I will never shop at this store and actively encourage anyone to avoid it as well. My family has lived in this area my whole life, and has shopped at this target for as long as I can remember. My Mom loved this store and would go there on average once a week if not more. She would ALWAYS leave with a cart full of bags, despite usually only going in for a couple things. It was normal to see the receipts total be in 300-600 dollar range, especially after she became a grandma and was frequenting the store for my own kids. Being in my mid 30's now, thats at least 30 years of this being her main department store for clothes, toys, home furnishings, electronics, and even groceries when they added them. After rough calculations on very conservative estimates on how much she spent there (400 per month × 12 months × 30 years), at MINIMUM this woman has spent just shy of $150,000 at this single store. My Mother is now in her mid 60's, she is still working in the same place as she has my entire life. She makes very good money after working there for 40 years. Ive never seen this woman break any law or harm a fly. Today as she was leaving target, after spending a couple hundred dollars, she was stopped by 2 policeman who proceeded to take her back inside to a back room. They tell her they have video of her from 2 months ago where she had apparently gone through the self checkout, but did not ring up the items in her arms and walked out without paying for them. My mother, in tears, has no idea what was going on,asks to see the video to try and understand what happened. They refuse to show her any evidence at all, and say she can see it in court. On top of that they ban her from the store for a year, although I doubt she would have ever gone back. She has been in tears for hours since she got home because of this. As a prior business owner myself, I am appalled at the way the store handled this. Even if something happened where she mistakenly walked out without paying for something, as someone who is spending thousands of dollars a year or more there, why not just confront her and show the evidence and ask her to pay for it? She more than gladly would have if that happened. I'm beyond disappointed and upset at target, the store management, and Everett PD for the unprofessionalism and treatment of a lifelong customer. Save yourself the time and money and never go here, their stuff is overpriced anyways in my opinion. And a bull court case is never worth it. read more

This is one of the absolute worst target locations ever. The selection is incredibly poor and limited. Mainly though it's the workers they have absolutely no sense of customer service and act as if they are doing you a favor by checking you out or any other normal customer service related activity. They also actively act as if you're stealing or scamming things. I had to make an exchange for a different size on a clothing item and I heard one of the workers whispering to another worker does she have any notices on her account. Spoiler alert I did not, but how awful to hear myself being whispered about. Just a shoddy poor experience. read more

I also would like to check out their meat selection, and some of their frozen items they have a good i selection of different kinds of foods there also love that there is a Starbucks in their store. I love target, I just don't love THIS target. It's unfortunate that the employees at this location not only scam customers out of their gift cards, but then mock you for caring that your method of payment was ruined. I would recommend NEVER buying gift cards here, unless you want to lose out $50-100 on something you won't be able to get back. Unfortunately, their cashier named McKenzie will ruin your gift card by using a box cutter to see the code on the back of it and inevitably ruin the code (because anyone with a brain would not use something so sharp) and then call over a manager who will proceed make fun of you for daring to care about said gift card and then say there's nothing they can do about their own incompetent employees actions and it's on you to call customer service, too bad so sad. I really don't recommend buying or using gift cards at this location. read more

Ugh! I love this target...it always has these specific pimple patches I want. I know there is high theft at this location so I always make sure to check the items I get to make sure they are all there but this time I forgot (my fault yes but...). I got home to open the box of pimple patches and it was completely empty!! :( might have to start locking these up because this sucks! read more

I love the car pickup they offer. It's almost always ready in under 2 hours. When I get to the store it usually only takes a few minutes to receive my order. They are usually very nice. Inside the store is usually clean and nicely stocked. The variety is lacking, compared to the Lynnwood store. The seasonal/holiday section is smaller. Also, the women's plus size clothing section is much smaller. I barely ever look at clothes here because the options in plus sizes is so lacking. read more

