The area is packed with other area businesses, so expect busy all the time. Parking is in a garage and FREE! The store was kept tidy and organized. However during college move in week is chaotic. But this is no surprise to anyone that's moved a college kid into a dorm. The store is on two levels, a first for me. They have an elevator or escalator that you can even put your cart on. The most frustrating aspect is customer service which lacks at most Targets. However, I did receive personal attention which elevated this review. I also was able to utilize an in person checkout which I appreciated. This appears to be a stronger Target in the Atlanta suburbs. read more

This store is not well maintained. Both hand dryers in the men's restroom have been non operational for months now. Also the escalators are almost always out of service. read more

An adorable Target! I love that there is a parking garage and there are entrances on 2 levels. My first time seeing an escalator in a Target I was stunned! Felt so fancy. Leave it to Buckhead to go above and beyond at even the most basic of stores LOL. Anyway, the app ordering experience is great and the orders are filled quickly. It'd be tough for me to give a Target a *bad* review, but this location is just so-so. The layout is kind of odd/confusing, and the escalator going up has been broken for several weeks (or longer) now so you have to wait seemingly forever to cram into the elevator. Also the hours when the self-checkout lanes are open don't seem to make sense. Otherwise, it's a pretty typical Target... has everything you need and mostly reasonable prices. I come to this Target pretty often, as it's one of the closest ones to my home. It stays pretty busy almost all the time, due to it being in a parking deck shared with other retailers like Dick's Sporting Goods and Publix. It can be pretty tough to find parking sometimes, but just park all the way in the back if you are having no luck. It is a 2 story store, so keep that in mind as well. There is an elevator within the parking deck as well as within the store too. The store itself is pretty big, with a vast selection of items. The escalator inside is often out of service, but there is an elevator right next to it. They also never really have any cashiers. 90% of the time I go here, I have to do self-checkout, which is fine, but sometimes when I have a lot of items, I don't want to use self-checkout. Staff within the store is very scarce. You can either find them at the return section or a few members by the front doors, you'll never really find them throughout the store. One of the most organized stores I've shopped in. Employees are welcoming & engaging while following safety measures as every employee was wearing masks & gloves. The front end Cashier was wiping down the Self Check-Out registers after each customer while another employee disinfected the carts. The layout provides ample space to shop. I was surprised to see the inventory of Lysol wipes making their return & without price inflation. The availability of diverse hair products is increasing, there's a bigger selection of organic/health foods, the grocery section was extremely tidy, there's a quaint wine & beer section amongst the other normal Target items/departments. If a -5 was an option... u would get it Target. Unfortunately half of my drive up order was not available so I chose delivery on those items. So, Target... my items were sent via a Target driver who took a generic photo of my building and said my items were delivered, were they really. Well delivery driver you shouldn't be so dishonest and steal from your workplace, I have a ring door camera as well as a camera out on the patio, which shows you never got out of your vehicle to deliver my package. Times a hard, but this is ridiculous, you should be fired... have fun with the $80 dollars worth of stolen items. read more

So, this is not the best Target. It's not the worst. But it certainly isn't the best. My biggest gripe is that items consistently don't have prices on them. Every time I visit and shop, I inevitably end up looking at several items that simply don't have price tags on them. They do have stations where you can scan items to figure out how much it costs but they are few and far between. I'd be fine with either better tagging on the items or more locations where I can check the price myself. What frustrates me the most is how systemic this issue seems to be throughout the store. When a scanning station isn't nearby, I just take stuff with me to the front so I can scan it on the self-checkout and decide then. I know I said this wasn't the best Target, but I also said it wasn't the worst. So, it's only fair to list the pros as well. First of all, price tags or no price tags, it's still a Target. And that's a good thing. It provides a clean, safe, pleasant shopping experience in Buckhead. It has a Starbucks and there is plenty of parking. Probably my favorite aspect is that it darn near never seems to be busy, at least after work on weekdays. On weekday afternoons it is oddly chill. I've always gotten good parking and it isn't even remotely crowded. Not having to fight with crowds or deal with people is a big plus after a long day of work. While I complain about things not being priced the reality is that it's an annoyance but not a deal-breaker. This is by far the best option for me given my location. I'll continue to return, I just wanted to vent and contribute my two cents. read more

