Really crappy salespeople in this Target. Went in at 11:50 (10 minutes before closing) to buy some things for guests at my parents' funeral, and James, in particular, wouldn't help me find hand soap for my guests. He said, "No, I won't help you. We're closing and you have to leave." My husband found it as we were walking out and we checked out with Annie at 12:03, and she was very nice. I hope they never need someone to help them when they're in a sad spot someday. Completely soul-less group of young people, without kindness or an iota of compassion. read more

Is this location closing down? It certainly looks like a store in its last days. You'd think with Shoprite across the street, Whole Foods around the corner and an Acme store a few blocks away they'd at least make an effort to stock the shelves in the food department. I asked someone I know who works there what's going on and they told me it's a case of clueless, terrible management that are only interested in punching in and out for the day as opposed to making this place gray like it used to be. They don't make any money so they cut staffing the store. Meanwhile the backroom is busting at the seams with product that doesn't make it out to the salesfloor. read more

Target is my go to for quick errands and this location is conveniently around the corner from where I live so I'm a frequent shopper. I worked at this location for a time as well and I know firsthand how each team member will go out of their way to help a guest if needed. Safety, cleanliness, and full shelves were always top priority too. Whenever I visit, I can tell they still are. I'll always recommend this store. read more

Tonight was my last straw with this Target. For months i've noticed that not only is the store a disgusting mess, but they DO NOT stock the shelves, EVER. When you walk through the store, most of the departments have barren shelves with only a few items on them. This is all the time, not just a one off. They don't restock anything. There are always empty boxes in the aisles and and nothing is organized. Don't even try to walk into the shoe department, it's embarrassing. The reason I am completely done with this store is I bought a bathing suit today, and when I got home i realized it had a huge stain on the inside. I am horrified and so over giving them my money, I haven't had a pleasant shopping experience there in a long time. read more

I'm typically a big fan of target however I will not be going to the target in Clark any longer even though it's very close to my home. For the last 4 months I've been shopping here, it is consistently the messiest store. It is difficult to find anything and is completely unorganized. There are boxes everywhere, products misplaced, products thrown on shelves with no organization, things all over the floor and products piled on top of each other. I thought this was maybe a one or two time issue possible due to reorganizing the store but after 4 months, it's clear it's poorly kept up with. This is consistent with other reviews. Whoever is in charge of neatness, cleanliness, display, or organization is doing a terrible job and unfortunately makes this Target very unpleasant to shop at. read more

Pretty clean & well stocked. Wasn't very busy. Got what we needed & were out quickly.

I give it a 2.5 rating. This particular store is fairly clean and well-stocked except the men's clothing department is almost always a shambles and they always need to restock men's underwear and socks etc. The low rating isn't really for this location, but for all Target stores since they decided to start pricing up a lot of their stock to the point that they're no longer a Walmart replacement (Walmurt sucks). They're trying to switch up demographics, or at least it seems so to me, but the decor selections are still of the blue-and-brown-polka-dot pseudo-retro basic college dorm/highschool girl style. If they want to mark up their bedding/furniture/storage/decor selections, they need to do better than slapping a cheap colorful veneer on the same old hit-or-miss-Will-It-Fall-Apart(?) stuff. The grocery section is nifty for Diet Snapple, though, since A&P can't bother to keep stocked. Dear Target: Stop overpricing crap and trying to be the mall, or you'll go the way of Bradlee's (guys remember that place?) and only shoplifting kids will go there. read more

This is a great Target. It has all of the normal departments, very well-stocked and lots of options to choose from. They have a pretty big pet section and also a small grocery aisle (that is until they open up the HUGE grocery department that's still under construction). You can find almost anything you need here...except yarn and art supplies. Random, but just FYI for you artists/knitters out there. read more

Upon walking in the first cart I grabbed had a broken wheel and the next a smashed browning avocado smeared along the inside, gross. The products they have are cool however shelves don't seem fully stocked with an abundance of product, maybe they have more in the back. All check out lines were not fully staffed but the lines were not really long. + They have a Starbucks. read more

The A.C. feels nice. We did not find what we were looking for but it is a summer product. Most of their summer items are already in the 50% off bin. There were plenty of staff around to help, they were very approachable for assistance if needed. read more

