I had a great experience at my Target today! I usually do the Target Pick Up ( saves me money because I am not tempted by impulse purchases) but I shopped in the store today & was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding Customer Service I received from Christi. She was very efficient & personable. The merchandise was plentiful & they have a Starbucks at this location so I was able to sip my favorite green tea while I shopped. What more can a girl ask for? Great store. Staff very friendly. it is a smaller Target but still lots to offer. The women working pick ups was so friendly and engaging.

A strong 3.5 for this Target, but since I can't give .5 stars, 3 it is and I am good with that. This Target is located on Galleria Boulevard in Cool Springs/Franklin area just around the corner from the mall. For the most part, it is your standard Target, however a few things stand out here over other locations I visit. First, don't fall for the pictures that Target preloaded on this page, that is not what this location looks like nor offers from a food perspective. Second, this store always seems to be in a bit of dismay from the aisles to the registers and everywhere in between. If it is not items left on the ground, it is boxes to be stocked, which is wild as I do not ever see unattended stock on the floor at other Targets. As noted, the register situation is always "fun". There are never more than 1 or 2 actual registers open, even during busy times, so the self-check gets backed up with ease. Overall, I love me some Target, but do not go out of my way to drop by this location. read more

It happened. They have the risk assessment (receipt checkers) that loudly "greet" you at the door coming and going so you know you're being watched...I figured the 80 cameras constantly zooming in on us was enough, but there goes the neighborhood! read more

I am terrible with coupons but had received a free product coupon from the manufacturer. As I was checking out all of my other items, the cashier informed me Target wouldn't accept the coupon. I asked why and he didn't know so he called the manager, Joe. The manager was super nice but said Target was not accepting some/ many coupons especially over the holidays, due to fraud. Firstly, this is not customer service friendly, obviously. My coupon was straight from the manufacturer. Secondly, in my opinion, Target should allow the management to override this in certain situations. Oh well, I will just redeem at Publix or Walgreens and will have no hassle. read more

This place is trash. It's like nobody works the registers anymore. The line to self checkout is always very long. Been there on multiple occasions at different times and it's like everyone left except 5 employees or something. So weird. Order pickup takes twice as long than just grabbing the items. Manager just stood there and watched all of us stand in line and didn't assist. Lesson learned. Poor management at this location. read more

Very long lines- today they were to the grocery section and when you reach the front only half of the registers are open with staff moving very slow. Staff does not seem happy here compared to other Targets. There is no overhead music and the price scanners are often broken screens/off and the older style that does not show any product details. It serves its need as an old Target but it no way the fun and welcoming vibe Target is trying to advertise and grow on. read more

I've had great experiences for years but the 3rd party sales reps standing in the aisle by the electronics department who harass you with paparazzi-style questions trying to get you to change cell carriers is nothing short of low class. I've had multiple encounters now and hesitate going there now. When I have to I will be avoiding the back of the store. read more

I just moved here from Illinois and I've been visiting Target in Tennessee. They're very different down here. They have long lines for check out, the stores are light on merchandise and very messy. I'm not sure if it's due to understaffing or what's going on but we had understaffing in Illinois and our stores don't look anything like what I've seen the past couple weeks. read more

Came in to buy a birthday gift last minute. Every time I go in target it raises my blood pressure and I buy nothing because I can't lower my dignity enough to buy from here. It's not even the employees fault. It's a management issue that this place is such a disaster. For years the shoe sections have been a nightmare and the dressing rooms are always dirty. I've seen cleaner better run walmarts. There was literally trash in the aisles and in the shopping carts and handheld carts. There was stray carts all over the parking lot. So sad that this store hasn't been properly managed for years. read more

Was so happy to see a Target while in Franklin...yay....boooooo! I needed some underwear and this store is SO dirty. Clothes in piles on floor, dressers. Went to the underwear section. Pulled out the drawers and no underwear. It was empty then I saw some just piled on top of a stand. I found 1 pair in my size. The parking lot was full of trash. I just don't understand. Last time I was in Franklin about 6 years ago it was so cute. I ended up going to another Target about 10 minutes away and the same dang thing. No UNDERWEAR. OMG and the place was messy and dirty. I'm not stuck up either, I live in a suburb of Chicago so I'm used to fare standards and would normally not stick my nose in the air but there is no excuse for this. read more

Very nice Target that had exactly what I needed, even if their prices are a little higher than Walmart. I realized that I'd left my phone charger back in the office and I didn't have a car charger with me, so I popped in to Target to get a replacement. Neatly organized and well laid out electronics department, though the prices were a little on the high side. Hair care products for black women is 8 feet of random hair products. Nothing that could be used to complete a look. The store was a complete wreck. I am going to shred my target credit card. This morning the store had one check out line open excluding self service. After two other customers complained to me about the lack of service, I asked the checkout person to request another cashier. I was told that was not his job and that when the line was long enough that hopefully one of his coworkers would help. He told me that cashiers were people too and told me about his personal hobbies. He was rude, continued to talk nonstop and could not focus on scanning. read more

