Walked down a couple aisles thought "yep", this is the same place! It is so neat and well, organized; absolutely phenomenal! Had my arms full, turned towards the register. An absolutely beautiful young woman, Vivian, said she'd get me a cart, and verified they had done a complete makeover 3 years earlier. I must have been in there for at least 45 minutes. Staff were busy behind the counters and in the aisles. Everyone acknowledged my presence and offered their help. I scored BIGLY! The Musakhan* (chicken with sumac) didn't make it out of the parking lot. It was deeelish. That was a new dish for me. Yum... *I think

Customer Beware the Bakery Supervisor has a Terrible Attitude!…read more I frequently go to the Warren Randazzo store and purchase things from the bakery, produce, deli and meat department. The woman who runs the bakery department was totally unreasonable. Today is national cannoli day and the ad read buy 1, get 1 free with a limit of 6. I purchased 1 cannoli this morning and got 1 free. I got home and tasted it and was so impressed, I went back to Randazzo to buy 4 more. I was greeted by the same woman who runs the bakery and I told her how much I enjoyed the cannoli that I came back to purchase 4 more. She snipped at me and said "you can't keep coming back to the store!" I told her that I didn't expect to drive back and forth but enjoyed the canoli so much and wanted to buy a few more. She argued with me and said that it wasn't okay to return to the store. I responded the ad didn't read there's a limit of how many times a customer can return to the store, but it did have a limit of many cannoli's I could get with the one-day special. This discussion went back and forth until I said, I don't like driving back and forth with the gas prices so high and now I know the store policy for the future. The bakery supervisor needs to take classes on how to treat a customer and not to be petty! She needs to know how to interact with the public friendly and professionally. I can't believe how petty and persistent she was. Shame on the store owner for allowing the employees to behave like this. Maybe it starts from the top, down??? I'm terribly disappointed with the attitude at the Warren Randazzo Market.
