Target at this location is a disaster. I've met maybe two employees who actually know what customer service looks like, the rest wander around like they've misplaced their purpose in life. No "hello," no "can I help you," not even a flicker of acknowledgment while I'm literally standing at the register waiting. My mom and I are regular customers, went in tonight after some devastating family news postponed our plan to go in the morning to finish some christmas shopping. Workers were extremely rude, more rude than I have ever experienced from a stranger. Rolling eyes, audibly grunting loudly, and speaking with a horrible tone, telling us we did not have the option to use a merch card we had from a previous return and making us use our debit. It was a shift lead with long brunette hair in a bun who was extremely unprofessional and rude saying "pay or leave". An older women named Paula today at 3:40 and she was the worst cashier I have ever dealt with she was telling people in line as we were purchasing if we had the app a lot of us said no, and she was giving us a chance to download it. She was getting very annoyed because it was taking a lot of time and people in line were getting frustrated with her I couldn't even download it. She was giving me anxiety and I asked her if there were signs out to let us know beforehand to get the app. she said no and asked me haven't you ever shopped in a target before I felt that was extremely rude and I will never go in her line again and I will make sure to let everybody know that the older lady named Paula is the rudest person in target how embarrassing and unprofessional of her to even be working with people she sees people every day and probably hundreds it's not the job for her read more

Front end associate Tim was apprehensive when attempting to return a recently bought item within the hour. Regardless of my receipt and another associate attending to my first purchase whose service was attentive. Security then secret shopper security following me the second I got in the door all the way until I left tonight was pretty hilarious. It was 100% based on my looks because I stopped in and looked at the things right in the front and already security was up my butt. I didn't even touch anything except a hand basket. They were all also bad at their jobs. Literally following me so close, so subtle behavior. I'm surprised they didn't check my pockets on the way out! This store has poor inventory and bad customer service. Along with the customer service Dept. on a power trip. After showing the associate a a screen shot of my order she's like, " Well said it was processing". No it was a screen shot of my order. 1 item in my order for pick up and the store had just opened with no one in line. Uh, um not sure, shes like I can't find your order it's still processing. Really? One item in my order and you can't go get it . No you can come back later, yeah right! Ill drive all the way back and use my gas money haha, right. Normally I wouldn't go to this Target, but it only had that 1 item in stock rather than my usual target. 2 weeks ago and the shelves are still bare and not stocked. Pathetic! Liars!!! Liars!! In the electronics department!! First the guy said they didnt have any of a particular pop over the phone. Then he said there are 3. He also said they cant hold one till I get there. This jerk told me after I drove there that the pop is special and I could only buy one due to popularity. He had the 3 he said, behind the counter, but then I found 3 more on the shelves so I took a 2nd one. There are no signs anywhere saying this toy is 1 per customer!! It didnt say it online either. I can buy 10 of any toy in there or any other pop in there and they wouldnt say anything. I think this jerk is holding those pops for himself or his friends. Target is a good place to shop for clothes, beauty products, and other miscellaneous items. I long lines. Salespeople are friendly.

I like this Target. It seems smaller than the two in my own town, but I've always found what I need here. I love the end-caps with clearance shelves on them. I found a perfect replacement storage tub I use at work for less than $5 on clearance here, and it was more heavy-duty than the old one. Employees seem ok. I've never had any of them go out of their way to help me. The ones in electronics go overboard in greeting you and wanting to help you find things. I'm going to presume that's the loss prevention training talking there. Try to stay with people as much as possible. Unfortunately their over enthusiastic attitudes were a little off-putting as I'm trying to shop and discuss things with my husband. I see a game he might like, ask him if he owns it or not (he's got a million video games, so I can't keep track of that, and have to ask), employee jumps in to say it's great and starts rambling about it. I'd love to say, shut the hell up because I wasn't talking to you, but desperately trying not to be rude, and wait for the rambling speech to end so my husband can respond and we can continue our conversation. It's like the electronics employees are trained stalkers and the rest are zombies who don't acknowledge you exist until you reach a register. They have a Starbucks inside. Seems like they all do these days. Which can be cool if I'm in the mood for something, we will stop. It's not a store I frequent, but will stop at when I'm in town. I just try to avoid the electronics section. Otherwise I find great clearance items in here, and that's always worth the trip. read more