Horrible service! A year ago I joined their red card... If you don't know the red card uses your own personal account number, is not even credit...Let me tell you is as useless as it can be. I have reset it my pin 4 times!!! Today I purchased $300 worth of items and it didn't work. Because this place is always packed they told me to call... I called just to tell me because I had already paid they couldn't reimburse me the 5%! What type of service is that? I rarely buy items here but the 4 times I did, I didn't save crap. I tend to buy household items, food or misc things but due to their horrible service in back office I have decided to close the card. The guy in back office clearly stated that because my card was having problems and it wasn't their fault they couldn't give me the 5% back. So I asked him so how is it my fault? It's your card! Hello!!!! Target makes money out of every red card each customer has, $13 dollars wasn't going to make me any richer but it's their approach and customer service level that disappointed me. So as I'm about to type this I hope this doesn't turn into a novel but I'm really frustrated and really disappointed in Target. I have 8 targets within 10 mile radius of me but only 2 that I actually use very often. This is about the clearance newborn Huggies diapers for $12.24 each. Well this week they have a deal buy 2 Huggies boxes, get $10 gift card. And I got two $4 off coupons from Huggies in the mail yesterday! So I asked Drew the manager if I could get my $10 gift card and use my $4 off coupon on the boxes I bought 8 days ago. (He knew they were on clearance) He said no but I can bring them back, return them, and rebuy. Fiiine. I was ok with that. Well I come back with the 2 boxes and the other manager "Di", said that they absolutely cannot give me the $10 gift card because these boxes are on clearance. I argue for about 30 minutes, no joke. I tell her to ring them up and try anyways. She does so and the system spits out a $10 gift card for me. HA HA! "Ok and here's my $4 coupon!" She says no the system won't take this coupon. I used my other $4 off coupon at 8:13pm on the other box!!!!!! How does it just magically not accept this one 2 hours later?! It even says my name on the coupon!!! AND I have the receipt! This is all not adding up! I'm following all the coupon rules and laws. So I argue for another 30 minutes and the other manager (they have a lot of fucking managers) comes over and is like "Is it the $4 that you want??!! Is that the problem?! Is that what you're worried about?!" I'm like "yes (duh)" She THROWS $5 at me from her own pocket then SNATCHES my $4 off coupon out of my hand and RIPS IT IN HALF. My face is like the whole time and I'm like woooowww so she's literally getting physical with me now and I start to record secretly on my phone incase it gets anymore physical. They know I'm recording so they keep hiding their faces with ads and threaten to call the cops on me and get me arrested because it's illegal to record them (which it is not). She threatens to get me banned from that Target so I can never come back there. Like all that because Drew told me to come back with the boxes of diapers and he'd take care of me but he left for the night! I got my $10 gift card, $5 thrown at me, and my clearance diapers but I'm really disappointed I had to go through all that! Very very disappointed. They were giving me a hard time on purpose. read more

Manager lets employees buy items before store opens and then lies to customers. Friend working inside the store at 5am texts me while im standing outside and says they have 3 of an item, that he has his hands on them, and at 8am managers says only 2. Would not even admit someone took one after i called her out on it. Very Shady. But then again its a bunch of teenagers at target so what do you expect. read more

Worse store ever. Went to pick up a store order. They didn't even have it ready . The items were still on the shelves. Stood there for a half hour waiting for the guy to just bring half of the wrong items up plus forgetting the other item. Manager was no help either. They don't care about the customers!!! This is the worst Target store I have ever been to. The employees are absolutely clueless. I love Target but I will avoid this location at all costs. The people who work in electronics have no idea about any of the products and have no idea what the return policies are. They told me to go to guest services to ask. The employees in the toy department are lazy. Despite the price scanner reading that they had more of the item in the stock room, you would think you were asking the employees to climb Mount Everest by asking them to pull an item from the stock room. The employees at this location never want to be bothered to help and are extremely lazy. The only thing even good about this location is the Starbucks. The Starbucks employees have always been friendly and make the drinks perfectly. The Target employees however are among the laziest I have ever seen, and are also quite clueless. read more