As a busy working wife, and mother of two boys I have very little time to enjoy the simple luxury of walking into a store to shop. Target saves the day by allowing me to place a order (of ANY dollar amount,) prepares the order within 24 hours, and brings it out to my car for a contactless pickup for FREE. If you're enrolled for rewards each order placed will contribute to your accumulated rewards dollar amount. Also make sure you hit the link to notify you are on the way, sometimes the Target associate will be outside waiting for you to park in the order pickup space. I have placed way too many orders to keep count of from various Target locations, I receive GREAT customer service at every location. I've only walked into Target once this year and that was to purchase a gift card (certain items are not available to order.) Those who know me know I LOVE Target. It's one of my three go-to stores (I call 'em the Trifecta of T's: Target, Trader Joe's and TJ Maxx). I try to hit up the Target store in whatever city I'm visiting. On a recent trip to Everett, I knew I had to visit this store here. I like the consistency and predictability of inventory and pricing at Target. I knew I could count on getting my preferred flavor of Crystal Lite here, and my specialty popcorn. I like their Up & Up line of generic meds and vitamins. I like tier selection of hand soaps and kitchen items and greeting cards and women's athletic clothes. Their cosmetic and beauty section is great, and I always find some steals in the "clearance" sections. This particular Target is smaller than many others I've been to, so the selection of goods in each department is not as vast as at other stores. Still, one would be hard-pressed not to find what one needed here. My girl at check-out was super nice. My interaction with her capped off an enjoyable shopping experience here! read more

Wow ! This upgrade to this location was much needed and deserved . I haven't been to this location in a long time and boy it has changed. Nice staff that actually can help you find what you need and a friendly cashier makes for a great experience. Now I know that most of these reviews are negative but they're from years ago like most of the reviews on this site. If you have a self check out section, don't have an employee looking over your shoulder even when you enter your "secured" payment code. This lady employee right behind me across the self check out can clearly see my PIN code. No security on us customers at all!!! If you think we are the thieves, then why on business? Beware hidden bag fees! If you place an order for pick up, they add on a .80 bag fee for 10 bags and say that they will change it once you pick up if you use less bags or bring your own. They DO NOT adjust this at this location, unless you specifically ask them to and sometimes not even then. Once at Drive up pickup, we said no bags and the Target worker just shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry, I already finalized the order". Once, they put items in one bag and left others out of bags but charged the full .80. I switched to picking up in store so that I could definitely get the charge taken off before they finalize. So last week, I ordered a toy that was too big for a bag, went to pick it up inside, and asked that the fee be removed. I looked at my receipt and it was STILL on there, so I circled back and told the Target worker to remove it and she told me it just took some time to come off. It NEVER came off my receipt. Now, I know .80 isn't a huge amount, but I looked over my receipts and they've been doing this routinely since the bag fee was enacted here in WA, so .80 charged per trip for many trips over the last year and a half have totaled up. I've been charged for over $10 for bags I never used/got. If they've been doing this to every pick up customer over the last year and a half, then this Target location has scammed thousands of dollars in bag fees. It's dishonest and I'm discouraged to shop there. I haven't had this issue at other Targets and unfortunately this Target is the closest to my home. read more

