Despite repeatedly asking him to apply more pressure, I eventually decided to end the session early. They sent in a female therapist instead, and she was fantastic. However, she stopped after an hour even though I had paid for 90 minutes, so I had to remind her. While I appreciated the quality of her massage, I was disappointed that no discount was offered for the disruptions. Because she did such a great job, I booked with her again--but this time, the experience was completely different. She didn't ask about my pressure preferences or problem areas, and I had to request deeper pressure multiple times. She seemed rushed, as if she just wanted to get through the session. Had I not experienced her skill before, I might have considered it an average massage, but knowing what she was capable of made it all the more frustrating. I won't be returning.