Asked for a receipt I needed that I lost. And customer service said they couldn't do that. I needed it for a Shipt order. Called Shipt and said target employees were being lazy. Came back and now they are trying to get it for me, but they seemed annoyed and rude. I'm a very polite, friendly person. I never got rude towards them. Don't expect friendly service. read more

This Target employs a woman in Customer Service who see you have a knee injury, that is why I ordered on line for pick up close to the door, she tells me part of your order is not in despite text message saying it was. Might as well start going to Wal-Mart. The line situation has become just as bad. One line open during busy times. I don't like to use the self-check out when I have a large order because I didn't think that the self-check our is for large orders. There were plenty of people working, I could see 6 just standing in line, but only one person at a register. Also, when did it become acceptable for stores to do most of their restocking during the day? We all want to get home at night, but what ever happened to customer service? I accidentally left my wallet in a cart at this location 2 days ago, and when I went to pick it up yesterday, the employees immediately knew where it was and returned it to me. They were very kind and responsible- nothing was missing! Then, I realized I had left my baby wrap at home and needed to buy another one at the store. I had my toddler and my newborn, and a cashier helped me juggle the babies while I put on the new wrap, and was an immense help. I wish I remembered her name! It was register 2. read more

Just moved here and they are close to my place so that was cool. However today the gentlemen upfront refused to price match something that is clearly listed on their website. Even after showing him the price that's posted he still wanted to talk to me like I was a problem. I love target but have no problem driving to the one in Franklin because their team of employees is phenomenal every single time. Ok... This store really needs to get their act together!! One manager was super friendly and offered a gift card for the inconvenience, at least that's one positive!! First experience of this holiday season was ordering and paying for online for sheets and string lights for the Christmas tree. I get a text/email that it's ready and I head over. I arrive, wait in a long line at customer service to open the bag and the string lights were not the ones I ordered. They walkied to have someone pull the lights I ordered... about 20 mins go by, while I have stepped aside for others to be serviced. They don't have them. They don't have ANY in stock with the green strands to match the tree, all are white. No thanks. Ordered the lights at the Columbia Franklin Target online through the app, called to confirm they pulled the correct ones and then went to pick them up. Very helpful. Second online order was last night for a game as a gift... Wake up to an email saying they don't have it. Order online at Columbia Franklin for their "drive up" pick up option and it's ready within the hour. You guys at Cool Springs should find out how Columbia Ave does it because they ROCK. They are reliable whereas I don't trust this location any longer. read more

It's like the employees don't give a crap. Used the drive up pickup for the first time. Starts to rain and the lady says "you've got this" and leaves. We had missing storage bins and no lids for what we had. The app doesn't work. Call them, 15 minutes latter and three different people on the phone. Damn I've got to go on the store now. They bring out the missing bins, broken ones at that. Manager says she can offer a gift card and asks what it will take to resolve the matter. It's like I had to finally say give me the damn card.... They wear target vests, but no one takes any ownership. Completely evident by the manager. Williamson county and the store is dirty like any other target from elsewhere. Buying an iPhone from target is the most frustrating experience you'll ever go through. Target Mobile is a separate company and apparently don't have to show up for work. NO OTHER EMPLOYEE at target can sell you an iPhone NOR can they look up inventory to see if they even have a specific iPhone. Once you finally get a target mobile person to sell you an iPhone they don't know anything about the current promotions. I had to educate them. It's hard to beat a $150 gift card upon purchase but what an idiotic way to do business. "Let's sell a product that only one person in our store can sell" What a great way to piss off consumers. read more

They are currently doing a little bit of construction work to prepare for the fresh grocery offerings that will debut on June 24th. Other than that, the store is very clean and still well laid out. Not a spec of construction dust or trash is really anywhere. While I do like the Target better off of the Old Hickory Exit, this one does the trick if I am by the Mall. read more

This store used to be a decent place to shop. The aisle are so narrow now that you find yourself trapped down an aisle with no way to get your cart out if its busy. There is never any employees to ask for help now. The other day I needed something unlocked. I walked all around the store and finally saw two employees. If I would have known what was going to happen next I would have walked right out the door. I went to approach them and I could hear the one who I believe was the manager yelling at the other employee telling them that they are lazy and moving too slow. I was just about to walk away when the manager said what do you need? Very rudely. I said I need something unlocked. She didn't want to walk over there herself so she screamed over the walkie for someone to meet me over there. The nice gentleman helped me. I ask for the managers name who was screaming over the walkie and rude to me and he told me her name was Maggie. I thought to myself no wonder why there aren't any employees in this store I could hardly put up with her a minute. I'll be avoiding this store at all costs now even if I have to pay more elsewhere. read more

This Target DOES NOT have a Starbucks inside of it, so if you are in need of a Coffee Fix, you'll have to try somewhere else. read more

I love Target but this particular Target store is pretty lame. They don't carry Huggies Pure and Natural diapers. It's just a smaller, older Target store in general -- they don't have as much stock as other Target stores. I would highly recommend driving a bit to Brentwood and going to the Target store there -- it's newer, larger and they carry a wider selection of diapers (including the Huggies Pure and Natural!). read more