Le Target, how I love thee... Let me count the ways! The Everett Mall Way Target is where my love affair with target started as a small child. The dollar racks/baskets when you first walked in were around long before dollar stores hit the scene and were the answer to a child's question if they could get something before leaving without breaking Mom's bank. I've loved many of the lines at Target and am over the moon thrilled they are now in Canada, but this store will always be my favourite. Every time I visit home, this is one of my first stops! I was in Everett Target last night 2/21/2020 and I have never been treated so bad by a manger. Well he says he's a manger. I really don't know if that's how a manager is supposed to act like at their store. His name was August and he was unapologetic and told me I have an attitude. All I was trying to do is purchase... Worse customer service ever. First of all, I over heard them make fun of a customer complaint during one of their employee team huddles. The, I assume, team leader was imitating the customer while the rest of the staff just sat and laughed. SO unprofessional! When their huddle was done they dispersed and started putting back items. One of the staff members walked right in front of me as I was looking at items and didnt even say excuse me. When I went to check out I was not greeted nor asked if I found everything ok. A whole wall of diapers with dozens of tags reading "buy 2 packs of diapers and receive a $10 gift card". At self check-out the offer didn't come up. I mentioned it to the employee at the self-checkout, she looked through the advertisement and told me it was only Huggies & Pampers to which I retorted, "your whole wall says differently". She then told me I'd have to go to guest services. At guest services the lead told the employee helping me to "just ring up a $5 coupon." I told her it was actually $10, she said she'd walk over with me to check (she didn't even know where diapers were, leading me around the whooole store so I finally told her where they were located...). We stood there for a moment, as you can see in my photos the WHOLE WALL says "gift card offer gift card offer gift card offer". I pointed out the two empty holes where I took the product off the shelf and underneath both of them reads "gift card offer." She told me one of them must not be included. I replied, "are you serious?" She was silent and then said, "yeah sorry about that," and walked away. I stood there for a second in awe because FOR SOME REASON I thought she'd fix the mistake or suggest I grab two different boxes - ANYTHING but be dismissive. I literally had two of the exact same diapers, but for soooome reason one didn't ring up with the offer... I understand stuff happens but it was an honest mistake and the situation could have been fixed/handled different. I know it's only $10, but it's the principal. I wanted to update my review after purchasing a SNES Classic on 09/29/17 as this location did an excellent job organizing what could have been a chaotic experience. I was not lined up waiting for them to open as I had tried another store first (with no success). But I arrived shortly afterwards and was greeted by a security guard asking if I was there for that item and given a ticket. The line was calm and orderly, and Target had staffed plenty of cashiers and handlers to keep the stock and the line moving. I think I only stood in line for 5-10 minutes? Honestly, that may be faster than the line moves on a typical day. It was a completely stress free trip because they planned so well in anticipation of the demand. Considering how this product launch was handled I think I'm more likely to shop at Target for similar launches in the future. read more

As much as I really like Target a whole lot, not this one. I just wish I had the names of these sales associates. I went in just today with my little brother to get a couple of groceries before heading into work, we were in the men's clothing section checking out plain black shirts, my little brother was trying on a shirt and there this lady staring us both down like a hawk, understandable I understand she was just doing her job making sure we wouldn't shoplift, I did smile at and she just stormed off . A minute later, two OTHER sales associates came rushing towards the same section we were at "folding clothes". Now the reason why I placed "" was because I was just there and those shirts were already organized, then that's when I noticed they were talking amongst themselves constantly staring us down then looking away as I look straight at them . I said hi just to break the ice, they didn't respond back, so I just walked away to avoid any confrontation at all. As we finished out shopping I was over at the cash register, the cashier looked really nice and had a very bubbly personality, making eye contact to the gentleman in front of use who was checking out, having a nice conversation. Now, when it was our turn, her whole mood completely changed, she avoided eye contact and just rushed everything and was very rude to me. I tried simple conversations but just ignored me just kept going. Maybe the cashier was having a bad day, maybe not, whatever it was. This Target might not be the biggest one in our area but their customer service far exceeds any other Target around. We have had such good experiences with the employees but the most recent experience made me want to post this review. We recently had a baby boy and we were registered at Target. We got a couple of items that were the same so we went to customer service to exchange them. I so wish I had gotten this employees name but I didn't. She has helped us before so I know she isn't new there. This employee was so nice and congratulated us on our new baby and also made sure that I had received the baby bag from Target that has multiple baby items and coupons inside. She then proceeded to tell us about the family and private breastfeeding/pumping areas in their restroom areas. I was not aware that Target provided those areas for moms at all so it was really helpful to hear this information. The sincere thoughtfulness from this employee was felt by both my husband and I and made me love Target even more than I did before. We will be sticking to this location for sure. A few weeks ago, my boyfriend and I came into the newly opened Starbucks inside Target. It was around 6pm and there was only one girl working there. We ordered a peppermint, vanilla bean frappe, a white mocha, and a couple pastries. It took her nearly 30 minutes to make the drinks and she still forgot the pastries. Behind us there was a line of 5-7 people waiting around to get a drink and she never even told them she was sorry or even acknowledged them standing there. She was moving as slow as a sloth and was forgetting everything I said to her and seemed completely out of it. When we got our drinks the white mocha tasted like water with some chocolate in it and the peppermint, vanilla bean frap tasted like toothpaste. When we got home I tried to add some milk to the frap to at least make it drinkable but it was so minty that it almost felt like my throat was burning. 10/10 will not get coffee from there again. read more

