Not really! Does Target think they are Macy's now? Their prices are crazy, the remake of the store, makes no sence to me at all. I use to shop Target daily, but honestly, I get a better product and better prices for those products and Macy's & Dillard's. It seems like the value for the product is not up to par. The fact that there is usually 2 lanes open now makes a just crazy and I'm not opposed to checking my self out at all.... So please OPEN the self check out that is an available. I'm not from around here, so it was weird for me to get a parking pass to enter the Target lot. But ok. This Target is in a huge building, with other stuff going on above and below, it seems. The store is clean. The employees we talked to were friendly and helpful. I did notice some bare spots on shelves, but the country is dealing with supply chain issues right now so I can't blame Target. I was able to pick up everything I needed. After a moment of panic when I couldn't find the parking pass, I scanned it on the way out, and went about my day. This is my 2nd time in this store w all the self checkouts closed. I was here last week and I was told by the security guards, the self check out we're closed due to extreme amounts of theft. I ended up leaving because the lines were too long. Today as I walk in just to pick up a few quick items same issue is persisting so I asked the store manager, Matt (since he was standing doing nothing) why the self checkouts were closed essentially his response is if he saw the need for the lines to be open and he would open them as I look toward the cashiers all I saw lines of individuals waiting to be checked out. So I asked him if this was a new target store policy that all target stores are following he said yes and then properly said no he doesn't know what the other stores are doing and "I heard wrong". As I informed him I didn't hear in wrong. I wished him well and left because I was not interested in arguing with him as he tried to do with me. The same Three employees still standing around 20 mins later. But there are lines at the register and no self checkouts open!? Between the parking and the store management and poor black history book display in the VERY BACK OF THE STORE ON BLACK HISTORY MONTH. It is not labeled at all. so you're inconveniencing paying customers because target as a company has a high theft rate that will be written off at the end of the year... & your not doing anything to accommodate black authors during black history month? The grocery selection isn't always the best--it's a relatively bust store, and popular items like salad kits are often low in stock. I forgot my wallet at home and only had $20 on hand for Valentine's Day after work. I wanted to buy a Star Wars card and simple chocolates for my partner, but I was short 58 cents and left the chocolates at the register. I went to my car to scrounge for change and found 75 cents. I went back inside to get the chocolates from the same clerk, but the new total was a dollar higher with tax. I walked away saying it was fine, but then another Target associate chased me down before leaving and handed me the chocolates. She said it was Valentine's Day, so they wanted me to have them. The layout and selection at this Target are like most others. If anything, it's above average. Neat, clean, feels new-ish, and it's pretty big. The main downside is the parking. For whatever reason, even though there's nowhere you could walk to that doesn't have its own parking lot, they require you to validate parking. The validation prints with your receipt, so that's no problem. But, the process of going in and out through the gated entries causes bottlenecks on both ends. It creates a ridiculous traffic pattern. At busy times, you have to wait in line to pull in. I recently got stuck behind someone who didn't know how to scan his ticket and had to wait more than ten minutes to get out (there was someone else behind me, so I couldn't back out of the lane). If you're looking to make a full shopping trip at off-peak hours, this is a pretty good Target, but if you're either trying to run in for one thing or are going at a busy time, it's not ideal. read more

Overall, it's a nice store that is very large and has everything you'd expect including a pharmacy and a Starbucks. There's also this new little machine that you can lock your phone in to charge for free while you shop! There clothing section always has a few good items but usually those are higher priced. The groceries I usually skip because there are other less expensive grocery stores nearby with bakeries and such. Target has lots of electronics, toys/games, cleaning supplies, and home décor plus furniture! Always gives me a few good ideas to make my home more modern and comfortable feeling. They have self-checkouts plus a few human cashiers. It's also pretty close to my place which is always a nice convenience. The only major problem with this place is parking because it's a closed lot that people pay to use but Target customers get the first 2 hours free. If they can find a spot! ;) read more

Here you have a Target that also sells groceries and has a Starbucks inside; however, it can be an absolute hassle in terms of parking. There is a gym either next to or above the Target, so to avoid gym members from parking in Target's lot, Target requires each customer to get a ticket on the way in and get a validation on the way out. In terms of selection- More often than not, it is either hit or miss. Sometimes the shelves are well stocked, other times you wonder if a robbery took place because there's nothing on the shelves. Like Walmart, this Target usually only has two lanes open with human cashiers, so imagine those self-check-out lines. It works for the basics. I am grateful for the Harry's razors. Yes you can order them online, but if in a hurry or out, they are available. Also Target has good deals on best seller books. I've been pleased with sales on Nintendo switch games. These have been exemplary. The lines can be frustrating here. I wish they'd add more self checkouts, as this area is always in a hurry. To the stores credit it's clean and well organized. I think the employees here are very good. All in all it's a reasonable place to shop, and their grocery prices are competitive. read more