Not prepared for Black Friday. Store had about 30 customers in line waiting for the Taylor Swift book and album. When doors were opened, display was not set up. One very nice employee, Chris, was pulling boxes out of the back for the Swifties. They started setting up the display as we were leaving. How did management drop the ball on this? It was the number one Black Friday item Target was advertising. I don't get it. read more

Waited about 45 minutes for an electronics employee to open a case. I asked multiple staff over that time period, responses were "we called someone, but there is never anybody at the electronics desk". Hope a manager reads this review. Not sure whether it is a lack of staff, bad management, etc., but it seems like an easy problem to fix. read more

Target has alway been my happy place! This store was conveniently located near our hotel. We stopped in twice--once to pick up a few things, another time to waste some time before a movie. This store is organized. The seating area by the women's fitting room is modern and inviting. They have transitioned into Spring merchandise. I liked the bright home decor items, such as pillow and flower arrangements. They have a small section with Falcon fan gear. I like the parking garage. read more

This Target is amazing as far as options but the staff is negative 10. The associate LIED and said the fitting rooms close 90 minutes prior to close just to keep me from trying on 1 shirt. Insane. This store is missing the mark in a huge way. If I was the owner of this store I would lose my mind with the laziness of these employees. read more

A 5 stars review from me to Target?? Honestly why not? I never have a bad experience at Target near my place. This Target is located at Lenox Marketplace, off Peachtree Road. What prompted me to write this review was this amazing experience I had last Saturday. It was between 3.30-4pm that afternoon. We girls need some green foam boards. We checked on Target website and it showed that particular green foam boards were available. Upon arriving there, we could not find it at the aisle carrying those art foam boards. I approached one staff nearby who was busy unpacking some merchandise. He used this handheld gadget and scanned the barcode on the shelf which those green foam boards were. Then he called someone over to assist. A young gentleman named Ed who was not in Target uniform came. He did has the Target name tag though. He greeted us and the earlier staff told Ed we were looking for this particular green foam boards. Ed used his handheld gadget and scanned that barcode again. He explained those foam boards were in the storage basement. He said he would go down right away to get it. He also apologized that it would take a short while since the store was extremely busy. I told him of course, no worry and we would wait. We were extremely appreciative of his help, how could anyone even be upset just cos of the little waiting. Any staff could simply tell us the foam boards were not available and that would be the end of story. We were so lucky that a staff has gone above and beyond and made the trip to that storage to retrieve for us. The wait was not bad at all. Ed came back with a few of those green foam boards we needed. He apologized again, we took two foam boards from him and thanked him for the help. That experience was what prompted this 5 star review from me :) read more

Blown away by the service at this Target!!! In from out of town and any time we looked bewildered on finding something, a staffer approached US with guidance!! This is my favorite target and I never leave without a million things in true Target fashion. It's also home to the infamous cart escalator which even now, has not lost its novelty on me. The workers are always nice. I've also ordered online and picked up in store numerous times and they always have everything correct and ready for me and the process is something id absolutely recommend, especially if it's during the holiday season or you just don't have the time! I get groceries here, clothes for work here, skincare items here, literally everything here. This target is great and convenient and there's always parking so you can't go wrong! read more

I am an avid target lover. So it does not take much for me to love a target. This target is exceptionally huge, almost overbearing, but not quite. The women's clothing had a very nice selection for styles across-the-board. The same could be said with the girls clothes. They have check out upstairs and downstairs - So that was nice. "When we have a long line of customers, we open new lines to minimize their frustration and waiting time. There is a wrong way and a right way to do this. Wrong way -- stroll to farthest cash register from the long line of customers. Stare into distance and say glumly, "Next in line." You just pissed off everyone in the line except the jerk in back who had only been waiting 10 seconds. Especially when 3 of your fellow colleagues repeat the same lame move. Right way -- walk up to the actual line. Make eye contact with the actual next person in line and say "ma'am/sir, I can take you now on line 3." Smile brightly like you mean it. If she/he declines, repeat with the person just behind. Lead them to your line. " You're welcome. read more

