to let my daughter model it for him, and had stated that her mom and dad don't have to know!!! What little I saw of the interaction was not as creepy, otherwise I would have called the cops then and there. I kept the children close after I chased him off while he was spouting excuses about her giving him "bedroom eyes", walking alone, and him only being 17 just looking older than that. The reason I see this as having to do with the way Target runs its business, only came to me the last time I ran to Target, without the girls this time, to grab some dog food. The brand I generally purchase was sold out on the shelf, so I went to ask a worker nicely to help me out, to see if there was more... The closest worker was busy talking to a male colleague, and prior to them noticing me, a female colleague had approached them and I heard the male, -who had his back turned to me at the time, say to her, "what's up, ma?", and she signaled with a nod and glance in my direction, that I needed help. When he turned around, I was shocked to realize it was the creepy guy, -smelling nothing like a snoop concert this time. The other two workers walked to the end of that aisle and the creep stayed to answer my question. For the sake of getting this dog food taken care of, I didn't tell him off for the things he said to my daughter. Not that it helped, as he stated that he was new there, and didn't know how to check stock yet. I heard his male colleague at the end of the aisle chortle right after he said he was new, so I wonder if that excuse didn't perhaps double as a put on, to try to elude trouble for his behavior the previous time, when he was off the clock. My suspicion was confirmed when, as I walked away, I heard the girl colleague say .."Ryan, haven't you worked here for, like, ever?" To which he replied, "whatever, I'm too busy to help Karen right now"... That also proved to me that there is no goddamn way he's 17, if he's worked there "for, like, ever". ...If this situation, (including mainly the off-the-clock interaction a couple of months ago), even in part, was not so egregious, I wouldn't be trying to think of whether or not it might help to contact authorities about it, nor would I be taking the time out of my day to write this long-winded explanation for the one star review. Way to go, Target. I will NOT be back. Not to the Virginia village / Glendale location, or any Target at all, EVER. I typically spend most of my Christmas budget at Target, and frequent the store dozens of times throughout the year otherwise. Everyone working here works very hard. My only gripe is their policy for electronics. Already went through buying a phone card that didn't work. Whatever they tell you is wrong..but they claimed to have changed their policies. After being in a pinch because someone's phone broke, I decided to try this procedure again. It was like a colonoscopy. The phone kept glitching, and the data stopped, leaving the recipient stranded on a hot day without the ability to uber home. After the rescue was made, and tempers calmed down, a better choice was made. Go to the head administrative office for ATT off Alameda in the shopping center across from the old Aurora mall. They offer pre paid unlimited plans at a reasonable rate. They sold us an I phone for $70.00 that's made better than any pre paid phone. After six months they also unlock it. This time a gorilla glass screen was attached to the phone with an excellent case. Those prepaid phones are not only cheap but you can't find cases for them. This is the ONLY ATT store that offers pre paid plans. Mountain climbing is a dangerous sport and not the type of activity to text your mother when climbing or to check the time. Buy a watch and leave your phone in your pocket. Now if only new cell phones were awarded upon reaching the summit, with an excellent plan, courtesy of the mountain dynamics, my life would be easier of course. But then again everyone would be running up the cliffs causing chaos, and the celestial forces handing out free phones would run out of stock. What an embarrassing but entertaining event. read more

Great location, and a lot had improved with the remodel. They still are having trouble keeping certain things in stock, but at least since it's a larger store, they usually have a good variety of alternatives. I wish they had more self checkout stands, as it's a busy store, and if you time it wrong, it can be a wait to check out. read more

This location in Glendale has some serious problems. When it first opened it was wonderful, great prices, huge stock, clean and well-staffed. Now it's a hot mess. I've long thought that the warehouse people there must be really angry and take it out on the merchandise. Its hard to find a box in any deportment that isnt at least a little crushed on one side. It doesnt matter what the item is: kleenex, cereal, toys, electronics. This store is usally messy now and the variety of stock these days is limited. Even so, walking through the store this afternoon I wondered if maybe the location is closing. Entire aisles are half empty. I left with half of my shopping list completed-and it was a lonnng list today. This is the most convenient location for me I but I can't count on it for even basic shopping trips. I'll change to the Tamarac location from now on. On a positive note, I do have to say that the employees here are awesome-friendly and helpful. read more