The store is beautiful on the surface. Shelves are pretty stocked, at least for what I was looking for. There were only 2 registers open with humans working and several folks waiting BUT the self-checkout line moved fast for me. Why 3 stars? The restroom near the pharmacy was filthy but since I have stomach issues and was already doing the peepee dance I had to tough it out and use this unisex restroom and not risk an accident by asking where the other restrooms were located. I don't know what used to be in this building but it's a Target now and it's super large. This store has a whole lot of floor space square footage. As with most Targets, It's kept nice and clean. Everything is where it's suppose to be. I guess of course if I came after a mad rush I might find clothes (especially) thrown about. Don't know why people do that. But the times I've been here it's all been straight and neat. The parking is kind of funky in that it shares the entrance with some kind of business center. You have to take a ticket and go through a gate. For Target customers there's free 2 hour parking. The tickets are validated inside so they're just going based on the time. On the weekends the gates are up and you don't need the ticket. read more

This is a huge store! They always have what I need whether it's cosmetics, groceries, or clothing. The store is always clean and you can easily find assistance if you need it. They usually have special sales on useful items like hand soap, or games. They have a nice assortment of wine and there's a Starbucks inside! Definitely my favorite Target! read more

I came to this Target because I was in the area at the time. Target is typically my "happy place" or stress reliever as most women (lol). HOWEVER, this was the most uncomfortable experience I've EVER had at this Target location or any Target store period. I most certainly provided detailed feedback in the customer survey on the receipt. Nice selection of items, only one item was out-of-stock which has been hard to find at my near-by store. But back to my HOWEVER! The associates are not friendly at all, my cashier barley opened her move to speak and for some odd reason a male security officer kept following me around. I guess he assumed I was stealing because I was browsing certain aisles multiple times, but I was trying to put together an outfit so I need *options* - ya know? I say that part sarcastically. But yes I caught him near me, looking at me on his ear piece a good 3 times and I was to myself like "WTF?". This used to be great place, until they replaced all the checkout cashiers with self-checkout. I do the self check out, but I just don't come as often as a result. Not because it's work, but because it's much slower than an expert doing it, and it's always a pain, usually locks up for some reason, then you wait for an attendant, who never comes over. Half the time, as today, there are three managers standing by, while only one real-life person checkout here is open. It's ridiculous. On a good note, they do have pasture raised eggs. Checkout cashier Elfnesh is good at what she does, welcoming and has a lovely personality. This Target seems pretty standard compared to all the other Targets I've been to. Perhaps this one was a little smaller, the produce section is definitely pretty small. It's clean, bright, staff are friendly and helpful (especially when I was searching for a protein hair mask). Things are kept tidy and neat (things aren't strewn haphazardly everywhere and products are mostly in the correct place). I wish there were more cashier lines open whenever I go, I usually just end up checking myself out. If I could give this location zero stars I would. I went to this location to pick up an item that I purchased online. The first issue was that my item ( a coat) was literally balled up and stuffed in the bag with no care to how it was presented. While I was there I walked around to see if there was anything that I needed. I noticed outerwear sale signs and I had purchase via online only 3 days before so after hearing the price match guarantee over the intercom I went to see if anything I had ordered was on sale. I went back to service and the associate Far attempted to help me. I was first shocked that the system would not let her scan the receipt and find the differences then issue the difference if any back to me. Most retailers have had this technology for over 10+ years. I said to the young lady that I was hoping that it would be easier for her, but I would wait for her to do whatever she needed to. She then told me that she couldn't do the price match that you are advertising because the item had not yet arrived for my order. I then explained to her what I was asking for was a simple price adjustment of the price and that I am not returning the item. She then called the manager for help. His name is James the service and engagement managerwho came over and when she started to tell him what I needed before she finished he said No then she tried to continue explaining. It wasn't coming out correct so I started to explain what I needed and he cut me off and said "let her talk". I repeated what was just said between them and that fact that he said no to what is a advertised process. He said to me if I listened to the overhead announcement the I know. He turned to Far and told her to go head and do it. I then asked about the item that was on my online receipt and he said He would not do it because I had not yet received the item and he had to return the item and then re ring it at the sale price. I asked why did the item have to physically be there. He was rude, condescending and dismissive to me. He them walked away and Far tried to complete the transaction. I asked his name and she said James I ask if she could give his last name because his name is generic. She said she didn't know his name I asked her to call him over so he could tell me. He walked down and she walked over to him and then he walked away. She came over to me and said her refused to speak to me. I asked her name and she flipped her hair to reveal her badge. I was blown away! I said don't do that then I paused and asked for her full name. When out of nowhere the associate that had been standing there sorting returns yelled from my left that "She doesn't have to give you her name". I thought I had to be loosing my mind... I don't know why she said anything at all. I stepped over to where she was and said to her that I wasn't speaking to her at all and she needed to continue to sort her returns and mind her business. I was calm this entire time because bad customer service is no longer the exception clearly it's the rule here and pretty acceptable. All I wanted is what they are vigorously promoting, I guess I looked bad or something. I thought this can not be happening, there is no way they feel this empowered to treat a customer this horrifically without it being the norm. I asked for the Store Director and Far told me Matthew. I never stopped being calm and I even walked to the other end of the store to the registers and purchased over $100 dollars of additional items. I had never shopped this location before so I was floored by this representation of service. I knew I would take the time to write this as well as Google reviews and a letter to the CEO. After an award winning career in the retail sector I will not allow this to go unreported repeatedly to anyone who will see this. Only one of the gates was supposedly operable, but it didn't open. There was a staff member there who had no idea how to get the gate open. Dozens of cars were in line trying to get out. This store is in the middle of nowhere with a huge parking lot. Why they need restricted parking is beyond reason. They could at least put in a system that works. read more

