One Monday afternoon around 3:30-4 the line was wrapped all the way to the dog food and cleaning supplies with one checker open. When out of no where 5+ Target worker start coming out of the wood works in their various shades of red and khaki. Suddenly, the outrageously long line was completely dispersed; and myself once at the end of it, was checked out, groceries bagged and out the door in less than 10 minutes. Hoorah Target! read more

The pharmacy staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked, clean and merchandise is easy to find. I am excited to see the new things in store after their remodel! One thing I hope to see more of is cameras in the parking lot, as this is a not so great area of Everett and it would be nice to have more of a blunt security presence. read more

I ordered a product online and they sent me a text a 6am as I was going out the door to work. The message also said they'd send a reminder. They didn't. Then I find out later on in the evening that my product was returned because I didn't pick it up the same day. It's an older looking Target inside, but seems to be undergoing renovations at every turn. It still has the old-timey cafe/snack bar, but maybe they'll replace that with Starbucks. It's is Seattle afterall. The cashier was excited to know if we had seen "the new grocery section" - which we hadn't. I guess it was a big deal for them to finally have groceries. I would say overall the store was laid out oddly, and seemed cluttered, but that probably has more to do with the renovations than anything else. I'll have to check again next time we are in Washington and see if it's any better. I was able to find everything I was after, and didn't get any questions about tax-exempt for Alaska. read more

I really enjoy getting customer service from Molly in the clothing and baby departments. She is very helpful, energetic, and you can certainly tell she loves her job! Best Target to shop at! I would strongly recommend making her a supervisor or manager sometime soon as she would be amazing at the job. As for everyone else there, they are pretty good. The store is big, clean, and well stocked. There is ample parking everywhere. I've been going to this Target for about a year now, and have been fairly happy every time I go. We went there yesterday after a bad experience at the Sports Authority next door. They had everything we needed, for far less. We found clerks easily, who walked us directly to what we were looking for. In the electronics section, the worker was very knowledgeable, and helped us find what we needed. They didn't have enough for us at one shot, but he let us know when more would arrive. In all, I keep coming back because the staff are nice, and the prices are in my range. read more

I went to Target Everett Mall way for adjustment on toy purchase I got a day before at the Lynnwood store.i purchased 2 toys a Vtech from $54.99 to $42.99 and Paw Patrol fire truck from $54.99 to $34.99 with a sign of $34.99. With two sales associates nearby stocking items. I asked the SA if the item I'm purchasing is part of the extra 10% sale. She left and verified for me and said it's included. Also they advertised $10.00 coupon for any toys/electronics purchase of $50.00 worth and $20.00 coupon for $100.00. I was proactive for letting the register ringer about the extra 10% on Paw Patrol toy and $10 coupon for the total purchase I have. None of these were done. When I came home reviewing my receipt, it prompted me to call the Lynnwood store but being close by to Everett Mall store, I went there. Two associates could not avail it for me for the extra 10% off and $10 coupon for the reason "Coupon expired yesterday, although of their wrong doing. Not Customer Service Oriented for $$172.00 purchase. Caution to consumer: Be on the lookout of pricing and your receipt for their system not updated. I will call and report this to Consumer Protection Agency first thing tomorrow morning. BE AWARE!!! read more

Really poor service. Waited in line for 12 minutes only to be told when I got to the counter that the line we were all in that was marked 'Returns and Check-out' was, at that particular moment, only for returns. We waited in line just as long as everyone else, but their solution was to make us wait in another line to purchase our items. I can get my stuff elsewhere, now and from now on. read more

Target has been disappointing to say the least. I attempted to purchase two ipads on their website, and they declined my card due to what they thought was possible theft. This was not a problem except they still held onto the money on the card and I have to wait for some time for them to drop the money they are holding. Fine, Ill just go to the store in the mean time. Today (07/27/2016) I go to their Everett location to purchase the ipads on my lunch break and wait in the electronic department over 15 minutes for an employee that works their to help me. I wasn't the only person with this concern, as their were three other customers waiting there as well. I finally give up and grabbed some Blu-rays on my way out. While I check out, I inform the cashier of my concern. He says he is sorry, but doesn't make any effort to call anybody about this, just pretty much ignores this. I leave and on my way out, set of their alarm due to the cashier not paying attention to what he was doing and didn't remove one of the security cases on my Blu-ray. At this point one of the leads requests to look over my bag, which was embarrassing in its self and finds the security case that was missed. I am pretty upset at this point and inform him of the situation in the electronics department and the overall disregard for customer service. He states that I should have used one of the call systems to get a rep there since one was not available. That shouldn't be my job-if I wanted to search for a way to order and pay for things, I would have just done it online! Target is basically my second home... Just take a look at the number of check ins I have to this place! It's alarming but I can explain!! I think out of the 100+ times (yeah, over 100... I came here before I joined yelp too), maybe 86 times I'm there with a purpose, I promise! Maybe a smaller number but it's okay, it's Target. I basically know where everything is so when an employee asks me if I need any help, I just laugh quietly to myself but say no and go on with my life. The only thing I hate about this Target (what??? hating something at Target??) is probably how they have like 10 registers or something but only 2-3 ever open at one time with long lines at every one of them! I have been shopping at this Target since it opened, and it's my home store. The Alderwood store is fancier and has more selection, but this store has what I need on a daily basis, and their pharmacy department is the BEST in town. Everyone in the pharmacy is always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They always do their best to help me get in and out as quickly as possible. They are always willing to go the extra mile for you. I am a big, big fan of the Everett Target Pharmacy Staff. read more