I don't come to this store to shop, no, I come to play on and with the escalator. There is an escalator for your cart, I repeat, an escalator for your cart! I have become a mad scientist when it comes to this thing. How much weight can it carry? How fast can it go? And more importantly, why did Security tell me I can't ride it? On random Saturdays only after dining at the mini cafe and I am so full of Icee's and popcorn I am literally jittering, I race other carts too. If I have to comment on the store, it has a nice layout although, I wish they kept clothes and makeup on the same floor but then again, I get to use the escalator more often! read more

I was in Atlanta trying to kill some time prior to a job interview & luckily my favorite store was nearby AND with free parking (EXTRA WIN!). It was about 10 AM on a Friday morning & I was rather shocked the store wasn't busy & I got to park right up front. I was greeted by several employees as I wandered around looking at things. I, like other reviewers, find it very unique that it's a two-story store. Everything was neat, clean & organized. When I checked out, with my bag of Valentine's candy (conversation hearts!), the employee & I chatted about how good they are. She was very nice & got my sense of humor. BEST STORE EVER. I have always loved Target but this Target location takes the cake, it's amazing! They have amazing hours (they're open on Sunday mornings and are open until 11PM on I believe most if not all days of the week), have food, clothing, electronics, household goods, etc etc sections. You could literally shop for everything here. I love their $1 section, the clothing sales and the fact that you can get Fage yogurt for $1.29!!! (Cheapest price I've found in Buckhead, their organic milk is also cheaper than Krogers). The parking lot is also secure as I often see a security car drive past when I'm walking to my car. read more

I think I've decided this is my favorite Target, definitely the fave in my general neighborhood. I've been twice in the last week in search of work clothes (and armed with gift certificates, always a nice thing!!). I'm back working as a server again and our uniform is all black - pants and shirt and shoes. I haven't been able to find any new black pants but I have found a smorgasbord of perfect tees and shirts at this Target - from short sleeved Mossimo ($8!! And they are wonderfully long so none of that "creep up" that can happen after you've washed and dried them!) to long sleeve to one collared button up . . . score!! Working as a server really puts wear on your clothes, so to find cute v-necks and such for great prices - especially that you can throw in the washer AND dryer confidently- is a huge deal! And yeah, I might have procured a movie or two, a trashcan, and other basic "necessities" at my favorite Target too....good stuff! read more

This is what I call the "multi-level" Target. It is in a very convenient location just across the street from Phipps and Lenox Square malls with a Publix, Dick's Sporting Goods--and most importantly, a Filene's Basement in the same complex. This is a very clean and orderly Target with lots of useful items in stock (not many bare shelves like you may see in other Targets). Their Home Improvement section was compete enough that it saved me an extra trip to Lowe's. The service is typically fast and efficient. read more

It was bright and beautiful and I always always ended up wanting at least an item or two in their clothes department. The only thing is, their adventure department is simply lacking! Target is Target. Kind of nondescript with a lack of service of any sort. I like this location because it is close to Phipps Plaza and the Lenox Mall, so if you needs to pick up something fast while at the mall, this is convenient. There is a small selection of produce here, but I don't think the quality is very good. Store is relatively clean, huge, and you get to watch your cart go up the special cart escalator. Called yesterday about a specific item and gave them the dcpi. Told me it would be availible the 28th , and I asked multiple times to confirm this. Drove half an hour to find out they were not availible and that nobody knew when they would be out. The lady at guest services at 8 am was very short with us, and was adamant no target employee could ever make that mistake to tell us to come because they are perfect. read more

This target is smaller but does have plenty of things most targets have but overall the customer service more times than not is just okay if not poor, i have had several moments where a staff person had a huge entitled attitude but worse of all is not the occasional rude employee, the reason why it gets one star its because this Target's merchandise is really poorly cared for. They recently remodeled and things here are really gross. See photos for just a few examples. Do i really want to buy some many dusty things. No. What else are they not caring for before placing it on the floor to sell to customers. These are just a few examples, truly just a couple. There are many at the store. read more