They restocked them. What's worse? This store is in hideous disarray. You can't find items with how dirty and disorganized the entire store is. This Target used to be my go-to, but now...trust me, unless you only want to do self checkout, don't bother coming. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day, they put only one, superslow chasier, out of the 14 available aisles. This place only has 2 hours of free parking so limit your shopping to 30 mins. Interesting how they can pay 15 staff to talk to each other, text, make calls, etc, but not work the registers. If you're someone who is enraged after calling Comcast, don't ever come here. I am new to the area and getting used to the local Target store. Had a bad experience while shopping for a cutting board. I spent 20 min looking for this item. No one was in the area to assist me so I then asked for help at the service desk at the front of the store.. The woman looks up the item then tells me it's in the back area with kitchen items. She then gives me an aisle number. I wasn't aware Target had aisle numbers so I asked her for assistance in that area. She said oh it's back there and gave the aisle number again. Even though I requested assistance she did not find anyone to help and told me just go back there. So I went back again and did not find them. I asked a person working in the area who pointed me to the back wall. I told her I have been looking for quite some time now and received very little help from the person up front who sent be back here again. I said now I'm pissed because everyone keeps telling me it over there. The person looked and said oh they are all sold out because of a previous sale. I expressed my frustration in so many people just pointing me to an area and waisting my time and she said oh I'm gonna let you get it out! She then made excuses for the person up front that I originally asked and after all of that the smallest part of her defensive explanation was I'm sorry. She was not a good listener. These people do not know how to treat customers!!! I went into Target feeling calm and carefree and left feeling totally frustrated and disappointed in the staff that I encountered. Target is a discount retailer that also holds a Starbucks and a pharmacy. They offer clothing, shoes, jewelry, electronics, toys/games, beauty products, furniture, as well as groceries and household items. I usually come here to pick up leggings, and the hubs likes to check out their Blu-ray dvds that may be on sale. The clothing section is usually a mess, and the clearance rack is even a bit more crazy. Furniture section is a bit limited in terms of selection, and there are many returned and opened boxes that are put back on the shelves. The parking lot is gated, but with a validated ticket, it's 2 hours; weekends are free. In reference to an earlier review regarding parking; it is 2 hours free parking, regardless of whether you purchase something or not. The convenience is awesome with fresh/frozen food now available. And the photo center is great too; upload the photos at home and pick them up at the store while shopping. One MAJOR INCONVENIENCE is their shelving/stock maintenance. HOLY CRAP, if they are out of an item that shelf stays empty FOR WEEKS. I looked for white vinegar a few months ago and they were completely out. 2 weeks later I went back ASSUMING they restocked but NOPE, still empty. A week later I went to look for a pop-up laundry hamper and they had the regular bag that doesn't stay up or a dual ATTACHED hamper. They didn't have a single regular pop-up hamper. I checked a few days ago, STILL empty. So Target, if you are reading this, RESTOCK YOUR SHELVES IF AN ITEM IS SOLD OUT! PLEASE! I went to this Target for the first time yesterday. I found everything I was looking for. I especially want to commend the staff for enforcing distance in the line to get in and in the checkout line to protect health and safety. I did a self-checkout. I came to get champagne flutes, a pub glass, and some toilet cleaner. I was impressed at the selection of glasses, and it's clear they were popular. I would come back here. In fact, I thought of exploring some more, because they had some nice clothing selections, but decided that I needed to continue to the other stores I needed to visit. I haven't had a truly horrible experience at any Target store, and this store is no better or worse than any other that I've been to. They have their own huge parking space and most of the time the gates are open and you don't even need to get the ticket, which means that parking is complementary. Prices are comparable to other stores in the area, and they seem to have a pretty open return policy. One thing that irks me on most visits is that whenever there's only one open register, it's always one of the farthest from customer exit, which is an inconvenience when I'm in a rush or there's more than a few fellow shoppers waiting in line that's not moving fast enough.
