Target at North field Stapleton has drastically transformed its interior into a mess of disorganization. There are missing and unused areas of space now in the middle of the store, throughout, or there are shelves of anything and everything, thrown on a shelf and either laying around or messy like someone ransacked the store. The products are flipped and flopped and the placement has no logic to it. From pop tarts and cereal on a shelf in a section with kids clothes or pajamas, some misc clothes for children, to books or games in the middle, or back or end of the store. There's summer bbq stuff by the vacs and vacuums by the electronics, and movies and books by video games, and vacuums or fans. This target is horrible to try to shop at, good luck finding what you need, it will take a minute. This location is different for some reason but not better, just messy and ugly to shop at. All other locations are normal. It's faster and easier to go to King Soopers or Walmart up the street than attempt Target, by default of design and change if internal staff of employees. All of the familiar employees and manager that used to run this location have changed and it's not as smoothly managed at it used to be. Management here is not customer service oriented either. If you return anything, they used to use the card you purchased it with to locate the proof of receipt transaction, but last nights manager backed the sales cashier up and alluded to my receipt not reflecting the product, that she doesn't find it there, I need to respect her cashier?, because I was telling them how to do their job and what training concerns I have as a customer?, and how she insisted she would resolve this matter then and would need to pull the camera footage from the day of the only receipt I had to see if I actually purchased the item, essentially accusing me of theft. I recommended using my debit card to find that purchase and she admitted only then they could locate it that way but played it off like she didn't care to listen to why I'm upset, of what a better way to approach the matter was per store policy as it used to be, and she could have handled it from a customer oriented perspective rather than accuse me of not having the purchase documented, and she would have to review video footage, so I was livid by that point because of their approach to do the return, all of that was unnecessary, is this manager new? What happened to the other guy that ran this location for the last 3 years? They also still have container cargo sitting in the parking lot and it's been there going on 2 years now. What happened? read more