I appretiate this store for what it is. You can go there and buy a large variety of things from groceries to clothes. However, I went in there today and the cleanliness of their women's bathroom was appalling. They have 5 or 6 stalls, I can't remember exactly, and if the toilet in the stall wasn't clogged, there was a whole bunch of toilet paper bits all over the floor, which looked black when it was supposed to be white. I did however receive good customer service from an associate in the fitting room. read more

I hate this location and will purposely drive 15 mins out of my way to go to a different location. Messy, weird layout and not a good selection at all. First off, I used to love to shop at Target, they had variety and some of the sales and prices of big ticket items were decent, but should something go wrong with that big ticket item? Forget about it if it's past 90 days, over $20.00 and you don't have a receipt. I give them one star for their sales and prices. The zero stars for customer service (lack of politeness and product knowlege) and their ridiculous return/exchange policy (Just plain SUCKS!). Not more than an hour ago I tried to EXCHANGE an item I got as a gift because it was defective. I didn't have the receipt or the gift receipt, and that's where it all begins. I guess it's been just over 90 days and the item was over 20 dollars so with all that....no EXCHANGE, even though I did call the person I got the gift from and got # of the card they purchased it with to see if they could look it up on their system, which wasn't in the system anymore because it's been just over 90 days! The original box even has a Target stocking sticker on it . I don't return/exchange stuff too often, only when they DON'T WORK, but the times I've had to at other places I have never had a hassle. This is the first time I've ever been denied. That being said I am NEVER shopping at Target AGAIN! When I Google "Target return policy" there's nothing but bad things said, more so about their gift registry. Of course I gave it the benefit of the doubt, but now that I've experienced it first hand, there's no doubt, they SUCK! and they've pissed a lot of people (customers) off. We registered there and as soon as I'm done ranting here I''m going to cancel that registry and go somewhere else. Update: There's no way to cancel the registry online so we just deleted all the items on the the list...now to tell all the guests. Friggin' pain in ass. read more

I love the food section they have added. It's the only place to get some of the flavors of Noosa yogurt. They also have a good selection of evol frozen foods. I try to eat mostly fresh but it's nice to have the option of something frozen that's a little more gourmet. Since my last review we have also started using the Target pharmacy. The staff is great and we get rewards back. The Cartwheel app and the Target debit cards are also a great way to save. Last trip we made we were able to save $14 on things we were getting anyway. Yay for Target. Keep making these great advances. We love shopping with you. read more

As far as target goes, this is a generous 4 star. It leans more on the side of 3 1/2. I go around noon each time, always before 3pm and it's not too busy. It's your standard target with a Starbucks inside. I personally miss the icee and popcorn days. Each section of this target is pretty small, I've been to bigger ones and would rate the target in lynnwood a five compared to this. It's decently clean and you can usually find someone easily to answer your questions. The bathrooms could use a little more attention on the regular, other then that it's cool. Looks like they are upgrading the beauty and cosmetic area too! read more

Would not honor the price for an item on the Target app... Even after the price displayed the same on their phones.... then accused me & my husband of having come from another store trying to scam them into giving us a deal, saying they had "called another store and they knew who we were". When I called out this assumption as downright wrong as well as unprofessional & rude, the manager "V" barely apologized saying that was "just what she was told". As a person who lived in Minneapolis for almost 6 years, I feel qualified to judge Targets. [Mpls is the corporate headquarters for Target, so you can't spit and not hit two of them in the Twin Cities.] This particular Target is decent. Their food selection is moderately OK, but isn't all that big, and you're not going to find anything particularly rare here. It is nice for some one-stop shopping, as you can get most anything you want. It seems to be just a tad run-down, but nothing bad; still clean and easy to navigate, just not super modern or anything. The thing you have to realize is that they have one or two options of most everything, but not a lot of each thing. They specialize in breadth rather than depth, so you have to plan for that when you head in to shop. read more

Customer service is okay. Not something to write home about, but I guess Yelp is okay. Sales Associates actively avoid customers that look like they might have a question, which is understandable when they're busy. But if you're standing doing nothing.. come on. It's a standard Target store, which I like. The only thing that really is in any way shape or form an issue is customer service. Wal-mart has better workers, but Target Corporate is better.
