Repair time went as planned, was happy with new performance and no more leaks of coolant. That was at 172000miles on truck. 2yrs later thought I had developed a coolant leak, called Ben, discussed issues. I did determine on my own that it was the coolant reservoir was full of pin holes and would leak when heats up. About year ago, developed exhaust leaks. had Ben and his crew replaced exhaust, manifolds, and a bunch of other stuff that needed to be done. All the work has held up very good. He arrived and did a great job quickly and professionally. He was cordial and very polite. He struck me as an honest hard working guy, someone I would trust to take care of my kid. The only down side was that while he did advertise that he accepted credit cards, this visit he could not. Stated something to the effect of his system getting hacked. Inconvenient in one respect (as I did have to drive to a bank to withdraw the money to pay for his services), on the other hand I appreciated the fact that he wanted to protect my credit card. If I am in a pinch again, I would not hesitate calling him.

An unfortunate series of technical issues required yet another gentleman to be dispatched. The two tirelessly worked on my car, tried to navigate the Toyota helpline, and driver's manual, finally calling in a lifeline to a remote computer savvy associate-which did the trick! We've been traveling the country for 2 years in an RV and have been to a LOT of RV repair shops. This is without a doubt, our favorite. They are super kind, honest and incredibly affordable. They did a complete diagnostic on our camper (we're about to sell it), they fixed a ton of stuff and the total cost was around $300. They could've charged us 1K and I wouldn't have been surprised but these people are just honest and good. Go here. Trust me. Genuinely one of the best RV places in the entire US.
