Spending an overnight in St. Michael's from D.C., this Target was the most efficient one to stop at along the drive. It added no additional time to my drive. There's, of course, a large parking lot outside. Restrooms are clean and to the right once you walk in. There's a Starbucks and all Target's products organized well in a clean space. The location is convenient. One area lacking was seasonal. It looked the decorations, Santa hats & other holiday items needed restocking. The grocery area was okay. Bananas were .25 each. Service has going down hill. Two weeks ago I preordered creamer and brought it home to find out that it was spoiled. Last night I preordered a small amount of groceries and they left one item out. No text or email of it being out of stock or replacement. I went to the store and they said I had to go through the app to do a refund and then I had to repurchase the missing item. read more

I Love The Pharmacy and Ofcourse the store . Although Customer Service and Hygiene are Truely Important. The young Man that Works in the Pharmacy Has a terrible attitude and his hygiene is not well kept at ALL Omg!! . I almost lost my lunch I try to see if he's not working to pick up my meds . I really like this Target! This location is very well stocked. They have a Starbucks inside of this location right near the entrance. All of the toy aisles were well stocked with different toys. I was able to find a lot of summer and water supplies for kids. And I was able to find a great selection of playdoh. And there were plenty of items on clearance to browse around. read more

I came in with my friends looking for snacks & games for the evening. We ended up leaving without buying anything because I was very rudely asked to get out of a cart because it was "unsafe". I would understand if I was asked to get out of the cart multiple times but I was not. She was rude overall and told me that she would ask me to leave if she had to ask me one more time. Although she never asked me in the first place. I nicely got out and apologized immediately with no question & she told me that it was basically common sense. Although I recently had surgery and it was more comfortable to sit in the cart. I would've bought something if she wasn't so rude. Kindness is key. You would think. read more

I went to target yesterday to drop off new scripts and pick up meds, I was feeling miserable, having difficulty breathing and needed to use one of the electric carts, I asked a woman I assume was security standing there looking around if she could help me get one out as they were backed up to the wall plugged in, three in a row with a small wall on either side, difficult to get to for me to get, she just turned and said get this one one this side it look's easier to get out, I'm glad the pharmacy department is so good, the only reason I go in the store these days read more

This particular store has a a number of team members standing, idly; while there are a few scrambling and genuinely trying to be helpful to customers. On two recent trips to this store, I inquired of several team members where specific brand items could be found. Vacant looks and "I don't know" responses. Each team member had a scanner re: inventory item lookup! They didn't even bother to attempt to be helpful. They need fewer "personal shoppers" and more cashiers / customer service help. One gal in customer service was amazing! Natasha was patient with several people ahead of me. Their returns were complicated; some didn't have correct documents, method of payment used, or had returned too many items without receipt. One was trying to return merchandise which Target doesn't sell. Natasha was patient, professional, and courteous with each customer. A couple of customers were belligerent and rude. Natasha remained calm and patient; she is a true asset to this store's team! read more

There is NEVER anyone working the actual cashier lanes. Customers are ALWAYS forced to use the "customer serviceLESS" lane. Then inevitably there is something wrong with the barcode or some ridiculous thing and you have to wait on the ONE employee (that's busy helping the FIVE other customers waiting) to come type in their code and fix the issue. Clean and well stocked but the prices on groceries are high. For example a lb of butter here was $1 more than Trader Joes in Annapolis. A Travelers Choice 25" bag was $50 more than Amazon. The clothing is cheaply made, but you get what you pay for as the prices are low.... read more

I like Target stores in general and this one was very nice. We were visiting the area and my wife wanted to stop in to see if they stocked anything unique to the area, but in the end, it was not much different than our local Target store. Like most newer Target stores, this one also sells grocery items. Additionally, you will find a Starbucks and a Pizza Hut Express inside. This one seemed a bit bigger than our local Target store and my wife thought this one had more home good items than ours. Always happy to find a nice Target store when we are out of town and this one lived up to my expectations. read more

I work way to hard to spend my money on people who visibily wish I wasn't a customer. (Mission accomplished now.) I will never come back after Katherine (or Katerina) was visibly annoyed I wanted to pick up an online order...then pleased to tell me if my wife ordered it I couldn't pick it up....then almost excited when our order had expired anyway. Icing on the cake was that I bought it direct instead (necessary school supply or would have left) and then set alarm off on way out. I waited and literally nobody came....after which another customer said they ignore the alarm. (Note to any thieves reading I guess.) Good stuff right? read more

Just left Target in Easton with my daughter , son in law and grand daughter was so disappointed with the cashier and her whole attitude towards my daughter whose Target Red Card wouldn't work. I don't know much about red cards but I'm under the understanding that it gives you a five percent discount. My daughter asked for help and the cashier was very short told her to contact her bank and refused any explanation or offer to still give her the discount. The cashier was the most unprofessional person I've ever meant and trust me I've been in sales my whole adult life. Makes me wonder should I just shop at Wal Mart and not be subjected to that cashiers attitude again. Trust me if I see her in a register I'll wait in a long line so I don't have to deal with her attitude. read more

About a week ago we brought our little puppy in to target and it was great and he really liked it and didn't bother anybody. The target is right next to pet smart so we had to pick up some food for him and then go pick up somethings from target since we can't leave a little puppy home alone we desided to bring him in. They told us they no longer let dogs come in unless they are sevice dogs because they had too many different kinds of pets coming in but we have gone into target lots of times this summer and only saw one other dog. We go shopping at target at least 3 times a week but if we have to choose between our puppy and target we choose our puppy. We will be finding a new go-to place to shop. Bye target! read more

This Target is plenty big and even has frozen food. It's a great additional shopping resource for an area that's already been ravaged by Walmart. It's of particularly high benefit to those that live along Rt. 33 as it saves a fight through traffic across Easton to get to the shopping center over there. read more

This Target seems better than the others I have been to in MD. It is clean and well stocked!!! They even had Missoni products available.

I have been to this Target twice in the past 4 days. Both times it was HORRIBLE! Both times they had only TWO registers open with lines of customers waiting to check out. Today, the Front End Manager spent her time watching the self check out registers (not actually helping anyone check out), and announcing on her walkie-talkie to checkout workers which of their coworkers had already SOLD a "red card" today.... It was ALL ABOUT what money they were making, and NOT ABOUT HELPING CUSTOMERS WAITING IN LINE! I waited NINE minutes to check out before she FINALLY opened two more registers---those checkout people took people BEHIND me in line and checked them out while I was stuck waiting longer! I finally called her over to me to speak with her... she stood 5 feet away from me so I just loudly announced my displeasure at her poor managerial skills in front of the other 10 people standing in various lines around us. I told her that I'd be reviewing her work online AND I will be contacting her District Manager to complain about her (mostly because she was SO unprofessional she didn't even bother to give me her name!). When she finally offered to check me out at guest services, I pointed to the very heavy items I had already sitting on the belt (for OVER 12 MINUTES at this point) and told her, "Why bother? I've already wasted 12 minutes in this checkout line, I may as well make it a full 15!". She was a middle aged blonde lady wearing a red t-shirt with a rainbow top of the Target symbol. I was there between 12:30 and 1:10 today, Sunday June 25th--I post this information for any Target Managers who might look for reviews, so you know how poor a job your front end manager does when you're not looking!
