This is a cute little spot nestled in the heart of Beaverton. I've worked in town for the past 11 years and I've come here on and off during those times. Having never left an official review, I'm about due. A couple of us decide to celebrate by ordering a nice work lunch and sharing some laughs. We had fish and chips with gravy (not pictured), poutine, wings (Birch Bark) and escargot. I've had their wings many times and love the honey garlic sauce they use. The birch bark is always a hit . The poutine as you can see is not a traditional poutine. Fries gravy and cheese. My co-workers poutine was LOADED with gravy whereas mine was a little on the drier side. Still tasty but I definitely would have preferred mine, to look like his. As fries and gravy go it's ok. The escargot was flavorful. Buttery and delicious. Definitely not traditional bar / pub food but a hit none the less. read more

Visited for a quick bite on a Friday night; it was pretty busy inside so we sat outside which may have been a drawback as far as attentive service went 2 of us had the Cuban sandwich which was quite tasty, I really enjoyed mine; my PIC had the fish tacos and wasn't really happy with them unfortunately....they were pretty lackluster If you're ever in Beaverton you should give Tar'd and Feather'd a try read more

Avoid this place at all costs! I would rate a 0/5 if I could. My group had an absolutely horrific and disgusting experience at this establishment. From a horrendous wait time for our food, to an unprofessional attitude from our server, what could possibly get worse you ask? My friend found a SCREW inside of her quesadilla. We tell the server and she grabs it with her BARE hand covered in saliva and food might I add, laughs and brings it to the back. She returns and offers 50% off of a $16 quesadilla...how embarrassing LOL. We said absolutely not, we need the food taken off the bill and that's where the issues started. The server "Leah" had been whispering to other customers about our table, pointing, and laughing. Kitchen guy comes out and him and Leah both say this happens. Sorry, this happens?? That's nasty and you should probably fix your place up so screws aren't just dropping into your customers food! We asked to speak with a manager and was told that nobody was there. We asked for the managers contact information and were refused it. We were told to call back tomorrow to talk to a manager and that the manager was her mother. To make matters worse, Leah made things very unprofessional when she started swearing at us that she doesn't "give a fuck" or care. Leah also said "I have my own problems" and walked away. Leah yelled at us to leave and yelled out the door about how we wouldn't tip her. Why would we after such a horrendous experience??? A tip is not mandatory, it's earned based on a positive experience. Which we absolutely did NOT have here. She kicked us out instead of addressing the issue in a professional manner and started berating my friends by calling one of them "fat" and to "lose some weight" and much worse. Leah followed us outside and had 2 other people follow us to our cars as well, screaming at us. After I threatened to call the police for following us to our vehicles, they ran back inside and yelled again while slamming the back door. We called the restaurant the next day requesting to talk to the manager and guess who answered the phone; sweet Leah. We were told that the manager "wasn't in" - of course. We were told that we had "just come in to the restaurant that night to start a fight". Good response Leah, take your issues out on your customers. We asked for her contact number and were told that that is private and cannot be provided. We were again told to call back the next day. Talk about a NASTY restaurant and staff! First time dining here and will definitely never dine again. Talk about awful service and food! This establishment could have made a decent amount, dining with a party of 8. The service was painfully slow though we're were hoping because it's slow maybe it will be good, NOPE. My colleague order the Chicken Quesadilla, a few bites in she crunched down on A SCREW! INSIDE HER FOOD! Honestly we fear it was placed there deliberately as our server Leah appears to have an issue with some of my colleagues, despite Leah's issues and being ignored we brought the screw to the bar where she was standing. Completely unfazed by finding the screw in the food she proceeded to joke and laughing about the situation with nearby tables, it's a very small establishment and we could clearly hear her. Assuming she told the Chef as he approached the table asking how the food was, obviously we weren't happy, we were concerned to finish our meals as who knows what might be in the food, the Chef belittled the situation advised there's screws in the kitchen one could have magically fallen in and they didn't notice, I'm not stupid but how do you not see a screw in the food while making it?! After Leah's inappropriate behavior she seemed a bite remorseful offering 50% off the Chicken Quesadilla meal which was a whopping $16 dollar, big deal! We continued to express our opinions how that was unacceptable and we shouldn't be charged for that dish at all. Bring on the shit talking, Leah proceeded to a nearby table and continued to shit talk the situation. After being ignored after another 20 minutes or so Leah returned, she was actually nice this time and the whole bill was covered, arguable the should have happened the first time. I asked for the Manager/Owner's contact information which I was denied and just told to call back tomorrow, additionally we made it aware we had over-heard Leah's conversation with the nearby table, at this point Leah's began screaming at us and swearing, talk about customer service LOL, we were also told by Leah this happens all the time......screw are found in the food often!. Of course we didn't sit there taking being screamed at, words were exchanged though we got up and proceeded to walk out but not before Leah called us "FAT BITCHES" how would you feel going out to dinner with your colleagues, finding foreign objects in your food and then get called a FAT BITCH? But that's not it. We walked out to our cars which was at the back of the restaurant to be greeted by 3 adults (1 man, 2 women) and them screaming at us and asking why we didn't tip. Honestly why would we the service and food was awful, if the food and service was good I'd be happy to tip but I'm not going to be made fun of, laughed at and had found a metal screw in my food and then expected to tip. How inappropriate and concerning, there's something wrong with your food, you make it known then followed to your car!!!!!! This restaurant is open Wed-Sat (before 8pm) during the lockdown and offers contact-less pickup for orders by phone. Nice local business with a menu that has something for everyone. We ordered the Cauli-za (pizza on a low carb crust) because we pretend to be healthy. It was really, really good. The staff were friendly, pickup was smooth and socially distant. I went for dinner last night with my husband and our friend. The patio was nice, tables were decent with large shady umbrellas. The food is very good. I had the spinach salad with chicken, my husband had the Chimichonguritto and cheesecake. Our friend ordered the beet salad. 20 minutes after sitting down the waitress comes to our table and says they don't have the beets salad. She chooses a cauliflower pizza instead. Our waitress was annoyed and aggressive as she takes her re-order. An HOUR later our food arrives (just mine and my husbands) We don't have cutlery and the waitress is no where in sight. My friend went into the restaurant and got everyone cutlery. My friends pizza arrives 15 minutes later and it has toppings all over it she didn't order. She reorders it to our rude waitress who brings her another one 30 minutes later. We spoke to the owner who took the pizza off of the bill. Really? That's all you were prepared to do? Will never return. This wasn't a one-off as we ate there last month as well and the service and the wait to eat time was just as long. read more

This restaurant recently was expanded which is great and looks good but we were a party of 3 for diner and the restaurant was full and the patio was close to full and the bar was near full and there were only 2 staff serving all these people so it took a long time to get our food and the portions were small. I have heard this complaint from others now so I think they need to staff up and stock up. read more

I've eaten there a few times and love their chicken quesadillas. Service was good. It's a popular spot so some nights it will fill up fast, especially in the summer time. read more
