Incorrect…read morefurniture was delivered and after reordering we were promised delivery in 3 weeks for the correct furniture and since the "design staff" wrote down the wrong article number to begin with, the item we originally ordered was $175 more. We waited to hear from the store for delivery and after 3 weeks we called. The supervisor said she called twice and left messages. No record of that on our phone!!! Imagine that. We never had an issue with the Novi location but the Sterling Heights location has helped us to shop elsewhere in the future for our furniture needs.

    Ordered 2 chairs w/matching ottomans back in February. The virus hit us in March and we went into…read morelockdown....for weeks. Ethan Allen called the beginning of April to schedule delivery. And was surprised when we said no. Seriously? I informed them that it would be quite awhile when we would be comfortable having strangers in our house, especially strangers who are in and out of other people's houses and potentially becoming exposed and passing it along. I explained I have asthma and we are both high risk for this virus due to our age. Still....it is now June, and they have called 4 times - Four. Times - trying to get us to agree to have this furniture delivered, no doubt just so they can get paid. Offering to stick it in our garage was highly insulting. We finally decided that as long as this virus is still out there, we cannot take a chance on exposing ourselves with strangers coming into our home, so my husband called and asked to cancel and explained why. They could have cared less about our well-being. He was informed - get this - that we had 72 hours after ordering to cancel, and that was it, period. I'm appalled at the lack of caring of another person who could potentially die from this virus if they contracted it - they didn't care, and it came across that way. There's a way to handle situations that are out of our control, and times to make exceptions - this was one of those times. It wasn't like we simply changed our minds and didn't want it anymore. This is a terrible world we live in,it's worse now than it's ever been...and then we're blessed with retailers like this. Lack of empathy shouts loud and clear from this store. So, they will ultimately be keeping our $2000 down payment....and also the furniture. Lovely people, aren't they?

I was greeted by salesperson Rick who took time to explain and educate us on what to look for when purchasing a hot tub. He was laid back and did not pressure us at anytime to make a purchase. Once we decided on which hot tub we wanted he thoroughly explained what to expect in regards to taking delivery. The hot tub was originally supposed to take about 4-6 weeks to be delivered. Rick called us 1 week later and told us that the hot tub arrived early than expected and that we were able to schedule the delivery immediately. We were excited to learn this and they delivered the hot tub 2 days later without any issues. Rick kept us informed throughout the whole process. In this day and age of buyer beware, it was refreshing to have had such a smooth and pleasurable buying experience. I would recommend Watson's to my friends and family. Thank you Rick!

They refused to work with me and caused a host of issues which cost thousands of additional dollars that could have been avoided if they worked with me. They basically took my money and ran.