I have been shopping here for a good nine months now. I keep hoping that their inventory will stop being absolutely terrible but I'm still waiting. Initially I thought it was difficult to keep things in stock due to the pandemic however I noticed that other stores in the immediate area do not have the same problem. Every time I go, there are entire aisles that look like they have been wiped out by a tornado, but this is all over the store. A few years ago I flew out to Denver on the first flight I could get. A family member was in critical condition and in intensive care at a local hospital. I literally threw stuff in a backpack and hopped the first plane I could get. Ten days at a bedside and in an Intensive care waiting room was way too long for what I had put in the backpack. So off to the closest store the nurses recommended I went. It was a Super Target just a few blocks away. Now, I usually don't do my clothes shopping in Target, but I had just half an hour while tests were being done. I walked in the front door of the BIGGEST store I have ever seen. It is like two football fields of blatant consumption. I was overwhelmed. I bought a clean shirt and left. Hospitals and Super Targets are on the opposite ends of living. Yesterday, I was in the hood again. I returned to this Super Target. No one was sick this time. . . .so I thought I'd check it out to see if my memory was correct. Was it really as big as I remembered? You bet it was! I walked the perimeter. Bought a Starbucks coffee from the inside SB coffee shop and vowed to return on another day. It's a SuperTarget. It has an area you can buy booze from which seems pretty unique, and if it's anything like the flagship Trader Joe's and King Soopers in the area, it's probably the only Target in the state you can purchase booze at. I certainly haven't seen it available at any other Targets. Other than that, it has a large selection of items, BUT those items can sometimes be out of stock -- like when I was trying to buy a OneBlade grooming tool and they were out of the basic stock, but of course had the deluxe and supreme models; or various books, BluRay media or miniatures. Groceries are plentiful and there is a wide variety of yummy snacks to be had here, but don't look for great prices -- the items are at least as if not more (and sometimes FAR more) expensive than you'd find at local chain grocery stores. read more

If you are looking for appalling service, a b*%chY attitude or to be told "get out of my way" (when you politely ask him to help you with a self checkout error) be sure to find Robert (of course his name might also be Francesco) at the self checkout lane. You might also be able to hear his melodious voice grating out to another shopper to "stop, STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING. Move. MOVE." Or to tell a shopper enquiring as to the location of something "It's not my job to know where everything in the store is." He is truly a delight. His eye-rolls and deadpan stare when asked to do his job are really commendable. I have the prices for certain staples memorized at both King Soopers and Target and buy at the less expensive place. Totally on Target today. After experiencing an absolutely miserable time at the Cherry Creek Mall while Xmas shopping, I was on my way home when I got a call from my sweetheart. Could I pick up a folding card table that we could use as a bar at an upcoming holiday party? Holy mother of god, I lamented. Do I have to go back into Nightmare Mall on Main Street? No, said my little peach blossom: just head over to Target and pick one up. So with that suggestion, I called Target's number; got a nice operator who told me that yes, they did have such tables in stock, and she immediately connected me with a helpful gentleman in the dept, who 1) gave me the prices of the different kinds they had (and one was on sale for a ridiculously low amount), and 2) told me where in the store they were located. Within a couple of minutes I'd found the perfect parking place, had strolled in and grabbed my table; had gone through an empty checkout lane in about 10 seconds; and was back on the road home with a smile on my face. RACIAL PROFILING I specifically drove to this location for a nutrition supplement unavailable in my usual location. Within 2 minutes of entering the store and placing products into basket, THREE security guards , two in plain clothes , started to follow me around the store.... It was purely MY COLOR. How is it that Target seems so much less sleazy than Wal-Mart? Anyway, I love this place. The grocery side is always well stocked - good produce, a few good cheeses, decent meat selection. Then, you've got aisle after aisle of breads, frozen goods, household cleaners, etc. As the other posters have noted, Super Target really has everything you could ever need (including beer and wine). The general selection in the non-grocery section is great. I've found really cute clothes here - coats, too. Plus, books, electronics, dishware, automotive... everything. Finally, there always seem to be employees monitoring the lines at registers, making sure to call staff to the front if more than a couple people are in line. Love going here! read more

After reading others yelpers reviews for this location I am a little disheartened. It's the closest Target to me but there are issues with restocking things. You can't beat the cheap prices for most things, esp the Target branded items. The staff is relatively friendly and easy to find if you need help with anything. AND they have alcohol. I've noticed though that the prices aren't that much cheaper than maybe a local liquor store but if you're there it's hard to not buy something, you can't really beat it. read more

There are three reasons why I love this Target (yes, this specific Target). 1) Liquor Store. Amazing to get groceries, pick up any clothing or home needs, and also get a nice, little adult treat at the end. You can get almost anything you want at Super Target from food to medicine to electronics. The Target was redone a few years ago and is always clean, bright and fun to go whether for groceries, a coffee (Starbucks inside if you need some caffeine), pharmacy, household, etc. I go there often and even like looking at their men's clothing, which is reasonable and stylish. read more

This store has been lacking lately. Went to the Ulta section towards the end of my shopping at the store tonight, it was around 9:40pm (they close at 10) and wanted someone to grab a product for me that was in stock (website said they had several available) but not on the shelf. No one was there. When I asked an employee they said they didn't have a key to the drawers and the employee who worked in beauty/Ulta probably went home or was in the back so they couldn't help get it. Why do they not have anyone working that section when the store is still open for 20 more minutes? They should prob change the store hours to accurately reflect them being understaffed. Frustrated I drove all the way there, especially since their website said the product was in stock. They have also been out of multiple basic items like paper towels, water, tissues, etc lately. I've always wanted to go to a super target and didn't know there were a thing until i passed by them at the beginning of this year in the L.A mountains and ever since I been dying to go to one! Finally I got the chance on this road trip to go visit one in Denver! I was super excited, well me and my gf because she loves Target clothes so much. We had to pick a few things up and then we found out how large this Target truly is! It's double the size of a regular Target and there are just clothes as far as the eye can see. I had to just push my gf out to the check out line because we were on a mission, well not a mission but we wanted to do stuff on the road trip instead of shopping.