I needed a duvet in the worst way. The Target in Keizer had my quality and style at $100. Pbbbft! This Target, while on the lower "end" of Targets, had an ideal duvet at only $50. It's normally great, but the last time I was there (less than a week ago) there were signs saying customers can't try on clothes. Understandable. However, there were no signs in the shoe section about trying on shoes, so I walked over and went to try on a pair. Well another lady who was trying on a pair of shoes was treated so rudely I was actually mad. She seemed very nice and was just trying on a pair of sandals, because there were NO SIGNS SAYING OTHER WISE. As she was trying the pair on an employee yelled at her saying "YOU CANT TRY THOSE ON" in a very snarky and rude way. It was completely unneeded and could have totally been avoided by the employee going up to the lady and saying "I'm sorry ma'am but you actually can't try those on due to covid. I'm sorry." But instead she was yelled at and had the shoes basically ripped out of her hands because she wasn't buying them....Because they didn't fit... which is why she tried them on. I understand taking covid seriously, however being rude to your costumers and making a scene is not how you should go about doing so. read more

Kicked my disabled friend out of the family dressing room who struggles moving around in smaller places because an impatient mother couldn't wait 5 minutes for her to be done trying things on. Not the nicest target by any means but still basically amazing. I've only had a few things upset me here which was a girl telling me my cartwheel coupon was not valid which it indeed was and she ended up giving me a refund but I could tell she was annoyed. And the other occasion was when I paid my target card bill and the cashier did not give me my card back. I didn't even notice until I was looking for it and realized that was the last time I saw it so I went to guest services and asked if they had it and they ended up having it in the safe. The people at this store are always nice and helpful. My problem is with Target corporate. They apparently issued new cards and sent them to the wrong address. Without bothering to check if the new cards had been activated, they de-activated our current cards. After an hour on the phone and 4 different CSRs including a supervisor, I finally found it was easier to just close the account and get a new card the next time I'm in the store. Why Target? Why do you have to make everything so god dammed difficult? read more

A child's safety? The least of their concerns. I am DISGUSTED to say the least with the "service" they provided me with... which was next to none. I brought in my child's car seat in that a piece had broken off of. That piece had made it impossible to completely tighten as much as I would like. They sent me back to grab another... I waited about 10 mins and the conclusion was they had none in stock in store.... when she looked up to see if they'd get more she said no that it was a clearance item and that they were only in stock online... so I asked what I could do and that's when she decided to tell me there was nothing I could do anyways because the receipt was a couple weeks expired. I paid full price for this item. I was not trying to scam them in anyway. All I wanted was a exchange so my child could ride SAFELY in my car. When I mentioned that she coldly just repeated there was nothing they could do.... the last reaction these to ladies should of had with me was a face of annoyance with a mother who just wanted to a exchange a piece of safety equipment that was purchased in their store only a few months early. Not only have I found Target to be very helpful and provide electronic carts for those who are disabled, but on several occasions I have asked them to put the items in Customer Support so that I could save the time and pickup the items I wanted and then check out. And when you are a disabled person like myself having these extra's means a lot to you. On other occasions, I was able to slowly browse their selection which I found to be very competitive as well as complete for this type of store. They had many items that I had wanted in the past and didn't even realize they carried. Short of the mega-size stores out there like Walmart, Target is both friendly and clean and always a pleasure to shop there. And believe me when I say that I find little or no enjoyment in shopping for the most part. I would highly recommend the Albany Target store as being a fully stocked store with competitive prices. The new CVS pharmacy swap over is a total mess. None of my prescriptions are in their computer causing me to have to start over with them completely. The people at the counter don't have adequate training and as a result they are slow and the line backs up. If I wanted this sort of pharmacy experience I'd go to Walmart. read more