I ordered a product online, was told I could get it in two days. Day two I got an email that it wouldn't be ready for another week. A week later I as told it would be yet another week. Yet another week later I was told it would be yet a third week. But within thirty mins was told it wouldn't be available until after Christmas, and then ten mins later they completely cancelled my order. I'm furious. Apparently this item will be available again after Christmas. Great, then why cancel my order??? I also usex a ten dollar gift card and tossrd yhw card when my order was confirmed. This store is standard. I would give this store a higher rating but this one time I was looking for something and the employee that I asked for directions for was completely out of it, he kind of just casted me aside, they didn't even make direct eye contact and left to go do something before he even finished his sentence. I just thought it was a little off-putting for the rest of my time there. I think the problem with this store if there is any, is that the younger staff there like to talk shit and aren't really that great of employees. However I do really like the older staff, especially this one woman I totally forgot her name, but she was super nice and actually striked up a conversation that wasn't awkward, so she was cool. read more

Will not be returning here. I don't normally write negative reviews, but this was absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for. As I was leaving the store I was approached (from outside) by a man who allegedly said he was a security guard (which I didn't actually hear him say because he scared me and was menacingly pursuing me). I saw no badge or anything on the front of him, so naturally, I ran into the store. He then pulled out handcuffs as he followed me. I was doing no wrong and had come directly from the check stand to the door and was already having a rough day. Apparently I resembled someone who might be associated with someone who comes in often. Totally embarrassed and traumatized from the situation. Ruined this location for me. Definitely don't want to shop at a place I get pursued and scared for doing no wrong. read more

Let me start by saying we shop at target for everything. Anytime we need anything or want anything we go to target. A few months back we bought our son a $300 Samsung tv. It is in excellent shape, he only gets to use the tv on weekends and it still has the plastic on it. Well the tv is defective you can't even turn the volume up or down without having to turn the tv off then adjust the volume. So we called the store and spoke with Verna who is the manager and she was very rude, talking over me and wouldn't even let me explain what was wrong with the tv. She was talking to me like I was stupid and incompetent. When talking to Verna "the manager" I asked for corporates number and she gave me a 1-800 number which is not corporate. This target needs a change in management and until we get this resolved we will not be going back. We're not asking for $$ back we just want to switch it out with the same tv. The tv still has the plastic on it, not one scratch, it's in excellent condition and if it wasn't defective there wouldn't be an issue. We literally had to call corporate and spoke with Elise who was very helpful. She said they are going to work with Samsung because Samsung guarantees there product for one year. That is all it took and Verna wasn't even willing to listen to us. This store is going in a negative direction and they might want to consider changing supervisors. We will no longer go to this target but because Elise took care of us we will continue going to target at another location. read more

Tonight as we were waiting to pay in line the security officer josh went up to us and insinuated that my sister was trying to steal a bottle. I looked at him with disbelief because seriously we were waiting in line to pay and he came out telling us he had a weird shot on camera in front of everyone after seeing that she had the bottle in her hand ready to pay. Even if someone would be trying to steal something is not theft until you walk out the door. I then Called the store and spoke with him and he tried to apologize saying it was a joke. If he takes his job as a joke he should not be working there as a security. Tomorrow I will go speak with the manager and call corporation because this is unfair treatment to a paying costumer. I have been shopping at target for years and Josh's behavior is unacceptable. Target needs to make sure they train their employees to treat costumers with respect.. Unbelievable!!!!! This place has way more walmart vibe than target. Shelves are jumbled, staff is scarce, and checkout is a nightmare. It's 2017. The store sells groceries. And no conveyer belt on the checkout counters? Such a hassle. read more

Never have a good experience at this target. This last time I was really appalled at how rude my cashier was. Younger gal, brown hair in a pony tail, had such a strong attitude towards me. Made me feel like I was not worth her time (4/26/15 around 5pm) I never can find anything i need at this location, its always out of stock or not in the right place. 6/23/13 customer service lady argued with me about a sale, she had me meet a sales associate and the the sales associate confirmed my deal and the customer service lady still said it wasn't a deal because she didnt see it in there add. She saw a different deal that you got the same free item. I go to this Target on my way to work and when it is busy, they always call for another checker. This is great as many stores make you wait in line. So for that I give 4 stars. When you only have a few minutes and are buying a pair of nylons or a bottle of pop, you want to be out fast, and in this store, you are! I have been shopping here for one year. read more

This store has awful customer service. I am never ever ever shopping here again. They didn't let me return a TI-84 calculator because somehow they messed up during check-out and the number on the receipt and the product didn't match up. The staff at customer service were extremely rude. They blamed me for the cause and even accused me of exchanging the item and then using a different receipt to return it. They have absolutely zero respect for customers. Returning something that I bought shouldn't be this agonizing. They don't even trust their customers to bring the calculator up to the counter for purchase and then they messed up on the code! Unbelievable. I am never shopping at a place like this.
